It was good but they paid no attention to some items. Left the lock to pull the wheels in a cup holder never put it back where it belonged. Left the rear seat storage seat up and just no attention to the detail. They did wash my vehicle which was nice, the service person who met with us was very nice. I’m from Ohio and the dealership I went to there was meticulous. Hopefully they will do better if I go back again

Took two days, keeping my car before even getting it in to assess problem. No loaner car program any more, so almost three full days without a car. The price for fixing my car was $50 more than I was told, tax included, out the door 1/2 hour prior to me arriving to pick up my car. Invoice all had to be changed... more time to wait for my car. My car was returned with plastic and floor paper wadded up on drivers side floor. Drivers side seat- cover, half pulled off from bottom. Blood drippings on drivers side door. My Trump signs were in perfect condition placed in rear windows; one missing, other one wadded up and found in back under floor mat. I spoke with the manager, Jim, he stated, Go get new Trump signs and I will reimburse you. Just returned from vacation. will get new Trump signs ASAP.

Definitely the worst experience I have EVER had at a dealership!!! Bought a brand new car only to notice the next day that the car had rust and other issues. Brought it in and was told they’ll have to keep it for the day to fix the issues. Since we’re working people, we told them we would need a rental. They said one was not available now, this was July 2021 but one would be available on September 23, 2021 (2 months later). Ok. No problem. We made the appointment. The day before the appointment we got a call saying no rental was unavailable, after waiting for 2 whole months. They offered to take us to work and pick us back on time since we also needed to get the kids from school. We told them exactly what time we needed to be at work and what time we needed to be back. They said it wasn’t an issue. In the morning when we dropped off the car, we had to wait over an hour for a shuttle to take us to work (late for work). In the evening, no one was there to pick us up at 5:00pm, we called several times with no answer and when we finally got an answer, we were told, “I can’t get you right now, I’m busy.” Now we have to figure out how/who will be able to get the kids from school. This was by far the worst experience ever and I would definitely not recommend.9/29/21 Update.The manager and the service rep called to apologize for what happened. They offered a free wash (wash is normally free btw) and a full tank of gas for the inconvenience.

PROFESSIONAL CROOKS! NEW CAR BUYERS BEWARE! ASK TO SEE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! Went back and forth for a $82K Denali, they sent me the lease for review and couldnt believe buried in contract was a 7% interest rate when I have a 800 plus credit score. Greg Johnson gave me a teaser monthly payment with no other details. When asked about this absurd rate for a well qualified buyer, they tell me its GM that makes the rate; LIE since the dealer itself pulled my score. They pulled another inquiry when asked to finance, and that was from GM financial. With nowhere to hide from their crooked lies as they were caught from an informed buyer, they quickly refunded my commitment deposit and told me to go elsewhere. Shawn Lackemacher, the finance manager told me either I agree to their ridiculous rates or I would pay $5k over MSRP and get financing elsewhere. Bunch of money hungry crooks. Cherry on top is that they posted my trade in for sale online without even having my car in hand, so eager to make some more money off me....oh, at $8,500 over what they were giving me. Never go there! Good thing we can have these reviews so others can know about this malpractice, greedy, crooked dealer.

We had such an amazing experienced with Mr. Reno. We had three dealerships that we tried to get this truck. By far Ritchey Daytona is best dealership we ever encountered. Mr. Reno was very straight forward and worked with the price point that we wanted, he was so polite and took his time to show my husband how to navigate the truck. We never felt rushed even though the dealership is closed, he took his time till my husband is very well educated on the truck. Appreciate Mr. Reno for doing such an amazing job and giving us a good deal on the truck. We purchased the 2021 Gmc Denali.

Simply there for an oil change and tire rotation. We were informed immediately upon our arrival that they were running 2 hours behind and we could re-schedule if we chose to. I found this quite refreshing because most dealerships I have dealt with have just told you they would let you know when your car was done. Since we had a long time to wait, the courtesy driver took us to a local restaurant where we could eat breakfast while we waited.

I was having a parasitic drain on my 2021 GMC Denali so I had it serviced at Ritchey Buick GMC. I have a lot of adaptive equipment on my car because my husband is disabled so Roy (Expert Service Technician) took many hours but was able to trace the problem down and fix it. He is now the only one I want working on my vehicle. Very smart and capable and knows everything there is to know about these cars. Bruce (Wonderful Service Manager) kept me informed every step of the way and keeps things running smooth around there. This is the only place I will take my vehicle. Thank you Ritchey GMC.

