Would never ever return. I literally sat 2 hours and 15 mins to get my two back tires changed. While they kept skipping pass my vehicle to do other vehicle I was ahead of. When I pulled in I was told I had 1 car a head of me. When that car left I was still getting skipped pass. And had workers just walking around talking. Never ever again

I took my car in for a power steering unit. I was quoted a price, and accepted the price, so I decided to have them to replace my brake pads, and install one headlight bulb.The manager in charger, searches for a unit, in the computer, then goes in the garage; he came back to me and said, You need a steering wheel . I asked why? He said, Because yours is broken. I told him, I have never had an issue with my steering wheel, and all buttons on it works well. He insisted that it was broken, and that the price would have to increase, because now he claimed that I needed a steering wheel and power steering unit.At this point, Instructed him to not do the break pass, and I Id get that done on the following week. He said, Weve already done them; So, I told him, Take the light off.He quoted me an increased price, so I went in the garage to see the new steering wheel; there was no new steering wheel, only a power steering unit.I asked him, why didnt the price drop, since he wasnt putting on a new steering wheel, he said, Because, we are using the internal parts if the new unit, so the price remains the same. I told him, No! That is a power steering unit, and, at this time you are fast talking me, and attempting to scam me. I told him, Your scale is unbalanced, meaning he is not practicing honest business deals.Please be careful of this place, hes not honest.

If i could give them 0 stars i would!I dropped my car off before 12:00 pm for a front alignment. I was told it would be done by 4:00 pm. No problem, took the day off of work to get this done. I called at 4 to check on it, I was told we need 1 more hour ok, no problem.I called back at 5:30, where i was told to leave it overnight. I explained i cannot leave it overnight and that i needed my vehicle tonight. i would rather just bring it back in the morning. I was then given the excuse that there are people here waiting for their cars so i guess if i stayed there waiting for it, it would have gotten done, instead i walked home since i dont stay too far away.They took my phone number and said they would get it figured it out and call me back. After not hearing back from them, i called back around 6:00 and they were closed and locked up with my car on their property. Completely unacceptable.

I went to this place expecting a deal was told to come on in I bought rims from them that they marked up $150 per rim for a total of 600 extra just for going to them.. next the sales man said it will take less than a hr needless to say it took 2.5 hrs was told there a good place to eat lunch only to be left eating from the gas station

Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. This by far was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced, not only was the employee unprofessional the manager was equally unprofessional. Never will I ever spend my money where I am not respected. This is and was my first, only, and last visit.

I had a flat tire and had to replace it. Even though they seemed very busy, the tire was replaced in less than 30 minutes.I have used Bazzis a few times and they have fixed the problems competently. The prices seem reasonable for a car repair shop. And certainly cheaper than Firestone for the same work. The quote that they gave me for replacing tie rods and an alignment was $120 LESS than Firestone. Naturally I had them do the work.I came here again and got new tires. The price was reasonable. And in spite of being busy, they had my car ready in under an hour.I am beginning to trust this place...I most certainly recommend them.

Could not find a set of 4 tires for my leased challenger. Visited 4 different shops before coming across this one. I called before going and they were very patient answering my questions. These guys are EXCELLENT at customer service. Ive unfortunately had to use their service a hand full of times over the last year (why unfortunately? because lets be honest, tire problems suck), and every time Ive gone, they take good and most importantly prompt care of my car.For example, one of my tires had a slow leak (because of a nail). So I went to one of the big box chain tire stores because their website says theyll patch a tire for free, but when I got there the rep said it will be a 4 hours wait for a patch! Thats ridiculous. So I of course left and went to Bazzis. They patched my tire in under 10 mins, and gave me a discount because I was a return customer, so it cost me just about nothing.Again great service.

Highly wouldn’t recommend

I spoke with Jay but Rick was the mechanic who fixed my car. I went in for a wheel alignment but upon checking my car, I had a bad tie rod (sp) and it was dangerous to drive. I also needed two new tires....Rick went the extra mile and made my car save to drive again and it didnt even take all day. I was out of there in about 1.5 hours. Thats including the time it took for the part to get there. Very nice gentlemen around the shop. Kept me posted with everything and sent me on my way. Will definitely return and will definitely recommend!!!

I had a horrible first time experience. The guy I met told me to come back in 30 min and when I came back they told me there is no time to do the alignment for my car anymore. It was very unprofessional and I would never do business with them again based on their customer service.

I bought to brand new tires that is never heard of for 114 dollars each plus a wheel alignment 285 dollars,,,, when I asked about a better tire I was quoted 195 for bfgoodrich each tire,,,, after buying the tires and waiting another older gentleman comes in and buy 4 of the bfgoodrich tires at 90 dollars each,,,, so I asked the counter person and he said the man had a credit,,, the gentleman said that was a lie,,,,, NOT A HONEST DEALER BE CAREFUL,,,P.S. I found the tires they sold me at Wal-Mart for 63.26 each,,,, I got hosed
