We went into Dealership to make a deal. The experience turned out pretty bad. Without going into Symantec’s- they did everything to sabotage us from buying a car from there. After a few offers it was obvious they did not want to sell us a vehicle. Said they would call when they got more vehicles in. Never received a call the next day when shipment came. Bought a Hyundai and was treated with the dignity we would expect. The financial manager at Daytona Kia was nothing short of Rude. Our salesman, Michael, was on point with sales, however- he did not call back after stating he would the next day. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership in Volusia County- drive to the next closest Kia dealer and save yourself some time. Rarely do I right a bad review. But when in sales - excellent customer service is essential. Which they do not have. I was authentically insulted.

They worked to get us the monthly payment we needed and the vehicle we really wanted! We were very grateful especially after going to another dealership and them pretty much laughing at us telling us what we wanted was impossible but Kia made it happen! This is the 3RD vehicle between them and their affiliate Mitsubishi and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. We will definetly be going back for any future needs.

SCAMMERS!!!! DONT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!This dealership sent out to everyone in the area, a flyer with a contest. Scratch off and you win what ever the amount was. I know they do this just to pull in people, but by law there has to be a winner. My flyer said I won $25000 cash with the scratch off. So I did what the flyer said and took pictures of every part of the flyer afterwards. I took it into the dealership, they looked at the paper, put the pin in the computer and said I won a target gift card. WHAT??? Thats not what my flyer said... He proceeded to take my flyer and tear out the filled out part for another drawing. And never gave it back. Why would they? Then you cant say you really won anything. So they gave me a Target card and when I got it home it had nothing on it!!!!! This dealership are scammers. Its a game they play to get you in the door. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. They are very dishonest. If they scam you through a contest they will also scam you when you try to buy a car there. Watch out for bad companies like this. Ill be checking with a lawyer since I took pictures of every part of that flyer.

Hello Daytona Kia!Let me start off by saying that buying a car from you has been a wonderful experience. We never felt bombarded by salesmen when we walked in and never felt rushed or pushed into buying a car. I dislike the whole process of buying a car and this dealership has made it a pleasure. My son had bought a car a week prior and also had wonderful things to say about Daytona Kia. We didnt look anywhere else.Mikel Bustillo was our salesman and he was just terrific even though we thought WE were being difficult, Mikel always was patient and kept a smile on his face. Respectful and pleasant through the whole process. Mikel was so great going through all the technology in the car and pairing my phone for me. We would have never been able to do this ourselves. I never expected to drive home with a new vehicle cause we were just looking to see what I liked. We went home with a 2022 Sorento! Its beautiful and just love my retirement gift to myself!Also a shout out to the sales manager Ross and finance dept (sorry forgot his name) who also were a pleasure to work with.Thanks to the entire staff who helped make this possible.Joanne and Matt DAzzo

Kia wants you to bring your vehicles back to them for service. But when you schedule an appointment at 3:15 so you have time to go get your kids after from daycare. For a brand new 2022 carnival with 6k miles and you dont get done till after 5pm thats not worth going to the dealer. It needs nothing just a drain and fill and safety check. No it was not a free oil change it was paid for.

Not only did he help me get a fabulous deal on it. He made things very easy and convenient. Jim in the financing department was just as kind and very easy to work with. I was in and out of there and just cant stress enough how the whole experience was great.

I received a mail ad today in what looked like a legal correspondence envelope, you know, the big orange/yellow ones? It even said The Offices of Records of Declaration which, of course smelled rotten to me, but regardless: dont shop here.If theyre content with trying to trick the elderly into opening these mailers, theyre content with treating you worse than this if you actually shop here.

I called in to order sensors and I wasnt even sure what I needed to fix my car. I was stressed out about getting my car fixed and Douglas in the parts department was extremely helpful! He was able to help me figure out what I needed and help me purchase the correct part. He was extremely honest. I really appreciated all his help! I called a second time to get all weather mats since my after market ones didnt fit correctly. Its so nice knowing there is someone I can trust at a dealership. Ill always call and ask for Douglas when I need help.

