Great price on a pair of 24 smart TVs with Fire Sticks only a $100 apiece! The sales people were great and check was a breeze. They have a lot of great buys on TVs right now with a lot of them in stock get them while they last.

Nice to have in our neighborhood one of the few electronics stores left in the nation. Of course theres a reason why these stores are struggling to keep up with online stores. And this Best Buy location is no exception. Some of their prices are significantly more than what one would pay online. Nonetheless, they do sometimes offer discounts on some devices/appliances, you just gonna have to check their website periodically to track those savings. Overall, we like this location. We come here often. Staff is very friendly and are always willing to help.

Initially I wandered around in the computers department. Didnt know but the GM approached me to help. He then explained he would find another associate to help, the Manager. I had quite a bit of questions and scenarios. This manager found Drew to assist. Apparently I purchase my laptop 2 years ago with Drew. I now had issues with my laptop and Drew is still a very knowledgeable and patient professional. Jimmy with Customer Service was always very professional and took the time to explain how my laptop would get the attention it needed. Love the staff here and will always come back to the Destin store to shop. Thank you Destin Best Buy!

I was told I would get a survey sent to my email after my experience here, but it never came. So this is a very specific review, but I believe his name was Christ, who works in the shop for cars, and Matt (I think was his name as well) were fantastic. They helped make sure I was getting the best radio for my needs at the best price possible. They were able to get me in immediately and took care of my car instead of making me schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. They were very kind and positive and it was overall a very pleasant and easy process, even though I ended up spending more than I originally planned. Definitely worth the cost and Im grateful for all their help!

Went this morning to purchase a full sound system for my new truck with the intention of spending $2000. Asked an employee for help and he said “I’ll go get someone for you”. 15 minutes later I assume he forgot so I asked customer service and they said they would send someone. Another 15 minutes of waiting with no help so I took my money elsewhere. Not to mention the whole store was filled with pallets that customers had to squeeze between.

I had Benjamin Cooper design my home theater components and he did an amazing job. He communicated very effectively throughout the entire process. His crew from the Geek Squad did and outstanding job with the installation. I have used Best Buy and the Geek Squad for over 15 years. I highly recommend the Geek Squad and if you truly want a home theater design, Benjamin is the right person for the job.

Walked into this store looking for computers for the kids. Walked to the back where there were six workers standing around, talking holding on to their cell phones. I started looking around tried to signal for some help because of questions I had and everyone dispersed. So I pulled out my phone to do my own work and some guy in a yellow vest working there is just starring at me whole time. After a few minutes I picked what I needed and went to checkout to the only cashier again on his phone starring down . After a couple minutes went to customer counter to check out. This is why brick and mortar stores are failing. If I can do everything myself then I don’t need to go in I can buy the exact same thing online.

Very clean, neat store with friendly staff. Hand sanitizers and wipes everywhere. I went in twice, 2 weeks ago and then maybe a week ago. Once to look at laptops in person before I did a bit more research and made up my mind, then I went in again to pick up the laptop I ordered. Both times were pleasant and workers asked if I needed help several times.I also heard that they took old electronics so I looked up what they took for recycling on their site and brought in a small box of old phones, tablets and lithium batteries along. Took them to customer service and was easily rid of them. Take advantage of this service, its unsafe for garbage workers and the FL aquifer to dispose of old batteries in the regular trash.

More outstanding products than ever! Im sure glad they havent been driven out of business by those online Goliaths. Its nice to be able to come in and look at the products, try them out, and talk to the sales people regarding the different options.This particular store seems to have exceptionally well trained staff, who are helpful and courteous.I still enjoy shopping here.

When I call my local store it would be nice to talk to someone in the store that knows what the store actually has and is sold out of not someone in another state that doesnt even know where the store is located much less if they got there truck in to restock things.

To be honest I haven’t gone to Best Buy in quite awhile due to competition of Walmart and Amazon having better prices. Today though they had something in stock I needed and I was blown away by the personal and professional assistance that was given. Honest help was given with no pushing towards certain buys or up sales, just a friendly knowledgeable staff helping me purchase what I told them I wanted. Clean store and great staff, I would definitely buy items in here again!

