Just received our new living room set from big lots that’s right big lots. Jose the manager at the Delray Beach big lots store is awesome and focused on Customer Service and making sure you’re happy. Went to a few different stores wound up going back to Jose in the Delray Beach store. Jose was able to find a local delivery partner for us, so we got our furniture the same day! If it wasn’t for Jose going the extra mile I’d still be out there shopping with my wife. Instead I’m chilling on our new living room set… Thank you Jose.

Angel in the furniture department is extremely efficient and helpful. His gentle demeanor and willingness to assist all customers with patience is outstanding.This is a great store for some fabulous deals.

Found some decent glass plates & bowls. Last week I purchased the square ones.....then went back today & purchased the round ones. I was happy to stumble upon them. The staff there are very nice. Especially Ken in the furniture dept.

Absolutely worst customer service from an employee obviously having a bad day because someone stole her cart! DUH if the store dont have enough carts, CUSTUMERS FIRST!!! Rude from the moment I was walking into the store. The woman kept complaining all over the store about the cart and kept cursing. Then when she was at the registered and picked up a call proceeded to slammed the phone repeatedly, and left leaving a line of customers waiting to pay at the register. AVOID this store #5277! I wish I could give this store NEGATIVE stars rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get in here quick so many Black Friday sales. Everyone has on masks. I found so many good gifts for my family and friends.

Bought a deep fryer from here, broke on the second use. Took it back a week later and no hesitation they replaced it. The staff was very friendly and even joked around a little bit. She took some time to train a new associate how to do a return, which I didnt mind, and still made it a good experience for me.

I am new to the area and had left my phone in an Uber. I was trying to figure out the bus system and other options without success. I took a long shot and stopped in your store to see if someone might be able to help in some way. I stopped at a desk back by the furniture and Claire was not only empathetic to my situation, but she also went above and beyond helping me navigate home. She not only found a local taxi number, but called them and arranged a ride home for me. It was extraordinary and beyond any customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Love Big Lots, always find what I am looking for at a great price. Employees are all very nice and helpful.

I bought a bunk bed and it was defective when I called to report it they already knew it was. They are selling defective bunk beds and then hung up on me when I was asking for help getting it fixed. Aweful experience all the way around I learned my lesson and will never buy furniture there again.

Went to check to see if they had any paper towel, (not because of the craziness of this corona panic but just because we needed some.) To my surprise they had pallets of it along with toilet paper? There was a limit of two per customer, but after have gone to two other stores it was nice to see they were prepared... For those who just needed some!

Most of the things here have no price, no where to check or no staff to do it, so if you want to check it, you have to wait in line, just for the cashier to check it for you! Frustrating!

Many small item groceries are more expensive than PUBLIX...so take note shoppers. Back furniture staff are it customer friendly...engage in gossip and talking amongst themselves... men! Memory foam and other house items MORE expensive than COSTCO. Take note shoppers! Bathroom items more expensive than Walmart. Suggestion: buy at other regular stores for less expense. Dont be fooled.

Love Big Lots If you go with an open mind not a list you will find wonderful deals. Just wish everything was priced 95% is. Or I am finding just that one stray item thats not.

As Big Lots go this one has more oils and more products than most. The prices of comprable to other Big Lots, and the cashier was very very nice

Decent store.. large variety of items, although hit or miss on what you may be looking for.. this store falls in between a Dollar store and Walmart.. terrible parking lot, very busy and hard to find parking.. not many employees here to help you and only one line open to check out

This Delray Big Lots is ok but kinda messy and unorganized. Be prepared to wait in line to check out as you will most likely need to ask for another cashier to assist the one thats at the front. I recommend trying another Big Lots location.

Big Lots is a pretty mixed bag, and it really depends on what you go in for. I usually go in for the organic food, which they used to have more of in the past, but have decreased for the past couple of years. The rest of the food is pretty expensive for what it is, and the interesting thing to me is some of the store looks like a Présidente, and some a bit like a Publix with quality and appearance. Think of a discounted Walmart with food that expires a bit quicker, and thats Big Lots in a nutshell.

Good store and prices for certain things. Just have to find the right things for youI found the perfect couches for me, got 2, saw them, 2 weeks later sale $200 off $1000. So yeah i got them and for the sale, and got a big lots credit card no interest for a year. And i also got a $50 coupon for spending $1000 just for spending $70 get 50 off no biggie. Now you have to be a big lots rewards member. Well worth it. 3 purchases and $5 off $15. Or various other dependi g what you spent. Not tons of choice but yoy can find the perfect things like i did, and goid prices for kitchen stuff garbage bags, cleaners, laundry etc...

Picked up toys for Toys for Tots and food for the food bank. Very reasonable.