Beware!!!! Please do yourself a favor and have any vehicle you buy from here checked carefully!!!!! We bought a 2012 Kia Soul about a month ago. Our salesperson, Brian was very nice. The car was in good shape not bad mileage. Price was a bit high. When looking at the tires they appeared to have lots of tread left and seemed good quality. Brian commented that they were great tires. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed it pulled a bit to the right which I did mention to Brian. I understand that when you buy a used car there will be a few minor things you may to to take care of. After a few weeks, the pull to the right got worse so we brought it to a mechanic we had used for several years. It was then we found out that one tire had 3 plugs in it (2 in the sidewall), and two other tires had nails in them as well(again in the sidewall). I didn’t mind paying slightly above cost for a used car, but now having 4 new tires and an alignment due to tires with nails and plugs that were not visible without being on a lift that is unacceptable. I went in and tried to speak with sales manager, Tom. Brian had let him know the issue. He came up to me basically shaking his head no and saying they are wholesale cars and they are what they are. I wasn’t looking for them to cover total cost, but something to show good faith, however it was clear that Tom wasn’t interested in even having a conversation. Last time I buy a car here!!!

I love daytona beach Kia. Upon purchasing my new vehicle from them, I really felt comfortable with all personal and salesman. They offer a more then exceptional vehicle that can only be described as very impressive. I’ve always owned Honda’s and Toyota’s and just being exposed to what Kia is doing as a company right now I can only say other car manufacturers need to be on their guard with this rapid success in quality and precision from Kia.. Have had an awful experience! Started with my Kia Optima engine dying without warning on major highway. Engine was on recall. Got towed to this location. It’s been a nightmare ever since. Haven’t even started working on my car a month later. Have had run around conversations. Still no answers when I will be getting my car. Very dissatisfied.

If possible, I would rate the Daytona Kia service department as ZERO stars. They knew of an ACTIVE SAFETY RECALL related to my vehicle, had more than a week before my appointment to inform me, NEVER did, and allowed me to travel at risk of ENGINE FIRE. The only reason I am even aware of the recall is I researched a safety-related Technical Service Bulletin they would not address without charging a $125 diagnostic fee (which even AutoZone will do for free)! RUN as fast as you can, all they care about is profit - certainly NOT your safety (in my opinion).

Stephanie at the front desk.... Im at a loss for words at how fantastic she is...ontop of her knowledge. This woman needs a raise...or a 3 week all expenses paid vacation. Very warm and inviting, she wasnt rude or condescending....seriously great customer service. I walked in to make an appointment for possibly getting my oil changed....because of the holiday they were slammed. I get it, I worked at a dealership too. If you dont like roaches in your brand new vehicle do not purchase your vehicle at daytona kia. This was the first car i bought ever and they ruined my experience. The management refuses to fix the problem or allow me to trade the car out for another one and its only been one month. I had a roach crawl out of my bag during class. the customer service is terrible. They continue to make excuses to why they cannot fix the problem.

It’s been a nightmare dealing with Devin. I’ve been searching for a Kia ex 2021 and he called me three times with out the door price. I agreed stopped my search and discovered the next day that he couldn’t produce what he claimed and that the cars were 2022 That were coming in from the docks for an additional 2000. They did nothing to rectify the lie told to me over and over again by their employee. Don’t used Daytona Kia.

I bought my very first brand new car here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I took care of a lot of the paperwork online and on the phone and when I went in I basically only had to sign the “real” paperwork. The finance manager was honest and fair and got me the price I needed. Look how adorable this car is!

We dont wanna get the we just out looking looking at car for tax season.so i can find want car dealer i was going to deal with. I cant find a co signer to keep the car. I would give this dealership 0 stars if that was an option, this company is horrible from the service to the vehicles my sales person was Terrance who did nothing but lie the whole time I was there, told me the car had a warranty and after I signed the contract found out that that was the first thing he lied about. Then he told me my payments were one number that completely changed when I got my first bill in the mail. On top of that he told me there was a bi weekly payment plan which was another lie as the loan company said that is not something they offer. The car itself had bad tires that had nails in two of them, dry rot and the car has now come up with mechanical issues as well. I would not recommend buying anything from them or even considering it they don’t care about their customers they just want to make a quick buck!!