We purchase a washer and dryer on Aug 20th, our whole order was not fulfilled and we were not advised until the technician showed up. We had to reschedule, when the technician rescheduled with me he promised another date 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later the date was changed AGAIN to a date we never agreed with. Technician showed up WRONG part. I called the store, no luck, called the 800 number on 3 different occasions, a lot of over promising, and no delivery on their word. Here we are trying to deal with corp. 2 hrs after getting off the phone with corp. we receive a text message for a month out appointment that we NEVER made. WTH!!!

Not the best buy from my youth. No CDs DVDs or Blu rays to be found. Buttttttt very good selections on lap tops appliances and almost everything else. Was a way less physical store though. Very helpful staff as well. Prices are competitive fall roughly in the middle range for at least lap tops which is what I went shopping for and did buy from them in the end.

They were not very nice at all and the lady acted like she could care less to help us out. She had no knowledge of what type of charger my Dell laptop took even though I had mine with me... It was$65 for the new charger and remind you were live over an hour away from the Best Buy so its kind of a hassle too return it if it didnt work. We asked if we could possibly try it first and explained how we lived an hour away and dont really have the extra$65 to just now on a charger especially if its not the correct one. Long story short we got the charger cause she was so positive that the issue with the laptop was the charger but it was not...

Zero stars. Incredibly unfortunate as I have bought from Best Buy in the past. I recently bought a MacBook Pro and they said it would be to my house by Friday. I needed it for my work trip out of town and it did not come in on time. It is now Thursday of the next week, with 2 delays in shipping and a replacement shipping. This is not okay. The first time, they gave me $50 for the inconvenience. I had to stay home to sign the package and then today got the notification that I would not be receiving it until tomorrow. I will have to stay home tomorrow to receive the order. They cannot do anything about it and customer service did not do anything to make this experience any better. Because of this whole situation, I want to return my computer once I receive it and never buy from Best Buy again. This has been an awful experience.

Hands down the worst BestBuy i’ve ever been too, staff was rude. Stood around for 30 minutes waiting for help when every time i asked they replied “no sorry” as if they were upset on having to help. Called yesterday to find out what I needed to do to have tablet, under 2 yr replacement/repair policy taken care of due to shattered. Was told to to come to store, appointment not necessary, bring product to check in with customer service.Waited for service x 30 min to find out I was at incorrect area of customer service desk. Moved to correct register, another 17 min wait. Short on help, a rep finally assisted me. Thinking, due to damage if the case and screen I would receive a replacement at this time but was informed only the shattered screen would be replaced. Date of pickup 25 June unsatisfactory, not only that but I must travel for some 45 min, pay a toll and have to insure I have transportation. Needless to say, a lady age 72 and am NOT a happy camper or

I flew in from Wisconsin to help my cousin get settled Into her new place and told her that the beat place to get a good quality long lasting TV stand is at Beatbuy. When we arrived we werent greated or helped at all while standing awkwardly by the couple of stand they had in stock. When I finally broke up a group to help us, all he did was pull up bestbuy.com and said they have nothing in stock from his phone. Thanks alot Never Ever Again Florida location. He also told us that we should go to rooms to go and see what they have. He was better off staying home then coming in to work and send customers off to another store. They have ASOM customer service. Blake the manager he is the best. If you ever need someone to take care of you ask for him. He gives 110 percent. He spend 2hours,not kidding, to figure out what my problem was with geek squat. He listened to my problem tentatively and took care of it.Bestbuy is lucky to have him.

Went in to buy a laptop, they stopped me at the door to see what I needed help with. Told them I am ready to buy a computer..they said head over someone will be with you soon. 20 minutes later..no help. I went and told someone they said give me a sec...he disappeared...and I waited 10 more minutes. Still no help.. so I left with no computer. Told the girl on my way out that I never got help. I was the only one looking at computers. Lots of employees chatting with eachother. Plenty of other stores out there happy to help and to take my $$$.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.I was down on vacation in Destin, and my iPhone starting acting up. I called APPLE and they set me up and appointment at this store. When i showed up, one of the supervisors for geek squad told me i did not have an appointment. The man was rude, and i left with zero help. I called apple again and made sure my appointment would be honored. I went back. I had the appointment. The same man was there and was once again rude. Long story short, i went home with a phone that was still broken and no other help.

