Huge selection! Stopped in to see if they had a certain book in stock which they did. I ended up finding some other books that were a great deal in a huge clearance section. The staff was very friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything. The store was very clean and well organized. I will definitely be back again for some more good reads. I highly recommend everyone looking for a good book store to check out Books-A-Million.

Very nice and clean place. Bathrooms were out of order so a little walk to find one through the mall. But always nice little finds their and cool books as always. Need to find these again since coming in you always can find something you will want to read.

Some of the employees are knowledgeable others not so much. One of the guys who works at the Cafe part was not customer friendly at all. You need to be if you work in retail of any kind!!! Unless you work in Fast food being rude there is not only acceptable, but promotion worthy!

Cute little store in the mall that has a good selection of topics and books. I enjoyed the quietness reminding me of a library and the nice staff. The lines werent to long and they also had board games which was interesting and fun to see. Enjoyed the place and the atmosphere.

Of course this is a book store, but to me this is the place to go if you want to buy some card games or puzzles. I bought Superfight here, (the BEST party/card game ever) as well as all of my Dungeons and Dragons books. As with nearly anything that you can buy in a brick and mortar store, all of this would have been significantly cheaper online, but you pay for convenience. Great store, great selection.

The people who work here are so helpful and kind and patient. Honestly I love coming here to look around, and its not always just about finding a book. I come here to look at a lot of other things, figures, stuffer animals, occult related items. I am never disappointed.

I like BAM because of its great selection of books. This time I found BAM much better than Barnes & Noble. At this location there were so many bargain priced books I ended buying more than I thought. Didnt try its coffee, but was given a free coffee coupon.

Great place to come if youre looking for a good book. They have board games, some toys and even have a coffee place inside which has great choices to choose from. Only reason I rated it a 4 out of 5 is because quite a bit of their stuff is pricier than other places.

I found everything I wanted and it was all in place. Not that COVID safe as no one was wearing masks except me. Not that expensive but not that cheap compared to the BAM! back home. The prices for the books I got ranged from $3 to $9. The employees were nice but never asked if I needed any help. I got a figurine for $22 which is cheap since most of the ones I find are over $30 so that was a deal.

If youre an adult you will have a difficult time finding books here. A frighteningly accurate estimation would be 90% of their products are for children or theyre fiction, which leads back to children. I used to come here to find books on all kinds of hobbies, skills, and none of them are still here. I guess to counter falling sales theyre copying the failed business model of RadioShack, which is to abandon your adult customer base and start selling more and more toys until you go out of business.

The books are well displayed, the accessories are unique, the workers are caring and friendly and very respectful. There is also a place to sit read and have coffee ☕.

Has all the selection of main stay bookstore staple bestseller novels, classic read and magazines but also nicely curated fun reads, artsy coffee table books, hipster diy nonfiction and how to books for your next hobby you didnt know you wanted to do yet.Not a pretentious as B&N plus wider variety and more interesting selection of merchandise.But best of all, this is the place for a cool, unique gifts for anyone and everyone that deserves more effort than a generic gift card.If i sound like a paid review, its only because this store fondly reminded me of how much i used to love going to bookstores in my teens and early 20s. For the first time in over a decade, i didnt leave a corporate bookstore worried for its uncertain future, afraid it was teetering on the edge of bancrupcy. I go to sleep tonight reassured that there is hope my children will have a future with brick and mortar bookstores to carry the nerd torch for another generation.

This store has a large selection of books, games, and pop culture items. Browsing the discount section can net you some cheap books and surprisingly, the childrens discount section has a lot to choose from as well. In my experience, the staff are helpful and friendly. I rated 4 stars due to the policy of pushing magazine offers at checkout. I made the mistake once of taking the free magazine offer and I had a terrible time trying to cancel it.

Staff was very helpful even though they didnt have the book I was looking for!

Very good selection of many types of titles and magazines. Staff was friendly. Music played was questionable and slightly annoying.

They offered great selection on books and other pop culture figures and products. Only problem I had was the cashier kept trying to push their membership program multiple times after I said I was not interested. He just wouldnt take no for an answer which made me almost not follow through with my purchase.

We visit this visit bookstore when we come to town. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.

The store was fine. This ratings mostly for the coffee shop. Dont get any of their iced tea fruity drinks. The rep filled a cup with ice, put half a teaspoon of pomegranate syrup and poured in the hot hot water. It was disgusting, watered downed, and not what I ordered. The rep was obviously not trained properly and the drink showed it.

They actually carried a Delorme Atlas and Gazetteer.I received a coupon for a free cup of coffee with the purchase of my book.

They have a program that sends coffee to the soldiers.By a pound they give one. Got a free coffee books are wonderful 😃

As one of the last brick and mortar bookstores around, they have a decent selection and fair prices. Last time I went I spot checked prices against Amazon and prices were just a few bucks more generally--sometimes the same price. Well kept store and they frequently have bargain books for great prices. They also have an expensive magazine collection and a couple of benches that you can chill and flip through some mags before you buy.

Very nice bookstore, organized and I found what I was looking for right away. The cashier was kind and friendly and I noticed they also had other items like some spiritual tee shirts.

They had quite a bit. I was looking for a specific author and couldnt find her but could buy on line and pick up in store after to save on shipping cost. Not ideal but better than nothing I guess.

Great local book store in the Volusia mall with a small coffee shop. Multiple books to choose from and even vinyl records. Friendly staff and quick checkout. Lots of pop culture toys and gifts. Even have a kids section with toys and books.

Beautiful, big bookstore! There seems to be a section for every kind of book, from children to adults with varied interests. Surprisedly there are also toys, gadgets and clothes. Many temptations!

Really friendly staff. Ask for Kori or Kora? she is extremely helpful and knows alot. All the other staff members would walk pass you and not even say hello or ask to help. They were all drowned in their tasks it seems. She quickly turned a bad experience into a positive one.

Just like every other BAM or large book stores. huge option on books and magazines. also vinyls, plenty of toys and games and trinkets to check out as well. alittle pricey, but thats normal at a store like this.

I love browsing the Books-A-Million, but also hate it because I spend way too much money when I do. In my opinion some things are overpriced, but I have gotten some deals with the membership program. Employees Ive dealt with have all been very nice and so helpful.
