Walmart was busy today, the unique story is everyone joins the long line to check out but still looks happy 😃. The help with smile 😃

The ladies working were nice. The ice cream was Hersey’s so nothing spectacular but good ice cream none the less. I bit pricey. Nice decor.

I just wanted to share a review on the Lawn & Garden Dept. recent improvements. I give 5 stars to the employee whos doing the care taking/watering the plants! I came just a few weeks ago and everything was dead and dismal. I almost wrote them off completely but by happenstance I came to Walmart for something else and had to explore. It no longer looks unorganized with dead plants and missing pricing. Its now vibrant and visibly more appealing. Good for that employee who told me Hes been taking care of the watering. You deserve a raise!(SIDE NOTE: I give 0 stars for the locked access point in Lawn & Garden. Terribly inconvenient!)

Quite busy, but it makes sense, its in a tourist spot. We find everything we need, good attention and good advice from the workers of the place

The guy in electronics was super helpful. Also even though I chose self checkout.... I was still able to receive prompt help when my coupon wasnt working.

No lines! Great store! Ran well! At home There is 2 cashiers open & literally 150-200 people in line. You stand in line an hour. Its horrible. So I have been impressed & happy each time Ive been in this store .

3 stars but not because its a bad Walmart, its just your average Walmart. The Pick-up option is always booked a solid day due to all the tourists. You cant make an order in the morning and then pick it up at 7 pm later that day. The soonest you can get it is the next day, if you are lucky. Its usually two days later. So dont think you can do a same-day grocery pick-up.

Very disappointed in the service. Asked store employees where to find things and they didnt have any idea where to begin to help me. Im from Sapula Oklahoma and our stores were more organized and the staff knows exactly where things were and also if what I was looking for was in stock. Cant wait to get home to a store that knows what they are doings and is more knowledgeable and organized.

We had a flat in Florida last Sunday when we was on our way back home from our family vacation. We had the spare put on, but we could only go 50 miles and we were about 500 miles from home. Everyone was full and couldn’t help us including Walmart. The people that work in the auto center decided to fit us in when they finish their last vehicle. They went beyond their job duties to help us. They did so much for us that I would have to write another paragraph. I’ve never seen so many caring people at a company. Customer service was superior. It’s great to see businesses still have great caring people that go the extra mile. Thanks, best Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life!

In this Store you can pretty much get anything! I noticed especially the selection of plastic containers, plates, cups etc.lots of holiday decoration items also available. Florida Souvenirs in large quantities

Hard to get around even in the morning. Aisles are smaller. People stocking shelves middle of the morning. People pulling orders in your way almost every other aisle very annoying. Walmart has the nerve to ask how was your experience as youre waiting for your receipt on the self-checkout before you get frisked going out the door. Oh only one door open hope you like the walking from one end of the parking lot the other if you park by the wrong door.

Usually well stocked. Employees always in the way filling counters & talking. Wont acknowledge customers or move so they can shop.

This Walmart was quite beautiful! There was no chaos the aisles were wide enough to walk through very different from what we have here at home.

This store is always stocked and clean. I prefer this store to the others in the area and will go out of my way to go here. Gavin in the electronics department was exceptionally helpful. Nicest Walmart Ive visited.

This Walmart is tourist oriented. They have a lot of items of Destin Florida for sale. For example: towels, beach toys, beach attire and souvenirs. Great variety on the grocery store and the home area. They have a big parking lot. Sometimes its too crowded.

For being a tourist town walmart it was not over crowded or over priced. Great selection of everyday items and also many beach items. Will return here for all my needs next vacation

Several aisles of beach related items and souvenirs. Conveniently located by Henderson Beach Resort. We were able to get a few groceries we needed. The produce looked good as well.

I love the Destin Florida Supercenter, they have everything and anything you can imagine The associates are very Helpful and caring.

Although crazy busy with the tourists in town. It was quicker than I thought it would be just to get s few basic items. Love the self check out option. Makes check out so much faster to me. I think. The only way if depend on a human to check me out would be if I needed special things like stamps or a security device removed or something like that. Im sure the attendant helping with self check out has such tools, etc. I like bagging stuff myself as well. Even the scan and go ones are easy. The Attendant was very helpful and made sure the self check out stations were cleaned after each customer.

