Yesterday around 12:00 noon, I stopped by to buy a round challa for the Jewish New Year.Was really disappointed (to say the least) to find frozen challis on the stand in the entrance $5.99 each for a small frozen challa?Two ladies next to me and myself left and brought a big very fresh one at a different store.Better to say “no more” than sell what you had.Thank you!

This store is usually great, and Im hoping to get back to 24-hour service soon. I can always shop in the early hours of the morning since it is quiet and I can take my time; I enjoy the shopping experience.

A nice, newly-remodeled Jewel. The organic produce now has its own nicely marked and grouped areas. Its much bigger than before, and had a nice big area for meats, bakery, fish and bake shop. The location is good too, unless you want to buy sweetened drinks.Ill go here often from now on.

I bought toothpaste at Jewel last week... in May 2021Noticed it tasted weird and saw that it expired in March 2020They kept expired toothpaste in stock for over a year. Come on now lol

Clean store, friendly staff. The one thing I didnt love was the long aisles. My typical Jewel has smaller aisles that cut off and have a middle aisle and this one didnt so if you were looking around for things, like I was, you have to go through the whole long aisle. Other than that it was a pleasant place to go shopping during the week.

Jewel-Osco prices are lower than at the other markets around. Quality service, everyone there is very nice and friendly. Fully stocked with all grocery items you may need.

Lil pricey but worth it for the service

Generally everything on our weekly list is available but where shortages or late deliveries to the store disappoints. Personnel is very helpful and courteous. This is my regular location.

May favorite Jewel in the area. Its new and clean, and the selection is incredible. Prices are great. And, they have carts with video screens in them, which is great when youre shopping with your kids. Id give it 5 stars but the checkout lines are always far too long. They need to have at least 3 more lanes open at all times. Regardless of when I go (weekends, nights, mornings, lunch, etc), the lines are too long. The checkout process in general is a nightmare. If they fixed this problem, Id give it 5 stars without hesitation.

Just another jewel. I honestly cant tell them apart anymore. Same products slightly different prices. Same people slightly different faces. I recommend checking out more local stores for a different selection. There are plenty of options available. But if you are a creature of habit then these stores suffice.

Soup/salad bar without utensils (forks, knives) is essentially useless unless you want to eat with your hands. Also, they are frequently out of napkins. Pretty bad.

This location has the no firearms signs on both the entrance doors. Not sure why they need to advertise to criminals that everyone inside is vulnerable and disarmed. Check the expiration dates on refrigerated products because this location lacks quality control. The Highland Park location a few minutes away is a way better option.

Bryan was my Cashier and he was super rude. I said hello and he doesnt say anything back and i know he heard me. Wouldnt respond to anything i was saying to him. Didnt say please or thank you or anything welcoming or polite at all. He made me feel like i was bothering him. Next time ill just go to a different supermarket

Bad customer experience overall!!! Consistent under staff at the cashiers. Today it was even worse!!!! It is 8 pm and there is plenty of people doing groceries in the store and only one lane for over 15 items and about 6 people waiting for too long (and only two express lanes).

After the remodel, there is so much more. Good place to shop

Devon the bagger took extra care with bagging my groceries that I really appreciated.

Just called the bake shop for a special cake needed the same day! They were super helpful and went above and beyond. They were much more helpful than the other location a short distance away!

This is the closest Jewel to my house and I dont like it. Im not exactly sure why but I never have. The staff is nice is enough and they always seem to have what I am looking for but maybe its the mismatched tile on the floor or maybe its the weird half full shopping center its in or maybe its the fact it seems pretty outdated compared to the other Grocery Stores around me but something just rubs me the wrong way with this store.

Worst customer service . Debbie or Gabby front manager lady extremely rude and unbelievably unpleasant, manager Eric who was not willing to believe anything I told him about the incident .Never going back there again, even though I live across the street.
