Rental here has gone well. Last used a small excavator with their trailer. All work great! The excavator had a hatch cover off. But it didn’t effect anything. The trailer was top notch and worked great. It made loading and unloading easy and the brakes worked perfect. I’ll be using these guys more

Had an awesome experiemce everytime at the Holly Hill office. Friendly counter reps, staff at the return bay were awesome. I know I have other rental facility options but with the experiemce i have had im sticking wkth them. I highly recommend this company for your equipment rental needs.

We rented a tamper and skidsteer in March. First they sent the wrong skidsteer. After hours of arguing how there is a work crew onsite and no we cannot wait a few more days, we finally got the skidsteer we ordered. I was not going to write a review. But now there is a $600+ charge on our credit card for this month for the tamper AFTER IT WAS RETURNED BUT THEY CANT FIND IT. We called on Monday. We called today. My husband is a teacher and has all summer off and was pre-law. Next -- small claims court.

Beware. fraudulently charged my business twice $481 for a scissor lift while I was in the hospital. salesman said nothing he could do about it. when i try to print their invoice its a blank sheet. am reporting them for fraud to my bank and states attorney. they could care less about customer service. they deserve zero stars but its not an option.

I had a great experience with these guys. I dealt with Kevin and all I can say is he does whatever it takes to keep his customers happy. We had a slight hiccup with an excavator on the last day of the rental and he ended up going out of his way to pick it up and drop off a new one. He also worked around my work schedule and extended the rental for a few days until my crew had time to button up that job. Even after all this he did not charge me for equipment pick up due to the slight inconvenience. Very satidfied. Thanks Kevin!