So happy to have been able to connect with Brandy as my service desk representative. From the moment she took my call, it felt comfortable and after telling her the symptoms of my issues, she gave me reassurance that Id be okay driving my vehicle, gave a pretty good diagnostic and set up an appointment for repair and replacement. In and out in less time than estimated and the price was fair and came in exactly as she said. Great experience all around. Not that Im looking for anything to happen to my KIA Optima Turbo, but I know where Im going for service with a smile if and when necessary.

I will never buy a car here again. After running my credit severalTimes to find a deal, the deal agreed upon wasnt set. Not only this but the pricemof my finance has been constantly changing after the final sign snd drive agreement. Not only this but scheduling a service is such a hassle its not even worth it between maintaining keeping the warranty on the vehicle. 5 days after servicing the vehicle i had a flat tire due to a leaky valve. Mind you the tire pressure was fine before. Not only this but all tire pressures were off balance. After trying to pur air in the tire the valve came clean off verh easily, after spilling air to about 15 psi. Thank god i didnt die on the highway driving with this faulty valve that just got cleared for inspection by their master technicians. Obviously something was done to the tire. Not only this, i noticed wear in my gps screen; come to find out they have to replace the whole screen. Only when i decided i was not going to get it replaced did i find my car towed back to daytona kia. I will never reccomend anybody buy a vehicle at this location.

I have repeatedly asked several staff members i.e Eric, Ross, Dani (female) for the documents I signed concerning my car. I guess once you get sold a car your no longer significant. The Kia itself is great but the customer service here is more like a bother to the staff members specified than an actual part of their job. I’m not asking to be catered to I’m just asking for paperwork.

None of the employees wore masks, felt very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room surrounded my unmasked staff. Oil change went fine, but the rep tried to talk me into unecessary fixes for my car as per usual. Still angry about the lack of masks, we are a year into this pandemic and they really cant take the most basic steps for public health and safety.

I spent over a week dealing with this company. I would not recommend this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. I was mislead, lied to, my credit hit 14 times and flat out disrespected by the manager Ross. I was told I was approved, came in with my down payment and trade-in to being told the vehicle they were putting me into was sold. Then I was told Im no longer approved and I now need a co-signer. After all of this mess I asked to speak with a manager and when talking to the manager Ross he was a straight jerkoff. We werent even done discussing my concerns, he gets up mid conversation, walks away and tells me to have a good day. So disgusted in the manager Ross and his customer service skills.

Beware of the service center as well. They have had my car for 4 weeks and can’t seem to tell me what’s going on with it. I have called several times over the past few weeks to get an update and it’s the same answer. Talk to the Service Manager.(Dan) I have left him a lot of messages and he still to this day has not called me back. I will never deal with these guys again once I get my car back. Totally unprofessional!!!

Yesterday, I dropped my car off with a check engine light after having it not even a year. Four hours later we still didn’t know what was wrong with it but was told to call of it happened again. Today at a stoplight my car shut off completely. I called immediately and brought it in this afternoon. My advisor CJ said they would call as soon as they assessed it to see what was wrong. Well, it’s 6:05pm and I call in for an update only to find out THEY ARE CLOSED AND STILL HAVE MY CAR!!!! No one has called to check in or even let me know their closing. Online says 8pm but the sales department says service closes at 5:30!! I’m beyond frustrated as I need my car for work! If anyone sees this, please call me about my car!!!! If your a future customer... RUN FAR FAR AWAY!

Would rate 0 stars if i could.Was promised a vehicle at or under a set price, after running my credit through 4 banks they tell me im approved for nearly double the agreed upon payment.While going over numbers they couldnt explain why my trade credit was 5000 but then they added 5000 back to the total.They also tried to sell me a car for 4500 more then the list price on their own site.When we told the sales manager our sales rep promised us he could get the requested monthly payment, he told us he dont care what the rep said..Save your time go to a more reputable place this one will promise you the world but can in no way even deliver a globe. They tried to charge 21k before fees on a car listed at 16500

