I am not one to complain about things out of a store physical control such as time on repairs, but the customer service and attitudes in this store is unprofessional. I not only had to deal with it via phone checking the status of my order when I had received emails stating my order was ready to pick up (when it was not) but also walking in this store as one lady working behind the counter yells to complain about a customer calling to check status of their repair. I am not sure if they need to update their emailing system or what, but my experience was absolutely horrible, do not recommend.Also, when we purchased the warranty on the necklace, was told the jewelry would be replaced, not shipped off to be fixed and take a month to be returned. All around unhappy with this experience.

I have never been so mad at a store policy when we recently went to the store to have wedding ring resized. We got into the store no-one was there and they would not see us said we had to have an appointment. I will never go back I only hope thru learn what customer service is.

My husband called last week to schedule a cleaning for my ring and was told that they can get us in at 1:30. We drive 35 minutes to this location only to be told that our appointment is for next Saturday and we’ll have to come back. There were 3 employees there and they were not busy but told my husband that he could hang around to see if the 2:00 appointment shows up. It does not take 30 mins to clean a ring and my husband explained that he was told this Saturday and the drive we made but they still would not go ahead and see him. Will not be back to this location nor recommend it; will continue to use the Huntsville location going forward. Poor customer service.

The Customer Service I received from Mr Ken was Amazing. I went in with a clasp issue and even though he knew it wasn’t a Sale his smile, his tone and body language let me know it was all about making me happy. I ended up purchasing a ring and is looking forward to purchasing a pair of earrings with Mr Ken assistant. He made my clasp issue as well as my shopping experience seamless.

I had an unexpected occasion to visit this store several hundred miles from my home when ordered to evacuate the coast during Hurricane Matthew. What Id needed at the time wasnt nearly as important as the courtesy of the staff and Manage/Owner? I havent stopped sharing the story since our safe return to Georgia and I would tell you that if youre looking for an fair shake in a jewelry store, this store would be highly recommend.George D Shuman

Went in to order a ring and was told it would be in by Friday. Called back on Wednesday to ask why I had not received a confirmation yet and was then told that it takes about 4-5 business days to receive the order than another 2-3 to process THEN 2 days shipping. When I asked why it says 1-3 business days the guy kind of disregarded me. Called florence hoping that the confirmation email just wasn’t coming through because that’s where it was being shipped to, and of course they didn’t have it. They were very helpful with the timeframe and everything though. I won’t ever use the Decatur store or probably Zales ever again.

My Fiancé ordered my engagement ring online, when it arrived in store nobody checked the quality of the ring like they are suppose too. When I got the ring & had it for only 2 DAYS and it was warped everywhere. 6 very loose diamonds, and the diamonds were milk looking. They weren’t even clear or shiny. Nobody would give me a discount or anything for what they’ve done. I wouldn’t give them another dollar. I sat and cried in my car afterwards. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!

Awful customer service. My boyfriend and I went in on an early Saturday afternoon, 6/7/14. There were two women working and one other customer in the store. One of the women was helping the other customer but the older blonde lady was simply typing away at the computer. She greeted us hello and then went right back to typing. We stood in front of the counter on the other end for a good 10 minutes before we just walked out of the store. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was busy typing up a customer order but an, Ill be right with you in just a moment would have been better than flat out ignoring us. There is a ring in the store that I have been eyeing for quite some time and my boyfriend was going to buy it for me today. Granted we are a fairly young couple, 22 and 21, but we were appropriately dressed and I cannot understand why we were simply flat out ignored. My boyfriend was ready to spend quite a bit of money in there and she ruined our experience. We will never be doing business at this Zales ever again.

Always rude the staff has 0 experience in jewelry. They get an attitude if they have to stop playing with there phones and help anyone and they try to rush you away. This isnt a onetime accurance but everytime. I only go to pay a payment once I pay it off they will never get my business again.