I went into Best Buy after having difficulty with getting a phone at Verizon. Ana helped us out and was amazing. I mean this employee deserves a raise for the way she helped me out. She spent so much time helping me find the best deal then setting up my phone. I was nervous to ask for help because i’m not tech savvy but she explained everything and was so kind! I got the iphone 12 mini and it was cheaper than verizon and was set up and ready to go when i walked out. Best experience i’ve had at a best buy ever. If i go back i’ll ask for her right away!

I had a horrible NO-customer service issue today, June 11, 2021. My BestBuy Elite Plus member and have been for years, meaning I have bought 10’s of thousands of dollars worth of equipment from Best Buy over the years. On most of the items I buy the extended geek squad warranty.So for the first time ever I need to have a product repaired, which in my opinion I is already paid for when I bought the warranty. Long story short the system of “do you have an appointment ?” is laughable… of course I do… because I made the appointment when I bought the extended warranty. Rather than that being the case I was told by 3 different levels of no-customer service, I need an appointment to drop the item off to have it repaired. Seriously… I’m not asking you to repair it while I wait, just allow me to drop it off. Blake the manager even had the where with all to tell me he was there to provide “the most excellent customer service”. Nice guy, but misinformed, the most excellent customer service is when the customer leaves satisfied… not frustrated.In addition I was there to buy a keyboard and mouse for a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet, and two new IPhone 12 Pro Max. Believe it or not… I went to to counter at the back of the store the no-customer service employee looks at me and says how can I help you? I say I need to buy a keyboard and mouse he says “ do you have an appointment?”. I respond with I wasn’t aware I needed an appointment to buy items. At this point even a fiercely loyal MyBestBuy Elite Plus member has had enough.I have already ordered my keyboard and mouse from Amazon and have already purchased to two IPhone 12 Pro Max from the Verizon in Niceville. Golly gee Batman neither of them asked me if I had an appointment, they just took my money!!!It must be nice to not need customers that typically spend $3-4 K with you annually… good luck with your new and improved “do you have an appointment” business model.Update: Two stars instead of One as previously reviewed. After speaking with the general manager, Sean, I was granted permission to drop off my damaged product without an appointment. It took less than 5 minutes to drop off the product and receive a Service Order Claim Check. My question still remains, why in the heck didn’t Blake the “I’m here to provide the most excellent customer service”, manager on duty take the damaged item? Instead he opted to spend 5 minutes explaining why he couldn’t help me, that it is a very complicated process. From an ex-fiercely loyal customers view point I say, what a crock of sh*t!

****This review is for the delivery team and customer service. The sales associate that helped me in the store was very helpful.*****Delivery team showed up out of the window they gave me, said they called but I did receive a call (showed up 5hr early while i was at work). I know I should not be complaining about an item I ordered being delivered early. But the delivery team supposedly called/arrived around 1140am and my window was narrowed down to 3pm to7pm. The delivery team marked the package as undeliverable at around 330. Now the tv is in transit status, so i wasted 5hrs waiting for this tv and 4hr calling trying to get this fixed.  I called their customer support and 5 different people could not help.Now until that is taken off that status I cant get a redelivery or a refund.

Had an issue with an Online order went in to get it fixed on the 18 the managers helped out. Had to come in on the 20th because not all was resolved. I was helped by a supervisor named Satid he did an amazing job helping me out and making sure I left with all issues resolved. I actually ended up upgrading what i was returning. Zachary was amazing👍👍 I usually do not go into a best buy, but with covid-19 going on I really needed a laptop. when I got to the door everybody was in mask had sanitizer and they asked specific questions at the door to get you to the right person. When I got to the back Zachary was my salesperson. He did an amazing job he took his time and he got all the things that were perfect for me. Also I had a new digital credit card. Zachary knew exactly what to do. He sent me an invoice, I created the account right there in the store and paid the invoice online. I would definitely visit this location again. I was a happy camper when I left!

