This facility is not secure enough to use in a safe manner they don’t monitor the storages and when it’s broken into they lie about it.We use the storage from these peopleinsured the storage and after 60 days the storage was broken into and multiple collections were stolen along with multiple costly expensive itemsThey lied explaining they had monitored all the storage unitsAnd our storage lock was on the ground and the door was up two feet all of our property was sifted thoroughTheir insurance wants receipts of everything that I owned and will not refund me without themthis is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with in my life they are untrustworthy and they stole for me after spending over $2000 on their business they cost us more damages than goodTheir business was unable to provide everything that we paid them to do

I dropped off the tow dolly that I rented in Houston and never even went inside. I wouldn’t have even had to get out of the car. Pulled up they unhooked me said that I would get an email receipt and I was gone. Amazing

Thanks to the team here for getting my bike hitch installed professionally and within the estimated time, despite it being a holiday weekend. They were kind, attentive, and professional. This was the 3rd location I had visited after having two prior appointments that hadnt worked out. I was grateful for their time and effort. And, a lifetime warranty on the hitch is also an awesome thing.

Customer service was horrible for it to be Uhaul.. Worker came out saying whats up (that was his greeting) asked for a refill and the person grabbed my tank, put it in the refilling area and left it without saying anything. I waited 10 extra minutes went inside to let them know that I would like to get my tank refille . A different guy told me that he would be right out. However that was not the case. I waited another 10 minutes and as I was starting to walk to the store the guy came out and asked me what I wanted. I replied and told him that am waiting to get my tank refilled. I told him that I have been waiting for close to 20 minutes and the guy said if you dont like waiting then you can leave. I asked him to give me my tank and he told me no and started to go back in the store and when I started to get my tank he comes back out and tell me that I cant be back there and I needed to leave. I told him that I wanted my tan . He started yelling at me while I was getting my tank. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THIS!!! Sad sad SAD

The customer service at this u-haul place is awful. They are not communicative in the slightest. We arrived at this location for a truck that was reserved for 8 hours as I was moving about an hour away and we werent sure how long it would take to load everything, drive, unload and drive back. Upon arrival, the guy told us we had the truck until 1 PM (our reservation started at 9 AM). When we told him that we reserved the truck for a full 8 hours, he told us that Colorado is a busy place and other people need the truck... I understand that Colorado is experiencing an influx of people, but regardless we reserved the truck for 8 hours and paid for it. We ended up getting the truck for the full 8 hours because we demanded it, but the poor woman in front of us was told they didnt have her truck. How are you going to just tell people who have made plans to move that they dont get a truck or dont get the reserved time they paid for? If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Our move was heading into a disaster when we didnt pre plan.we had just finished loading a 28 foot trailer and had leftovers so we thought we could save by adding what we had into a 10 foot uhaul and two cars.that to wasnt enough.with the awesome deal of renting a 10 foot you would get a comparable storage unit for free.but after seeing our leftovers we needed a bigger storage.no problem. But during our loading we encountered a thunderstorm.the uhaul facility was 1 1/2 miles away.on our drive there.we noticed street lights out.no biggie.but when we arrived we found power was out to the entire building.yikes our storage was located on level 2 and needed a elevator to access.the uhaul facility had no computer.After talking to a uhaul agent they were able to make the changes over there phone and we were able to get everything in storage before closing.Ive been in the customer service business for 30 years and that by far was the best ever Ive seen.ThankyouKenneth L

A Line of customers, 3+ employees working that I could see just from standing in line and one person helping the line. no one apologized for the 30 minute wait. Bigger Hispanic male when I said something about the wait and the customer service he simply laughed. Horrible!!!! Get it together.

Quick and easy. Rented a trailer for a day. Helpful people getting the hitch setup for free and getting me on the road. Equally helpful and courteous when I checked it back in the following day. Clean establishment and a pretty well organized location if I may add.

I had a very positive experience with them. Called in and made a reservation for same day. The man that helped me on the phone made sure to confirm everything and answer any questions.When I went in there were two workers and 3 customers ahead of me, and only had to wait about 15 mins. Our visit started adequate which is the ONLY reason why they got a second start. “Assistant Manager” Robert needs to learn what it means to take care of a Customer. I had a question 7 minutes after closing and he yelled through the door “I have something to do” aka mopping. VERY disappointing.

They had the equipment I wanted, and had it ready when I arrived - no waiting. Service was good. We ordered moving blankets with our truck, they forgot the blankets, and were very quick apologize and refund the difference. I appreciate their attention to these small customer-oriented details. It made for a very efficient day of moving.

9 am reservation transferred to this location without my knowledge, according to policy this location was suppose to contact me. It is now9:53 and still no call.Initially, there was a mix-up with my reservation however, I feel this was due to the call center more so than this location. The manager was fantastic once I arrived to pick up my van. Service was speedy and the van was clean with less than 10, 000 miles. Will certainly rent from this location again, if I need U-Haul.