Thoroughly pleased with my first experience with Daytona Kia! My 2012 Nissan Altima that I’ve owned since 2013, has been increasingly giving me problems over the past year, & I have, therefore, been putting more & more money into repairs. So, suddenly, my car tanked recently & wouldn’t drive. Not being knowledgeable of vehicular mechanics myself, I was sure if it was an alternator issue or a transmission problem, or something else. ...Nevertheless, the universe has been telling me it was time to upgrade.Reached out to car salesmen, Terence Anderson, whom was professional & enthusiastic about helping me find a solution. I told him that I wanted a “used car” for cheap, as I finally just finished paying off my last car (the Nissan Altima) last year. Terence didn’t waste my time trying to shop around to me “new cars” when I explained specifically what I wanted.**Side note: pet peeve of mine is when people are as specific as I was in regards to what they want, & “salesmen” don’t understand or listen the customer & try to shop them products or services they didn’t necessarily want or need, just for the sake of the “upsell.”**Of course, as a good salesman, Terence did express that there were other, great options that may have been even newer, or more luxurious, safer, etc. But when I was set on a “used car,” he proceeded to show me all of the used options, & when I finally found the one that I wanted, Terence made it happen! And the craziest part about it all is: it was all don’t over the phone & the internet!!!I live in Tampa, & - as mentioned - was without a working car, or way to get to this dealership. That wasn’t even a hurdle for Terence, as he brought the paperwork to meet me after work one day at my job in Tampa, & when all was said & done, he had my car DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE! That was incredible!! Very convenient. Not to mention, Terence’s attitude & superb customer service skills not only solidified my deal & therefore brought this dealership more money, but also, has me excited to refer a couple of friends who will imminently need new cars. Thank you, Terence!There was, to be honest one minor issue with the experience - more specifically, with the car itself. Nothing reflecting Terence’s performance, & again, nothing major or even worth mentioning. However, once I made them aware of the issue, I received a personal phone call from Sales Manager, Ross Sabino, who listened intently & was speedy to rectify the situation. Nonetheless, I firmly believe it isn’t about being perfect & not making mistakes, rather it’s how the company handles their mistakes. This company was fast & diligent at making sure that, at least in this case, the customer was happy ultimately at the conclusion of the experience. Dont shop here. High interest rate even with a credit score over 720. They wanted 12% on a 2013 car. Yeah i dont think so. Its family owned almost no room for negotiation. I took my car to get serviced it took 2 hours. Thought it was a busy day took it back another time 8am still 2 hours.Never will i go back or recommend. Go to a bigger dealer.

Sold us a car with missing rear headrests and missing floor mats. Their manager, Toss, was rude, unhelpful and he refused to answer our questions when we asked for details. He implied that we trashed the rear headrests just to get new ones... as if we couldnt just buy new ones ourselves after spending thousands of dollars on the car itself. The staff also wasnt abiding by CDC COVID-19 safety guidelines. Take your business elsewhere.

I was thoroughly disappointed.I stopped in 2 days ago at the Kia Express Service to make an appointment.I asked Chris specifically how long it would take.It was an oil change and recall.He said 15 minutes for the recall and not much longer.I wanted to know if I should drop.No it wont take that long.When I came today.Oh no he didnt say that when I was told an hour and a half.Then he had the nerve to say he didnt remember me at all.Good.I will remember them.No Star.It wont let you give it a zero

Yesterday could have been a horrible day for me. I completely acknowledge that I am car illiterate. Thus, I am super grateful for the awesome service provided by Daytona Kia!! I specifically want to give a great shout out to Stephanie, she was AMAZING!!! After explaining the issue I was having with my car and how I did not know what to do without hesitation, she explained to me options that I had never knew I had access to and she connected me to service advisor, Steve. They both came through and my car is in the best shape ever!!!! I totally recommend coming here. Before I came, I went to another smaller garage and then decided to go to Daytona Kia for a second opinion.

Theres many other dealerships that you can go to. After wasting 2 days With a salesperson we received call backs from 4 other sales people even though we had already set up everything with one. He promise that our credit will be ran one time and the manager will touch bases with finance companies but lo and behold after 7 enquiries we did not even get a phone call back. Then I call back and spoke with a manager and mysteriously the phone hung up and no call back..

