When asked why treat and respond to a respectful person in this way, Owner responded “ do you see where we are !” In my eyes as a customer I’m at your business in your location, expecting top notch customer service regardless of skill or trade. On the coldest day we have had in Detroit I needed my window replace I called Garrisons glass cause he had replaced windows for me before. He let me know that because of the weather he was closed but during our conversation he decided to help me out and fixed it today. He does great work, his fast, the building is clean. Service only took about half an hour. Cost me less than $100 to get my window repaired which was a great price. He even fixed the button on the side of the driver’s seat that adjusts the seat, for free! So nice. Definitely recommend this place.