Need more staff. Our groceries were ready at 1:30. Got there at 4:45 and waited 90 minutes! And so did A LOT of other people.But Andrew, who eventually brought out our groceries, was amazing! A really asset!

Amber in the pharmacy was so very helpful & helped me figure out the best way for me to afford my RXs.

Very friendly staff, done a tire patch in very reasonable time. Highly recommend this service maintenance facility.

This store was super busy when I went to Destin but I didnt wait in line that long. Quick and easy, not your typical Walmart experience.

Doordash pickup, I pull up and the phone number that youre supposed to call goes straight to voicemail. I then called the main number to Walmart and get transferred a few times. Finally after 20 minutes someone walks up to my window with a handheld device and says they cant find the order that Im looking for! This whole process is a joke! My first time using the pickup and definitely my last! I will decline every Walmart doordash pickup from now on! good/poor job!!!!

The staff was very helpful and the greeters were also very kind. Did not take too long to find what I needed. And checkout was pretty quick!

If you can avoid going to Walmart during the day, that is best. The whole store was packed and barely navigatable with a cart due to an abundance of people. Every register was open yet it took us almost an hour to check out. Going in the evening was much better but shelves were very empty.

It was the craziest I ever seen Walmart. However the gal that checked us out was great. I sure hope that you recognize the two women from automotive that stayed to check customers out. How awesome is that.

3 registers open that would take cash. All self checkouts wouldnt take cash,only half of them operational with multiple employees standing around talking to each other. I asked employee if self checkouts were taking cash and was informed yes stood in line then was told they didnt take cash so had to go and wait in line again in one of only 3 registers with actual person working. Wal Mart your self checkouts are a joke slows everyone down while employees everywhere doing nothing. I would rather pay more to someone else that waits on me not watches me do their job for them

A Walmart supercenter should never be out mustard. The only kind they had was a hot spicy kind of mustard. Especially during the summer time beach season.

Such a convenience to a Walmart in this area to make 1 big trip for your vacation.Lots of checkout counters, got in and out even with it being extremely busy.Well stocked and organized.

It is a nice Walmart. They seemed low in product, but there is always high traffic when I have been there.

After going to 2 tire stores to get a flat repair (they both said 2 hours), I went to Walmart. Stan repaired the flat and got me back on the road without waiting 2 hours. Thanks!!

Bought an air mattress. Although it is on the box and on the receipt, if you open the box, it can only be exchanged for another air mattress. Tried to return and was only wanting store credit. Waited in line at customer service and was immediately told can only exchange.So, how can a person tell if the product will work without opening box ( air mattress would not work for needed purpose)?Second, if they can only exchange then what does Wal-Mart do with the open exchanged air mattress?Third, I asked to speak with a manager, while waiting, another cashier/representative came over and kept repeating that it can only be exchanged. The first cashier had already pointed out who the manager was.

Its sad how they have about 20 self check ot lanes open but you cant use cash at any of them. I found out after I rang up all my stuff. The worker didnt say anything. I had to then get in 1 of 2 lines that accepted cash. Then there are 2 workers at one register, 1 was scanning & the other was bagging. That was ridiculous.

My friend has Congested heart failure andNeeds a mobile cart to shop. So when we asked for help finding one it was like talking to a kid who didnt want to do anything, let alone his job!!! We did however get help from a young lady working the front counter. But in the end it took me asking a very nice man on a scooter if I could help him with his bags at his car so that I may get the scooter from him for my friend. Could be a little cleaner but its ok considering covid and all

I visited this Walmart and was impressed at how organized, and clean that it was. The product dept looked delicious.

Its easy to find everything, the access to reach the items. Good merchandise good quality...

I recommend this over any of the gift stores for swimming accessories and apparel. So much better priced for the exact name brand Google, inflatables, gifts, etc...

Really nice gift shop area. Airbrush station is a nice size. Clean location with pretty clean restrooms. As always Walmart is a one stop shop for your clothing, food and entertainment desires. Right off the Main Street this location is convenient.

