This place has the kentucky original soda called “ale81” which i have already tried recently this month and is already one of my favorite sodas of all time. for this reason alone this place rates high. deducted a star because this is a smaller walmart with less choices for shopping. this place has the personality of a rural store.

Okay dude straight up I hold this Walmart a little dear to my heart because I used to go here a lot when I lived across the street from here. We used to call it odd-mart because the inside looks more like odd lots (or big lots not I guess is the name) then walmart lol but dont let that take you away from stopping here its definitely one of the most unique walmarts I have ever been to. It has the typical items that you normally see at walmart but it will also have other stuff that you never see at Walmart I dont know how to explain it lol a year or 2 ago they had a Nintendo 64 for game for sell and a few PS1 memory cards on the same shelf next to it lol 1999 all over again lol like I said its odd but great I love coming here. If youre I the area check them out.

The people in electronics were friendly and helpful. I appreciate their patience while I tried to explain what I was trying to do. Patching old and new equipment together isnt as simple as I thought it would be.

Pretty small, but when I dont want to drive to Lewis Center it works.

Got some Christmas items very inexpensively. Saw some of them elsewhere at 4x the cost.

This Walmart is convenient. It needs to be remodeled as it is a very old floor plan. Not much for grocery here, but for home items it is fine.All of the departments you may need, but due to its size they may have a limited selection.Dave, in the automotive department is always very helpful, and getting an oil change while you shop is a nice convenience.

My local Walmart always go out of there way to help customers. We have waited till we get back home to shop at our Walmart verses other ones we pass by while out. They keep there customers number one.

This Walmart does not have a big grocery selection but is good for some basic things. A lot of times you can find good deals here on clearance. Last time I was there I was pleased that a staff member was extremely helpful in helping me locate a product that was showing online as being in the store and I could not find it after spending a lot of time looking. She gave me detailed directions about where it was and she was dead on. I like that Walmart has a store brand for a lot of products that is usually way less expensive than name brands. Walmart has low prices in general. One- is that it seems like there are never enough staff at the customer service desk so if I ever need to return anything it takes forever. Their return process is excellent once you get to the front of the line though.

First time in Delaware Ohio 😁 beautiful beautiful place by the way, Walmart was different but in good way, pretty organized and clean bring me some good memories when I was a kid looks just exactly like the Walmart close to my house where I grew up..

Called to try and ask a few questions and was actively hung up on three times within 10 seconds of talking to someone. They pretended to be disconnected but the third time they didnt even try. Would like to think it was a technical issue, but it was pretty obvious by the end that they just didnt want to answer the phone.

Dirty, crowded, rude customers and employees. Management has no customer service cares, they know they are too big to worry about customer satisfaction

So much better than the Walmart on Shrock Rd.Shelves were full for the most part, electric carts were available, and staff were outgoing. They seem to be starting to limit regular checkouts,however, in favor of self checkouts. This is very inconvenient for handicapped shoppers.

Went for tires & oil change. Tristen was Excellent in his customer interaction. We signed up for lifetime tire rotation. Bought BF Goodrich tires for our 2017 Platinum Explorer. The wife absolutely loves them and their ride. So much better than the Hankook that were on them. They (Tristen) even diagnosed our replace battery as a key fob battery replacement and did so. Awesome service is all I can say. Good prices and GREAT service (Tristen).

Staff at this Walmart are Always friendly and helpful! Even if they are busy doing something they drop what they are doing even if I insisted on just pointing me in the direction!

Quick and easy shopping trips. Easy self-checkout and pick up in store option. Workers are always friendly and I just found out that they now have reserved parking for patrons that are law enforcement. Not all their products are made in America but the new LE parking gave me more respect for them. Way to go Walmart.

Better than your average Walmart

Almost every experience at Walmart I enjoy even when I go with a list I still find something extra that I want+or need because they have almost everything that you need for your home and automobile.You can find everything you need from a simple quick picture painting to all the things to paint the inside and outside of your home.Grab your pharmaceutical items to your groceries while getting new tires put on your car, or having it serviced while you shop for a birthday gift.I love having Our Walmart Superstore!

If you shop at Walmart you deserve whatever happens.

