Not a Winn-Dixie fan but this store is very nice.

I honestly dont like this winn-dixie, smells like old and the organization of the store is not the best, if you dont have their savings card it could be as expensive as Publix and the shopping experience will be lesser than there, so if you dont have a card, my recommendation is to ask the cashier if he/her has one to borrow. However, is convenient to us because its close by from our house, and so far the customer service has been good.

I like Winn Dixie more than all the other grocery chains, but this Winn Dixie in Delray is especially great. Excellent management. The cashiers are very good and polite. Amazing flower department. The wing bar is so good. I highly recommend this score.

Normally I love shopping at this Winn dixie, staff is great except for the manager. Friday sept 3rd I went to the Winn dixie liquor store. For many years they have ALWAYS price matched and advertised it as well. I have never had an issue with them price matching. I go to the counter to buy a 750ml bottle which they have for $24.99, I found it on total wine for $19.99. The cashier was covering for someone so he didnt know how to price match. He called his manager which was a woman, unfortunately I do not remember her name. She didnt have the courtesy to speak with me, she told the cashier we dont price match. I call her and ask her again if they price match and she said no. I then tell her to turn around and read the huge sign they have saying they price match competitors prices guaranteed. She actually goes and grabs the sign to read it. She knows that I just called her out on her bluff so then tells me its at the managers discretion but she will honor it this time. No its not at the managers discretion because every cashier would honor the price match with no manager approval. She was unfriendly, unwilling to honor a COMPANY policy at first and then did when she probably got mad that I proved her wrong. She honestly should be fired or at least not a manager.

I dont leave reviews on places but WOW. VERY rude staff. I actually work at a Winn-Dixie further East and the cashier and bagger today were ridiculous. We said Hello! And they just glared at us. We said Thank you so much! When they bagged the groceries and she gave us a look. Ive never actually been disappointed with customer service before, but this was so awkward and uncomfortable.HOWEVER. The older woman working as a cahser in line 3 seemed VERY sweet. Should have gone through her line.

My own experience was absolutely wonderful I like the great deals they got right now which is a dollar for bleach 4 paper towels not only the cheap kind but bounty they got bounty paper towels and here for a dollar which is excellent self service in the Delhi area for the for the chicken and garlic chicken with barbecue chicken this place is excellent its wonderful I recommend anybody thats in the local area in Winn-Dixie here in Delray Beach coming enjoy yourself get a good deal on buy one get one free as well for its potatoes crackers everything is pretty much buy one get one free thank you so much

Its a Winn Dixie. They are all pretty much the same. Not as expensive as Publix and more expensive than Aldi. Closest market to my home. Do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere. Drop in for specials

I like going to Winn-Dixie. They are always having good buy 1 get 1 free deals. And the employees are always very nice. The store that I go to frequently is always very clean.

I like W/D.W-D originally was a meat market.I prefer their beef to Publix.Competitive on everything else.What makes the difference is the people. People who I can picture in my mind.

I havent been in a Winn-Dixie in many year only because I haven been close to one when I needed to buy groceries. It was an overall pleasant experience. Clean, neat,organized logically and all you would like in a shopping run experience.

Better price than Publix and the store brands are good.

This is not one of the better Winn-Dixies. They are always of or dont have a lot of things out on the shelves. Waited for over 5 minutes at the fresh seafood counter then had to go to the meat department and ring the buzzer to get help then got a pretty rude worker that wouldnt give me what I wanted.I did buy some fish but since he would not separate any, I had to stop at Publix to finish shopping.

They often have items here that I dont see anywhere else. For example, 16oz cans of the best crab. Its not shredded and is really delicious. LOTS of crab cakes in there for about $12 or so.

Love the people that work there.

Becareful when you buy meat at this store. ive been to this store many times and their has been black gret moldy meat on the shelves. avoid all meat at this store

Service was good, however when a man was shopping with no mask on and the staff offered him a mask that was refused and slammed a bag of apples as hard as possible curshed me out.. Management informed me that Winn Dixie couldnt force him. Publix which is directly across the street. Guess where Ill be shopping for a while. In addition the volume of cars at 9:00pm at Publix is at least 5 times more nightly.