I dealt with a salesman and manager on the purchase of my desk top. I asked for DVD, HDMI, and 3.2 USB. I was assured that new Insprion 3880 had all those features. Even the included pamphlet showed the DVD. They wanted 180.00 to just transfer files. So I drove to friends house to do the transfer. LOW AND BEHOLD NO DVD! I try to call the store and they arent accepting phone calls. I have to call national line. They cant even get the local store to answer. Basically they say Im out of luck. Buyer beware. This is going back and I will buy from someone who is HONEST!

I had a new radio installed in my 2002 Chevy S10 truck. My appointment was 11am on Saturday May 18 at Best Buy in Destin, Florida. I was greeted by Bryan when I arrived. He was the one who installed my radio. It took an hour and a half to do the work. Bryan is a professional. His quality of work is excellent. He took the time to show me all the features on my new radio and how to use them.

I had an issue with a computer I purchased about one month ago. It was not working properly and I wanted to return it to get something new. It was an open box that I had purchased before. I called geek squad first and they explained they could fix it, but if I was set on returning it then I would need to run it by management. I brought the computer in the box, original receipt and all. They approved a trade in immediately even though I was two weeks ish, past the 14 day requirement for returns. Zachary helped me find a new computer for me and I am very happy with the purchase. He did a great job helping me find what I needed. I will continue to shop and recommend this Best Buy.

BB has been observing the following practices which were strictly enforced during the Dec 2020 holiday shopping season: they were keeping a certain number of customers in the store at any given time and were requiring face masks or shields (provided if not brought). Additionally, through samples of product were available to play with as always, hand sanitization was encouraged and stationed around the store especially at high tough areas (cell phones, computers etc).Otherwise, this store has the best and most customer service staff who are always pleasant and helpful without high pressure sales tactics.

The customer service was terrible. Went in to buy a printer. The employee assigned to me was completely inept. She told me that the printer I wanted was out of stock when there were three of them in boxes right in front of her on the shelf. Then when we were at the check out (for my $499 printer) she placed the printer on the floor, handed me my receipt, told me to have a nice day and proceeded to go about her business. No offer for the printer to be carried outside or anything. I managed to carry it obviously, but the lack of even an offer was pretty lame. It was a pretty bulky item. Also, although my printer was available, the inventory in the store was significantly diminished. Lots and lots of items were out of stock. Youre better off ordering what you need online. Dont bother going into this store. Youll likely just walk out disappointed or ignored by the young adult staff who have their faces buried in their cell phones playing Candy Crush or watching Tic Toc videos. 🤦

So, I cracked the LCD screen on my Alpine truck stereo. I decided to call Best Buy to order a new screen or entire stereo, and the number cor the local Destin store took me to their automated system. I spent five minutes trying to get to speak to a person to see if they can order the screen and make an appointment to have it installed. I hold for 25 minutes listening to their irritating music. Suddenly the phone starts ringing, and I perk up hoping my wait is over! It rings three times and the irritating music starts again. Im not happy at this point. I wait ten more minutes and the phone starts ringing again! It rings three times again, and stops. Nothing... no irritating music, no person to speak to, NOTHING!!! The phone looks like its still connected, so I hold for ten more minutes hoping against hope. No sound, no representative, nothing still. I hung up with the resolve that Best Buy will never see another dollar of my money. I know itll not really hurt them, but Ill get a little satisfaction keeping my money local. Ive had issues with Best Buywill before but decided to try them again. Now I wish I hadnt. Large companies such as Best Buy think their time is more important than yours. I cant wait to see Best Buy go the way of J.C. Penny!

Got everything I came in for today. In store purchases and order to my house. Had to wait about 35 min in their que before I could speak to someone to help me make a correct purchase on a product. And then another 20 minutes of waiting to just order that product. Ik this is all during COVID-19, but still non the less very time consuming.

Quick in and out for a new cable modem. Staff was very helpful on quickly finding what I wanted and giving me a price match. Store layout is nice and clean. Products logically grouped and fairly easy to find. Check out was quick. Located near quite a few other stores and eateries, so easy to hit multiple places in the same run.