Nice inside. Has a really good fresh sushi shop in the front. Delicious! Also had very good souvenirs for a reasonable price.

Always busy but usually can get through quickly .....its so big you can just take another aisle and keep moving......usually stocked well even during busy season (which is almost all the time now!)......pharmacy is quick too....

Airbrush department couldn’t be more rude. Was trying to find a shirt for my baby boy and found a shirt laying on counter in a size 12 months only to be yelled at and told I couldn’t use it. Horrible experience & will not be spending my money here

The shelves were pretty empty for grocery items. There was no water and many of the things we wanted, they ran out of... We had to go to Publix to get all of our things.

Surprisingly well kept, decently stocked and plenty of cashiers at checkout. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Checkout was fast too!

Only used pick up service but my experience was good.

Great location with plenty of inventory. Large sections for beer and wine, as well as a section for cocktail mixers. The clothing sections for men’s, women’s, and kids all had plenty of “Destin” clothing as well as a large selection of swimsuits and beach attire. Electronics section was well stocked as well, so if your looking for entertainment for those rainy days when you can’t go to the beach the options here are plentiful. Baby section was well stocked as well so if you need more diapers or formula this is the place to go. Store was kept clean and tidy and the employees were friendly.

Destin, FL Walmart is the nicest Walmart store that I have ever been in. Large selection of products, very well stocked and employees were very polite and helpful.

Very busy Walmart. Associates are very helpful and courteous here. I was very surprised at how well they are staffed at this Walmart. The shelves was full and I can see the store manager runs a great store.

Another successful trip to the Destin Wally world. No Sabikis imagine my shegrin. Everything else was fine nice check out lady.

I have no idea how they keep stuff on the shelves during summer tourist season! It was surprisingly clean and well stocked. They had everything we needed for our beach vacation.

Walmart has a little bit of everything. Kind of messy and disorganized. You pretty much know what youre coming into though. Good deals.

Considering how busy this Wal-Mart was they had enough check out lines open to make our visit quick. This is very unusual for a Wal-Mart. Unless they are going to offer a discount I dont use self check out.

So very close the beach. I love having a place to get drinks and snacks for my kids or last minute things we forgot to bring.

This walmart is significantly more busy than other locations I have been to but I am from out of state so I will keep it there. Many items I wanted were out of stock which isnt to blame from the high demand from customers, but I digress. Whatever the case they offered alternatives and handled it well, just be ready for out of stocks on popular items.

Good selection and prices, but not enough registers are open, ever. I often have cash, so Im not able to use self-checkout. Why does a place as large as Walmart, who is clearly forcing the customer to self-checkout lanes, have self-checkout that does not accept cash? Inconveniences the customer.

Clean, had everything you needed, I enjoyed the self-checkout with the auto-moving conveyer belt. That was fun.

This is probably the best Walmart I have been to. This being a tourist destination I was expecting a different condition for this Walmart. However I was pleasantly surprised. It is big and nice and clean. They have a very big collection for beach stuff like boogie boards, beach toys, sunscreen etc. You can even have your pictures printed on T-shirts and mugs. They have self checkout lanes as well as the ones with attendants. I even found employees at this Walmart to ask questions off. The access was a bit inconvenient due to the ongoing road construction but the Walmart itself is very nice.

They need to clearly mark the entrance and exits & replace the broken card machines that they are already aware of, but other than that, they handle the dramatic increase in traffic really well.

Terrible. Awful. No fish sticks or easy Mac in the brands that are usually stocked. No flip flops in my size at all. No little girls longsleeve swimwear. Aloe Vera hard to find. Customer service closes early for a busy tourist area. I will not shop here again if I don’t have to.

They did not have enough cashiers for how busy it was. The self checkout register broke down after 20 minutes of a manger trying to figure it out, they had to ring all the groceries again, almost $200 worth of groceries, instead of using the receipt and ringing it at another register. When we were finally ready to checkout the manager was not ready with the cash we had put in the self checkout. Total chaos and horrible experience