We arrived at 9:15 to pick up a reserved truck. There was one guy working the counter, and he was not in any hurry. After waiting 45 minutes in line, I finally reached a manager on the phone. A very sleepy looking guy appeared from the back area shortly after the call. The line was almost back to the door at this point, luckily we were next in line. But, 45 minutes to get 3 customers out the door seemed a way bit of a long wait.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This has to be the worst customer service EVER. Went into the store to return some boxes and no one there. I had to go to the garage where 4 people were hanging out and had to ask if anyone worked there. They said theyd send someone in to help. After a few minutes a guy moseyed in while listening to music on his phone. He was completely disinterested. I did not have my receipt but I was able to show where I purchased them a week before (not to mention, the boxes have uhaul all over them). He would not take them. He would not even try to try to find a solution but didnt miss a beat with his music. We had to get to the airport so I just left them and will call the manager when we get back home. I tried to call right after we left to get his name but guess what...no one answered. With so many storage places around, dont use them. Buyer beware!

Pretty easy in and out to get my car trailer. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the employee helping attach the trailer to my vehicle struggled to get it connected correctly for a while. However, he was committed and kept a good attitude. I would highly recommend using this location for your U-Haul needs.

We drove 15 hours from California and we were supposed to drive right back with our storage. We hoped the 24hr service would work, but it didn’t, we called customer service; were lied to being told the manager (Jose Garcia) would show up in an hour. Two hours later after being hung up on by him and customer service, still no sign and even other customers showed up unable to get in. We wasted SO much time leaving LA early and now we are risking our jobs, simply because on a Friday night, the manager can’t take responsibility to physically open the facility we’ve been paying a 24hr fee for. We have nowhere to stay tonight so we are sleeping over at the parking lot until the manager decides to wake up and take responsibility.

They are vultures here! Theyll tell you to come in to the location to make payment and arent listening to customers who have clearly stated that they are not In The State! Then, so they can make money on the Auctions, the charges go up and sure you can pay over 500$ over the phone for the stuff youve owned for years. One thing is for sure, this is a money pit and No one cares about your stuff as much as You!Dont bother with a place that has all intentions of saying screw you whenever they want

1) Theres only a few carts to use now since people leave them inside their storage units. Better security needs to be utilized. Maybe a security tracking system on each cart so you can find out where they are and in whos storage units.Out of 14 or so carts, there is now only 3-4 at one time and always used during the day. I had to pay for 24 hour access so I could come after hours to use the carts. Ridiculous! I have to pay an extra $20 a month for 24 hour access because of the lack of carts!2) The control panel to sign in to disable the security on your storage unit (by sliding your security card), is ALWAYS faulty and it has been for 6 months. You get an error every time, but still able to sign in if you press any button. The same goes for signing out.3) There have been times where I was unable to pay my bill online or even on the phone because the system at this location, goes down a lot.I use my storage unit a LOT. So, these things are especially annoying for me. Buy some more carts and fix your broken system, guys!

This place was a complete joke! I reserved a truck a week in advance for a Saturday at 10AM. I got there about 10:40 and when I asked about the truck, the 2 guys behind the counter had no clue of what was going on. I think they worked at two speeds: slow and stop. After sitting around for 10 minutes, then after asking what was going on, the guy told me they were overbooked. Its ridiculous that I had to squeeze information out of the guy. After sitting around and waiting another 30 minutes or so, and then having to squeeze information out of the guy, I was told a truck wouldnt be ready until 2 pm. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! After this experience, I will never go back to this place again. Its being run by a bunch of clowns! Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired!!!

I made and canceled work done at this location. My credit card was charged for almost $400. In an attempt to get this corrected, I have been passed to one answering number code to another. I have been hung up on twice.It turns out I was charged before services were given. Then this location did not cancel the order and left it open. Inept and worthless service.

I dropped off an empty UBox two weeks ago and it still shows as active!! I have been trying to call this location for TWO WEEKS!!! The Call Center that I get routed to keeps trying to message the facility as well through email and instant messager. They even tried to contact the manager and left him messages. I have never heard anything back!! And this is after I had called and was told that my UBox would be pulled out the morning I was coming to pick it up AND THEN I was told that never happened. It took two hours for them to pull out my box when I had been told 10 days earlier that it was going to be taken care of. I have called almost every day (and sometimes twice a day at the suggestion of the call center) to try to get someone to fix this and have yet to get a response. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The only positive was that I didnt have to pay to rent a trailer because the staff had no idea what they were doing.