I asked if it was a joke and her reply was No Im not joking, Im in the business to sell cars. I was overdue for oil change due to covid19. I tried scheduling online but was unsuccessful. I went there when they opened but was told i needed an appointment. I had trouble scheduling because they had an incorrect email address for me that couldnt be verified online. I asked how i could fix it but (surprise), they didnt know. So i couldnt sched appt and couldnt get oil change. Poor poor poor service. Ive always gone there for service but never will again. #newnormalfail

Took my car into the service shop to fix a chip in the paint and was greeted by C.J. He was extremely personable, helpful and had a great attitude. We even talked about horror movies for 15 minutes or so. I had him check a tire that was low and found out I had a nail in my tire! He sent it to the shop to be fixed and I wasn’t charged a dime. The tire was fixed in no time and I was on my way home. Thanks C.J.!

Really a 4.5 star rating!If only there was a .5 star as well because 4 stars doesnt accurately describe my Daytona Kia buying experience, but 5 stars would be a slight exaggeration.Devin Rogers is a wonderful salesperson. I walked in for information and I walked out with a Kia Soul Exclaim. A month later, I am extremely happy with my car.The only hitch in my buying experience came from a miscommunication about sticker price and the dealers add on to that sticker, so my caveat here (and what cost the dealership my full 5 star rating) is that more transparency would be helpful for the buyer. Make sure you know where the numbers are coming from!That said, Patrick the manager did take steps to make things right w me after the fact. He didnt modify my contract to reflect the numbers I believed to be operative but he did offer to tint my windows gratis. And, I believe I got my new car at a reasonable price.This is my first foray out of the world of luxury automobiles (BMW. Mercedes, MINI) and I admit that this may have skewed some of my perceptions. However, the dealership (so far) does seem to have service down to an art and I believe the relationship we develop over the next few years will result in a full 5 star rating for this business.I recommend Daytona Kia.

Really nice experience buying a car. Keith was patient enough to all my questions and hesitations. Overall all the staff seems pleased to have my business with no pressure or rush, well maybe a little bit, but I never felt that they were uninterested on me or any mean attitude and I was truly annoying. I live in Orlando and have a Kia. I would not use any of dealers in town because of previous experiences. I had to do some research to find a dealer with good ratings. I found this one had good reviews so I made an appointment and brought my car for the 30K checkup. I have to say the service was outstanding and the pricing was fare. I ended up installing 2 accessories that I have been thinking of but would not do at any of the dealers in Orlando. It was a drive but well worth it!

Apparently proof of insurance & a valid Drivers license is not good enough to test drive the Kia Stinger. Strange, the website says 3 different models of the stinger, but as I arrived there were 2 on the premises. One being in the show room, a 18 model the other a supposed 60k 19 model. Sure enough, none of the cars I had seen online were there. Regardless, the salesmen seemed eager to have an attitude with my questions. Smh wont bother.

I was driving my car from cocoa beach, fl to Columbus, Oh and was having engine issues. Thankfully I was two miles from the Kia dealership (I have a Kia Optima). It was a Sunday so the service station was not open. Patrick drove over to me on his golf cart to make sure I was okay. He helped me unload my full car into my rental and made sure I knew where to fill out my service form. The next day Patrick called me to update me on my car. I then got a call from C.J. In the service department explaining what happened with my engine and said it would be fixed in 4 days! (I was expecting a least two weeks). C.J. made sure to call me every day to check in and update me on my vehicle. The engine was replaced by Thursday. Thank you SO much Patrick and C.J, it was extremely scary being by myself and far from home, I appreciate your kindness!

My past experience with this dealership/shop was intimidating an uncomfortable due to a past employee. Being a young-ish female and dealing with car maintenance can be overwhelming and stressful. Upon arriving I spoke to mike who was very comforting, and friendly and reassured me the past employee no longer worked there and I was right in that the past employee can make the experience... lets say less than desirable. They treated me like family.. they were very honest and caring. Chris informed me of what was dire and what was not. He helped me with a coupon and worked with me as repairs can be pricey. I felt they were beyond reasonable, helpful and I feel confident that I received the best service. I feel my car was in great hands. I will only bring my car to this shop to be worked on as I know their work is quality and reasonably priced. The best reason however is the very incredibly kind and comforting people working there.

