Not very professional, I had to ask for every service to be performed. I paid for full service but lazy employees. I wanted ac service, he didnt encourage the service. Wont go back.

The person was very informative and seem like he knows hes stuff. Had full service done for $29.99 which I never got before. I use to pay the same price for the oil change alone. Very nice guy, recommend this place.

Very fast, just drive up and they direct you right thru. No waiting . they did a great job and checked all fluids and the windshield wipers. They even give you a free car wash at the place down the street I will be doing all my oil changes here from now on. Try them once and Ill bet you will get all your oil changes there too.

I have been coming to this location over 2 years now and they have always taken excellent care of my vehicle. Since I have a high mileage vehicle oil changes are extremely important and they always let me know if I am due for something and when I can hold off on it. I still havent used my free car wash coupons but I will one day!

The prices are very fair if you bring in your own parts besides buying their parts. They will get you out of there as quickly as possible and the same can be said about the oil changing part of the shop and theyll give you a free car wash pass for the their car wash on Van Dyke n 8 mile.

And because if the manager I can truly and honestly. Say he belongs. In this. Community. Causes he is always willing not only to fix above and beyond but he will be fair. If you just be fair with him. Thats called loyalty

Took my car there today to have a coolant leak diagnosed and repaired. The guys were professional, informative,fast and friendly . Dropped it off at noon and they had it diagnosed and repaired by 4:30, for cheaper than I had imagined. They just earned a customer for life.

I have taken a few of my cars here the last 8 years. Either for basic oil change or for minor mechanic work. I have never had an indifferent experience until recently. The starter on my vehicle went out. I had it fixed there and not even a week later, it went out again. My wife took my car back to the shop and they warrantied out starter for me, however when I received my vehicle back this time, several computer codes kept popping up on my dash that werent coming up before and my car started riding rough. My wife admittedly brought this to their attention, however they made it seem as if the car just needed to reset itself. The very next day my wife drove the car to the gas station and it completely stopped running again (wouldnt start). Once again they needed to warranty out the starter for the 2nd time. This time when I received my car back they said it was a bad ground wire that kept blowing out my starters. However those codes they said that would go away NEVER went away and my car has been driving like crap every since they fixed the starter the second time. My car was not riding like that when I brought it to them. They offered to run the codes on their diagnostic machine, however they couldnt guarantee they could fix it there and I would have to pay for the work. Which I was unhappy about because these codes were NEVER showing up on my vehicle until they fixed the starter the second time. Now Im having to take my car to another mechanic and get work repaired on it that was not my wear and tear. Did I mention that I havent even had the car 4 months and now I have these added expenses. Although they tired to accommodate me, Im not happy that my car is running like this after they were only to fix the starter and now I have bigger fish to fry after they did work on my previously running fine vehicle.
