I wish I could upload a picture. I went in a couple of days ago with darkblue/purple hair that was a temporary conditioner but wouldnt wash out. I didnt get her name but the cutest woman helped me. Platinum hair with a little pink peekaboo. my hair is now aqua and Im a mermaid lol. Thank you soooo much!!!

I hadnt dyed my hair in ages and the ladies at the store were the absolute best in helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Jerica walked me through the process and explained anything else that may have come in handy to make the process easier. Most places would have treated me like I was an idiot, which is why I quit dying my hair to begin with, but it was wonderful to walk into a place and actually get the help I was looking for! The end result was better than I had been prepared for and it was all thanks to the extremely nice ladies who were working that evening! Thanks for the help!

Today while I was there another customer came in got what she needed then proceeded to check out. Unfortunately her transaction did not go through even though it said it did on one end and I guess this has happened before at this store and another store and is why she now shops at the Derby store only. (mind you it was unknow at the time that it didnt go through and walked out with $30 worth of basically free stuff.) With this being said she began to complain when the women at the register asked if there was any way she could check on her phone maybe to see if it was taken out so they knew if the needed to run the transaction again, because the lady didnt want to run it again. She became very rude and verbally abusive to the women helping her and no matter how the women behind the register tried to help or make it better this women wasnt going to budge. I have to say that the women behind the counter held her composure very well and was very professional even though you could tell that not only was she getting frustrated as well but just wanted it to be over and I dont blame her. My thing is the customer has had this happen before (3× to be exact because she continued to say so many times) even changed stores because of it, why dont you just take cash? In less your just trying to get free stuff? But anyway good job to the employee you did a fantastic job.

The store has a good amount of beauty supplies and different brands, but the customer service is awful. The lady in the register didnt have a clue about beauty supplies, procedures or anything about cosmetology in general. When I asked her for help, she couldnt give me any good advice and then returned back to her cell phone ignoring that I was still there.

They were very helpful. Not only did they check in back, the found something similar to substitute. Very friendly & courteous.

If I could give this store a zero I would. The lady was rude and didnt care about her customers. I walked in on her belittling another employee. If you come here. DO NOT check out with Sheri. Rude disrespectful cretin and shouldnt be allowed to be manager of anywhere. If anyone else has had problems with her speak up, unless this was just a fluke.

Got what I needed but was rushed and followed around. I dont mind help but I knew what I needed and would have liked not being hovered over for no reason. It was my first time at this sallys Ill not go back.