The worst company that I have ever seen, they want to charge you the same amount as they charged you at the beginning for every time you want to extend the days of the truck, they are fools, they don’t know how to charge you, should have better customer service and better administration if they go to collect a deposit collect it in a single amount, and also from the paisas employees that do not speak Spanish and with the cactus on the forehead and with Latin last names, be more kind and hablen español 😡

The girl working there was rude and condesending as we were unloading. When we took our weedwacker from our storage unit she stopped us and told us wed be charged extra for the trash. Completely unprofessional and honestly wasnt doing her job. Never using this location again.

By far, worst Uhaul for storage & truck rental. Very inexperienced sales staff for truck rental and indoor storage area is FILTHY. As soon as you drive into parking lot, nails all over the place! When you walk in to bldg, huge pile of garbage, peoples belongings that they dont want, thrown at entrance. Place smells awful and fees are too high for this place. Had a unit over a year, on a corner up on 2nd floor, someone or someone let their animal urinate on the floor in facility, leaking under wall and onto my belongings. Absolutely disgusting and I would highly NOT recommend using this place until uhaul cleans it up and hires competent staff on the truck rental side!!!! I walked out of the rental and went to Penske due to inexperienced, SLOW, bad attitude staff that just wouldnt or couldnt assist with a truck rental. The manager and staff need to be retrained, do their job right, or get their asses fired & replaced by people who know what they are doing. Do not use this uhaul for any service, just a warning in advance. Im very thankful I moved out!

On 09/02/16 I leased a 10 ft truck at 19.99 plus 1.09 per miles. I have always leased trucks nationwide with Uhaul (Co, AZ, OK and NV) and never had any issues. I am very familiar with after hours dropping off equipment, I had even recently leased 2 weeks prior to 09/02 from the Iliff and Buckley location in Aurora, Co and dropped off their equip after hours with no issues what so ever. This location tho seems to have their own policies so if you lease from here, make sure you read every word of that contract! When I arrived the guy that helped me said he was new and took him a while navigating thru the system and every question he was asked by the system he would read out loud to me even tho it was intended for him to answer it, and he answered it out loud. So I could tell this was one of the first times he had used the system. He asked me, How many miles will you be using it for? I dont remember ever been asked that and I had no idea. I had not counted. I told him I dont know, not sure, do you need to know? he said We just ask so that we can print out an estimated price of how much everything will cost you, Ill just put about 10 miles. I said ok.. I saw in my bank account that I got charged 75.00 dep which is fine..so I took the truck at about 8:45 in the morning, and returned it sometime in the evening, it was afterhours because the location was already closed when we returned it. I parked it as I usually do and put the key in their Key drop box. The next day I noticed they still hadnt reversed the deposit and also charged me an additional $100.50. I called to ask and the guy from that location said to give the system 2 - 3 days to return my deposit. I was fine with that and on 09/07 I called them back to notify the deposit was still not returned. He told me I had to wait 2-3 business days therefore on 09/08 is when it should be returned due to the holiday. So I waited and today 09/09 I called and they are now saying that I voided my deposit because I went over the 10 miles that I had first stated I was going to drive it, plus I returned it another rental period later.. WHAT??? I have always returned my trucks after hours and this has never happened?? I have always been assured that it is ok to return after hours cause you literally have the truck for 24 hours.. Plus the guy is the one who put 10 miles.. if he would have explained to me that I have to stay under what is stated then I void my deposit, then I would have told him to put 100! to make sure we stay below!! I told him this was not right & he answered Its in your contract, did you read the contract? .. Really??? Its also their responsibility to educate the customers and provide well trained staff to make sure that this does not happen! Cause who sits there and reads the whole contract before signing especially when there are other people waiting in line!?? I called customer service today and they are looking more into this so not sure what the outcome will be, but now looking at the details in my receipt, I notice they charged me almost $17 plus tax in fuel charges but yet WE MADE SURE we stopped at the Conoco 1/2 block away from Uhaul to fill up what we used. I paid $12 for gas and the line was right at the mark from where it was issued to us.. therefore now I KNOW they are trying to pull a fast one and being dishonest.. another thing in my receipt, it says we drove it 91 miles!! I googled every location we went to and our total miles were 68.2.. they added an additional 22.8 miles!!! I should have been charged 19.99 + 1.09 per mile (74.33)= 94.32 plus tax, thats all.. but they kept 175.50!! If you have to rent from these people, please take before and after pics of gas and miles, also even if you piss them off and their customers in line, READ THE FULL CONTRACT right there in line. just how they are setting the precedence and teaching us to have to do!! I didnt do this because as I said I have always done business with Uhaul and never have had to. Sucks that the name Uhaul to me is now associated with deceitful

Sad example of customer service. Ive rented twice in the last week and the rude staff refused to let me return a roll of SHRINK WRAP because I couldnt find the receipt. Then I was told to bring the card used for purchase, and when I did they still refused me. I will let everyone I know to avoid this location.