Last year we bought a vehicle here and the service was 5 star...........not so much this time.........The sale of the vehicle went fine but I have no idea why I paid $899 for a processing fee. I was having plates transferred from another vehicle not being traded in so I had to get a temp plate. When that ran out I still had no registration and had to keep calling. I was told 3 to 5 days.......After 8 days and no registration I called again and was told it would be there in the morning. So after almost 2 months I HAD to drive 40 minutes to get my registration.........NOT GOOD

Purchased car new in Deland in 2019, previously serviced at Kaiser. Moved to Ormond which brought me to Ritchey. Scheduled an appointment for 0930 hours, and informed them I would be waiting. Service was the 15k mile oil change/tire rotation. Arrived on time and the vehicle was taken to the shop. Service took 2.5 hours...for an oil change. Car was returned washed, which was nice. I noticed the tech did not remove the previous oil change sticker from the windshield, and just added another sticker underneath it (starting a collection!) Good price, polite staff, but long wait and the small details were lacking. How hard is it to remove the old oil change sticker? First new car Ive owned, and want to dealer maintain it throughout the warranty period, but if thats the standard, Ill change my own oil in the driveway.EDIT 12/23: Ritchey staff was quick to contact me reference my review, listened to my concerns, and expressed genuine concern and apology. They showed customer service and satisfaction was a top priority, and assured me there would be no further issues moving forward. Due to their rapid and genuine response, I adjusted my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

UPDATED:I was not given a fully signed copy of the purchase agreement and finance agreements and called after also never receiving them in postal mail. I was able to talk to the finance guy, Shaun, on a Saturday, who took my email address and promised to send pdf copies the following Monday. Nothing was ever sent. I called him twice and left voicemails. He has never returned my call. I called the main number and asked to speak to someone else and was sent to a voicemail for Angela (I believe that was her name). No returned call nor email. I also emailed my sales representative asking for help. No response. I am unfortunately going to have to take time off from work to drive up and make a stink in the dealership. I am mortified at how they are not responding to me. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A SIGNED COPY of the purchase and finance agreements! Maybe someone will see this updated review and make something happen. Really makes me question if I would give business to this dealership again.Original Review (posted day I took delivery):The first time I drove on the lot, Reno came out to ask if I needed any help. From that moment forward, Reno has been a trusted, friendly, welcoming, and low pressure salesman, that seems like an old friend now. I wanted to try buying from a local dealership, even though I knew I might not find the exact options and color I wanted, and Reno did a fantastic job helping me understand all my options and culling through many many vehicles, both on the lot and at other lots, to finally come to the decision to purchase the Satin Steel Yukon Denali that had come onto the lot during my second visit! I took my car in because most of the dashboard lights were on. I suspected that it had to do with the battery because it didnt start right away. I had to wait until I got car started. I called Ritchie Cadillac to take car in so they could look at it. When I got there talked to service Mark, name is spelled different. He scanned car. He could not get a response. Be aware he is not a Technician or mechanic. He told me to leave car with them on Tuesday 1/26/21. I left the car with them. He called same day and told me that the car needed a part called ABS Control Module. It would cost over $739.00 to install it but they did not have the part in the shop. He called me and told me that they were having difficulty locating the part. I said ok. I couldnt be without a car for the weekend. He said that I can pick up the car and drive it home. When I picked up the car on Thursday, I paid for a new Battery for $199. plus . I asked Mark what was the date on the battery he looked at it. He said that he didnt know. Be aware, there was a mechanic with him at the end of the day. I took car home.The ABS light was still on. He said that I could still drive car and I wouldnt do any damage to it. The only thing was that if I stop when its raining, the car might skid. I went home check out battery code, the battery was 10 months old. I called him on Thursday afternoon and left a message about battery. I called the service manager on Friday morning and called Mark Left 3 messages. He called me back, he stated that it didnt make any difference. I told him that I wanted a new battery. Hours later he called back that he found a new battery. I asked what date, he Dec. 2020. He told me to come in on Friday afternoon after 2:00 pm, they will put new battery in. It took them less than half an hour to install the new battery. I checked date before I Left. So far no ABS lights has stayed lit or any other lights. I drove it home and still no lights has come on. Mark said that the lights will come back because of the technical problem, he said that I need it to replace the ABS Module. I did some research on the 2011 GMC terrain, and it said that rarely that part goes bad. Everything I read it goes back to the battery function. Im hoping that I dont have to replace the ABS part. Why people are not honest when it comes to a woman dealing with the service people in a Dealership? This is the 4th battery installed by them since I bought the car in 2012.

Best Dealership Ive been too!!! Between my salesman Jason Burkhart and his manager Rick Rogers they spent 2 weeks-ish but got the truck I wanted. Saved the day for me because I wanted a 2021 Canyon that was in Deland but that dealership could care less about my business. These two at Ritchey made it where we will be buying another vehicle from them in the future.Make sure you stop here if you want a car/truck. They will do everything they can to help you find what you want and you wont feel like you are talking to a car salesman.