Woman working the fish department yesterday put my fish on the scale without a disposable cover on it. I thought that was totally gross since I did not see her clean the scale beforehand. I told her not to put my fish on the unprotected scale, she looked at me like I was crazy. Thankfully a nice man in that department intervened. His name was Carlos. Thank you Carlos!!

The staff managers the pharmacy .are all very helpful n kind i have never had any issues i bring my service dog he knows all the staff and they all love him .Tom.Beverly.and Ms Pam are great. I have severe PTSD and get scared .this winn dixie treats me n my dog very nice ...and yes he knows where his goodies are at the store

Store was clean, and employee were nice . I dont shop there a lot as the store is just to big and I get tired walking around looking for items.

I stopped here around 8pm to get a case of water. When I got to the checkout line, a worker pushed past me to get close to the cashier who was working the line. He never made eye contact, never acknowledged me, instead several employees spoke amongst themselves about breaks and getting off work. Seriously, not one word or glance. I dont expect much, but seriously, its no wonder Publix has completely taken over.

Unfortunately this store has unkind management and employees which has been reported to corporate more than once never shop here again.

Great place to shop everyone that works there is so nice and polite

At 4pm on a Saturday, there were no carts in the front of the store and no hand sanitizers to wipe down the carts. I feel safer at Publix and other stores I have been to lately. The staff were friendly but I doubt I will go back any time soon during the pandemic.

First time shopping here and man, this is worth the extra 15 minute drive! Fully stocked and spaced-out aisles, many choices to choose from (even vegan diets), as clean as any other supermarket, but the prices/deals are what made this trip exceptional! Produce, bakery, and meats are trash. Im just here for the BOGOs. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

There could be long lines at the register and employees will just stand over behind the customer service desk and not help speed things up.

There was only one register open and a very long line. Adventuraly they opened another register but instead of asking for the next customer in they allowed a free for all. When I said something to the person at customer service she was quite rude. I also was looking for service to buy some fish. I rang the bell, Adventuraly someone stuck there head out of a door and yelled he be out in a while. 15 minutes I walked away. Wont be back there anytime soon

Had a problem with one of the girls in the liquor store with a sealed bottle of wine. Store manager Rodney took care of the issue and this type of customer service will keep me coming back.Wont shop in the liquor store though.The girl has an attitude.Not my first time dealing with her.

Love the store. I wont return until after covid subsides. There was a rather cocky shopper with a mouth hole cut in it and the word useless on it. I felt unsafe.

This grocery store is convenient for me when at work. But man they never have enough cashiers working. I have honestly left a few times because of the lines. And some of the employees there are not super friendly.However, the prices are great which is why I could to try and shop there.

The lighting makes it gloomy especially at night when I tend to go. Very warehouse atmosphere.

The people in the deli are rude especially the old man with white hair who wears the Winn Doxie baseball cap. You have to be very careful when you buy meat at this store. Some of it is not USDA approved. The stores pricers are higher than neighboring grocery stores.

Its the Beef people, who doesnt love Winn Dixie. Prices are great and store is always clean and stocked 👍

Best meat department around.

The store was clean and employees were helpful. Their produce section was fresh and well stocked and prices were in line with other local supermarkets. They send out a weekly sales flyer which is helpful in getting the best price for various products.

We love the specials on meat! This is a large store with lots of selections. The staff could be a lit more courteous. They need training!

Its a fairly good store. The produce department seems to try to keep a good variety of things and organize them well. I feel like I save money here, although I sometimes need to go to Publix for a few things that are a little out of the ordinary, such as Sherry vinegar. In the past I chose to go here because I liked the music, but now days the music is shrill and irritating again. I also like that I can always find an easy parking spot for the F350.

The manager doesn’t wear a mask properly so I’m done with this store.
