I have worked with best used appliances in the past and have had a good experiences before . I went to purchase a used clothes dryer . The sales person said that they could work with me on the price but only if i gave them a good review on Google . I do not care for this business practice and feel that it is extortion. I was charged an extra $30 from the price that i was told they would sell it for because I did not give them a good google review at the time of the sale .

Horrible experience. We have been trying to get a washer and dryer for almost a month from this company. First, they sent it without the piece required to stack them together (a requirement for our space) and had to take them back and reschedule. A week and a half later it was rescheduled and they gave us a unit that leaked and had to take it back. Finally today, 3 weeks after purchasing the unit we had yet another delivery scheduled and they haven’t delivered, communicated or answered the phone. Not sure how this company has 5 stars. At this point we are trying to cancel and buy new but can’t get in touch with them to do that.

I was looking for a dryer part and was able to get quick and efficient help in locating the part and getting the best price, even compared to all other online repair parts stores. Plus the location is great and easy to get to so it is really convenient to swing by and pick it up when it arrives. Very satisfied and highly recommend calling this place whenever you need appliance repair parts!

Dont buy from these people, they will show you one item and then deliver something totally different. I had to give them a star so i could write this. They are not to be trusted. And after you buy and want to complain they dont answer the phone, Ive called them about 15 times and they wont answer.. Dont buy from them...

Worst experience ever DONT BUY FROM HERE unless you are like buying things that don’t work!! Me and my husband went in looking for a washer and dryer. So we found ones pretty quickly since I wasn’t be too picky cuz I had about two weeks worth Of dirty laundry at home that need to be washed. So we buy this set not to bad, load it up hall it home. Get it in the house ( my husband doing all the work by himself since I am pregnant). Just to find out the washer don’t work!! We turned It on and it just leaks all the water. Almost ruining my kitchen Tiles.Great!! So I give them a call they say oh thats not good bring your washer back we will replace it. Ok, I guess so we wait another few days for my husband to be off work to take it in and exchange it out. Mind you now I have almost three weeks of laundry siting at home. We go in exchange same old thing hubby doing all the work alone. Just to get it set up to find out this new washer doesn’t work either. Just only this time the washer fills up with water but won’t drain!! Great now I have a washer full of dirty laundry and dirty laundry water. It being thanksgiving we have to wait to even give them a call. So I call them and they tell me while now I will have to submit some paperwork and we don’t have another washer in right now that you could swap it out with, but I will give you a call when I do. Great now I am sitting here with over a months worth of dirty laundry for a family of 4, a washer full of dirty water and cloth that I have to figure out how to empty, and a husband that is Exhausted and feed up with moving these all by himself. So all in all we ended up buying another washer form another place and hope we don’t loss out on the money we paid here for two washers that don’t work!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE I AM WARNING YOU NOW!!!!!!!!

Been dealing with appliance factory for years now and Glenn Schmidt the new store manager was very rude and short on phone figured he had some customers in store brushed it off came into the store to buy 250$ worth of parts he was out side smoking he was very rude to the customer before me seemed like he was mad about something never seen a store manager or anyone in sales act the way he did to me and customer before me and customer before me was super nice old lady seemed like he didnt want to be there and I used to train managers for appliance factory THIS GUY NEEDS TO GO

Purchased a used Maytag French door fridge in September- the main section stopped working by the end of the month. Fortunately we have the warranty, unfortunately they are taking a week to schedule the replacement, meaning most of our fridge food is shot. More importantly, when we called to report the break down, we got ZERO updates on replacement, what fridge we are getting, or when it is coming. I get that you are busy selling the next fridge, but it seems like you should honor your warranties with equal focus .To be determined as to when we actually get the replacement and what quality that fridge will be in, but at a minimum I’d appreciate at least one phone call providing an update on status.

After my washer took a dive after a 2 week vacation, I needed a washer asap. I live 140 miles from Denver and needed to bring a washer home that day, as I didnt want to have to come back to pick it up later. Looked for reviews for used appliances in the Denver area and this place came highly recommended. I can see why! We waited to talk to Lawrence as he was quite busy but he was able to show us several models and gave us the pricing. While I was only shopping for a washer, we ended up buying a dryer too as the price was great! We bought a newer Samsung combo, not exactly a set but look like it! I couldnt be more pleased with our choice, they are so quiet and efficient. Quite an upgrade from my last set. Couldnt be more pleased with the salesman, the product and the speed in which this was accomplished. Go see Lawrence, he can set you up with whatever you need!

I own a few rental properties around town and have been looking for a trustworthy company/person when it comes to buying my appliances. I have heard the positives and negatives of buying strictly used appliances, but who can afford to put brand new appliances in a rental every year? I researched some options and located the store on Colorado Blvd and decided to check it out, but not having high hopes. When I arrived I was greeted by a salesman named Scott. When he approached I did what I always do by brushing him off since I didnt want to be sold on an item that I wasnt looking for. Scott took it with a grain of salt and let me be, but made me aware that he would be around if I had any questions. I continued to look thinking that I knew what I needed, but of course I ended up with questions concerning brand quality and warranties. When I approached Scott with my questions and concerns he was extremely knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. He advised why the option I was looking at was good, but also pointed out the benefits of other models. When it was said and done I went with Scotts suggestion over my own research. I will continue to buy my appliances from this location and Scott as long as I own my properties.

My first purchase went a little rough initially - not because of the store. The store was great and a great price for the appliances. Delivery was the problem. 2 weeks and 2 missed planned deliveries and the appliances were all banged up (not how they were when I bought them). I rejected them and they refunded my money. I’m back today - wiser. Same great deals and super helpful ( thank you Gene and Daryl). But I’m going to take them with me! Will totally buy appliances from them again but give delivery a pass.

WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN.DELIVERY was AWFUL!The day they were scheduled to deliver our appliances, no one called or showed up, after waiting for hours my husband finally called the store and he was told that he has to call back when Lawrence is at the store.We purchased three appliances.The second scheduled delivery, they delivered two of the appliances but forgot one appliance.Although, Lawrence was apologetic and helpful, we were never offered any sort of compensation for our time and inconvenience.We saved $8 for buying our new microwave from them instead of Home Depot.