This is not a standard Wal-Mart by local standards. The location is cramped and in a much smaller space than usual for a Wal-Mart. The grocery section is very slim and does not offer fresh produce or meat and seafood. All of the sections outside of clothing are a watered down version of a standard big box Wal-Mart. If you are actively seeking something I would highly recommend traveling farther outside of Delaware to a larger location. If you need clothes or basic items in other areas this Wal-Mart may work for you. Grocery wise you are good to go as far as pantry items but anything more substantial requires a second stop at the neighboring Kroger.

Walmart meets my needs, quality is at the level as I expect.

Its been several times Ive gone to change my watch battery. Today I went again and was told that the employee was at lunch time but would return in 30 minutes and another one would clock in around same time which was noon. I waited 20 mins past the time advised and after complaining finally an employee came to the area. Was asked if they were watched purchased at walmart ( which they were) they took a simple look just to tell me they cant help me. They dont have the tools to open it up and dont know if they had the batteries for the watch. Even though they still have watches in the counter for of the same model. They couldve just said that in the beginning so I didnt have to come back week after week and wait so long. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Horrible selection. Small dirty store. Think Kmart in the mid 1980s. The staff if you can find any are very rude. Was looking to upgrade my wife and mines phones. When we finally found someone after waking up and down every row in half the store they where beyond rude and refused to help. Enough so we walked out and went to the Walmart back home where you can actually find people and get service. Will never be back here.

I really dont like shopping at the Delaware Ohio Walmart. Its really small and doesnt have a full grocery. Most of the time I have been there the associates have been very mean. But today wasnt too crowded. Got in and out pretty fast.

Need cashiers or give a discount if I have to check myself out.

My mom and I were stuck at the photo kiosk and were really desperate to print photos and there came a very awesome lady Nivi that was a very great help to us. She showed us step by step how to get the pictures and they turned out really great, we had almost given up but she told us to print the pictures one by one. She gave us more motivation to print the rest. Thank you Nivi. You’re a great one, we really appreciate 😊

I prefer this one over the super one further down 23. Has more home goods and clothing in my opinion. Only complaints is they definitely are not watching people inside the store for wearing masks. People wear them to get inside then remove them and can even check out without them on! Whats up this that nonsense? If they get better at that Ill up the rating

Usually this store is my go to for Walmart since it’s close and usually isn’t crazy busy. Clean and normally friendly, but whoever was working the pick-up kiosk tonight (12/19) was rude af. The kiosk check-in system in general doesn’t work that great as there is supposedly an option to scan your barcode to check in so you don’t have to touch the screen, but it wouldn’t go through. But what are you gonna do. I appreciate the option to pick up, there’s just definitely room for improvement.

Small simple walmart almost always has what Im looking for but service desk can be super slow. Self checkouts are nice they have conver ones and the self checkouts hardly ever busy when we go.

Very small not much in the way of food

Its clear that this isnt a walmart of high standards. A lot of shelves empty, minus the seasonal aisles that already had Valentine things stocked. When employees are asked where to find a product, they have absolutely no clue where to go or who to ask to find the items. I believe though that the location plays a heavy role on all of this. Ontario and Mansfield, Ohio are going down the crapper in general, and have been for a very long time.

I hadnt been to the store since pandemic began. I was surprised to see the supply of candy almost non-existent on Halloween day. Maybe we should have got there earlier this week, but was happy to find Kroger stocked up next door. We did find some silverware that was really nice for the price. Didnt know we needed it but happy to retire our 20 year old set. Otherwise, my daughter got to see some interestingly dressed customers and employees. Not a bad experience but just one that reminded me it isnt your normal general store. I think we may go back next Halloween just to experience the people of Walmart.

When you ask for any kind of assistance from any employee at Walmart they look at you with that same dumfounded expression, all I want to know is do they teach their employees how to make that face in orientation,?

I came here for oil change, but because its raining, the guy came back to me and said your sprinter wont fit in our garage this is what the manager told him .. thats just a lie .. this walmart have big wide tall doors .. very bad management ..

The tall installer here is very rude act as if he didnt want to work on my vehicle I just gave me attitude I have a road hazard warranty I have a dually and the Walmart I bought it from sold me the road hazard warranty and then stall act like he didnt want to do the work so I have to go to a third party to have my tire balance the department had gave me Store gift card for $15 for the amount of money I have to pay to have his tire balance at another company.
