The Pharmacy is horrible. It is really horrible if you need to talk to a pharmacist or need answers. 35 minutes on hold and transferred 5 times. I still dont have an answer. I may try to call in the middle of the night. Did I say they are horrible.

Those 5 stars are for Mr. Bert from Walgreens on 780 Waukegan Rd. in Deerfield, Il, 60015. It is fascinating how patient and helpful he is. He doesn’t give up trying everything to serve customers. I would like young technicians and pharmacists to emulate him. Thank you Mr. Bert

The pharmacy at this location is horrible. More than once have they screwed things up. Never had such problems at the BG location. It’s time to find another location.

Nonexistent customer service, long wait and incompetent pharmacy staff. This is supposed to be their flagship store. They keep experimenting, cutting costs by hiring completely incompetent technicians who need to ask a pharmacist for everything. Most often there is ONE licensed pharmacist per shift. Whoever comes up with the strategy for this store operations should be fired. Screams incompetence. Needless to say - taking my business elsewhere.

10 dollar minimum for pickups? Wow the greed and exploitation is real. I rather pull up amazon and get it delivered to my door for the same price. No wonder your closing stores left and right executives have no idea how to run a successful retail store in 2021.

I like to think of myself as a reasonable person and Im not one to bash a business, but this has gone on for too long and, frankly, enough is enough. I understand that this pharmacy probably fills 500 to 1000 prescriptions per day, but its obvious that they are operating like a unkempt machine that has little to no concern for their customers or reputation. I am only writing this review today because I genuinely feel that the staff at this pharmacy is overwhelmed and as a result have become jaded towards their customers. Each time I call I get thrown around on hold (lasting well over 30 minutes). Once Agnes or Krista or one of the dozens of the other pharmacists finally answer, they are rushing me off the phone as if Im inconveniencing them with a simply question about my medication. A change needs to be made and I dont think they will be making any in the nearby future.

The manager is a horrible person. Managed to make my bad day even worse and it seemed like she enjoyed doing it. She’s a spaz. Don’t come here unless you want the Karen reverse card thrown on you. Worst Walgreens I have ever been too. Constantly long waits in line at check out and pharmacy. No one ever answers the phone. By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too.

I believe the service culture is sub standard in this store and I believe I have been flagged at this store as a difficult customer which is unprofessional at best. Starting with the General Manager, Kyle, and a Pharmacist, Agnes just today! Kyle disregarded a covid outbreak that I was exposed to. Agnes speaks like a pre-recorded robot that doesnt have an off button to shut her down. It appears that they are trained to argue, avoid and be dishonest.Im old school, the customer is always right(even when they are wrong)!!! This is customer discrimination.

These guys work hard; Ive seen the employees here dealing with some of the entitled and obstinate customer base that this area is known for, and they still keep their composure answer every question professionally. Not only that, theyre one of the only stores in the area to operate 24 hours a day.

This is the best Walgreens pharmacy and store location that I have ever experienced. The pharmacy has outstanding service - especially Pharmacist Soo. She goes above and beyond! The stores staff is always extremely friendly and the store is always very clean with fast service.

Ordered 5 items (vitamins, aspirin, Iron tablets, etc. Nothing special) on 3/30/20 through walgreens.com . They told me there would be a bit of a delay because of the covid virus. I JUST got the items today 4/13/20. Very disappointed that it took a full 2 weeks for this delivery to arrive. I see now why amazon dominates the internet order market. I will never use walgreens.com again.

I needed 10 photo books for my upcoming art exhibit. Walgreens had an awesome deal. The on-line template offered many beautiful design options and was really easy to use. This was during the busy last two weeks of the year, but Jose and Isaac made it happen with a smile, and provided a very satisfying, professional looking product.

The staff is great except for a guy that might have been a manager. I told him I did not have Medicare Part D and that my drugs were covered on my company plan but he said my BCBS card wasnt enough and that I had to show him a third party card.

Great Walgreens. The staff is nice and helpful, and there is never a long line. They have a pretty good liquor department for a pharmacy, and the pharmacy is quick as well.

I have been waiting for the SHINGRIX second shot for several months. Walgreens is maintaining a waitlist but cannot confirm to me whether I have been placed on the list. Hard to believe in this day of computers they cannot do this. I was told its a very long list of hundreds of names. Understood ..... but why would anyone have to page through a list in this day and age? No technology! TERRIBLE. I wonder if CVS has a better system.

I called the pharmacy at the Walgreens in Deerfield late Monday February 26th, to ask just one question. I could not believe the pharmacist didnt want to answer just one general question now i can understand why their reviews are so poor. He was not nice and very mean his customer service skills were really bad i will never call that store again. They should close the pharmacy down since all they have is countless problems. I called another Walgreens and the pharmacy answered the question with no problems at all i told them what happened at this store, he said the pharmacist should have never done that.

The pharmacy is quite ridiclous! The wait time is incredibly long, so I decided to come late at night to avoid a line. I waited 2 minutes at the DT before pressing the bell, someone responded to hold for a moment. 15 minutes later I ring the button again and it took several minutes after that to be served. A few of the staff have seemed inconvenienced when serving me when I ask additional questions. As I wait in line now for 45 minutes, it seems maybe you need to hire more help.

Id like to zero star this. The pharmacy is always backed up. For the love of god, please hire more people. Waited a half hour just to drop off a prescription. Its been a problem for years! Todays day in age is about customers service. Just because you large, doesnt mean your not loosing business. Im sure lots of people ore going elsewhere. I am! See ya!Again....sitting in line for 20 minutes. Get more people!5-5-2018. Still the worst drive through in America. Soooooo Slooooow!

They moved around everything in the store and it’s the worst thing to ever happen. Can’t find anything until you walk around for 10 extra minutes.

This Walgreens is well kept by corporate, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is second to none.

Great people very helpful and friendly. Store is clean and offers a lot of services.

If I could rate them lower, I would. Embarrassing that corporate is down the street and this place is run like it’s in the middle of Alaska.

This Walgreens doesn’t check peoples IDs, I had my card cloned and used here yesterday, luckily my bank caught it and called me.

The pharmacy is no good.They not help me .They ignore my question. I am very disappointed.

This pharmacy make so many errors, and always has a ridiculously long wait. Ive had prescriptions not filled for no apparent reason, had prescription sent to another pharmacy, had prescription filled incorrectly, and had wait times at the counter of over 20 minutes. Considering the corporate headquarters are in Deerfield, this is disappointing.

Rude staff. Nobody helps you find what you’re looking for. Awful management.

The Pharmacist on Monday Feb. 26, 2017 refused to answer any of my questions he was so Rude. Why do they bother having a Pharmacy if they refuse to answer any questions and there is always a long wait.