Not good at all had me drive off a lot without the car even being excepted by a bank to have to return the vehicle and supposed to get only half of my deposit back and didn’t even get that back they said they put it on my bank card but the bank hadn’t seen any transaction with the card on the day and with Daytona Kia called around and I guess it’s a scam they do here to get money don’t fall into the trap you won’t get your refund once you do

I live 1 1/2 hours away and made sure said used vehicle was available. I was told its was available. Website mentions none of said damage and under the specs says it has LED Navigation. Manager knew several days prior that the cars LED screen was broke, had 2 bald tires up front and a crack in ground effects not seen in image on website because pic was taken of non damaged side. Laziness on managers part. I dont blame the salesman, he should have known before I came that the car was not as advertised. Shady manager will try to insult your intelligence. If you are looking for a new Kia, come to Ocala Jenkins Kia. We bought a Sorrento in 17 and enjoyed the experience!

The worst service imaginable trying to get an extended warranty refund. Was told by the finance advisor he guarenteed it was already cancelled and no money was due. Luckily I argued with him long enough to get him to submit the paperwork, which he conveniently processed 2 weeks later and I did get $1700 rightfully back. I wonder how many customers have just taken them at their words and left all that money. Getting the actual refund was a run around too even after being told the finance manager was fired .

I got into a car accident. I did not like the work the body shop did and they also put on car fax that there was structural damage. One time before I went here ( Daytona Kia) and I didnt buy my car from them I went someplace else.When I went there today I saw the same person who tried to sell me the car before hand. I was also talking to his associate. I was told by the associate that my payments would go up because of the situation I was in with Car Fax. The original sales person from a few months ago was trying to get info about the deal I bought the car from. He seemed a little annoyed that I didnt buy the car from him and I was not comfortable talking to him. While talking to his associate who seemed to be nice and out for my interest I looked over at the other person who I saw real fast basically using body language telling the other guy dont waste time with me. I didnt say anything but felt insulted.In end I got another car from another dealer (the same one I bought my original car. that dealer gave me $10,000 more than what a 8600 mile car with structural damage was worth and I came out with positive equity and a very much lower interest rate. Without Gap ins Im only paying $40.00 more. Im paying an additional $15.00 a month with gap.So now I have for a brand new piece after trading in a car with structural damage. Im only paying a tlt of $55.00 more with Gap. I wont be a jerk and say who the dealer was like they were to me today. but I will say this I will never go back here again since Im not worth trying to help

Our first time dealing with this Kia dealer. We used the Consumer Reports car service to find the exact model with the best price. Although it is far for us we decided to take a chance (we have a much closer to home dealership, but they didnt have the model with the amenities we were looking for) so we traveled 50miles to find the car CR had found for us. We called ahead told them we were coming and they had the car ready for us, we loved it and drove it home that night. They gave us free service for three years, so guess well be going back to try their service department. Ill let you know how well that goes in the future! Using Consumer Reports car finder and this dealership helped the car buying experience so much better. Try it yourself and see if you agree!

Never have i ever experienced customer service here at Daytona Kia. I gave all my information, along with a co-signer. Days went by and no answer or update from anyone, despite me being told I was approved several times. Then the internet scheduler tells me I wasnt approved. This is the worst. This was the first oil change on my new SOUL...The check in was fast...The people working in the department were great...and my car was returned to me cleaner than when I came in...My only issue was my mirrors and seat were moved and the height was raised all the way up. It takes for ever to get it back to the right position that is right for me...Other than that it was a fantastic experience...

Randy was so wonderful! He really cared about getting my car working and driving correctly to keep my family safe. He explained everything clearly. He was honest and straight forward, he let us know how much things would cost upfront and what needed to be done to extend the life of our tires, parts etc .... Im very pleased. A part ended up breaking while taking the tires off, because it was previously overtightened. But Randy took care of it and fixed everything.

Brian pleasantly greeted us as we arrived. (At this point we were just shopping several name brands). We have never been on a KIA lot and asked if we could look around. Brian being very knowledgeable of the different styles proceeded to educate us, answering all our questions. I was attracted to a particular car sitting off from the others and took a test drive.
