Its nice to be able to go to a certain department of Walmart and there be an employees ready to help with any assistance you may need

Always buy my tires from here and get my oil changed! They are fast and have courteous customer service! The prices are extremely reasonable for a High Mileage Oil Change! I will always get my tires and oil changes here!

I went to have keys made, the cashier made the 1st one fine but she was busy had to do something else, the guy came in and made the 2nd & 3rd set of keys and messed them up. They did not want to replace it and I had to speak with a manager to get my issue resolved

This place is pretty awesome and the service manager very honest. I havent actually used this location but I have used Walmart before I havent used this location partially because of the honesty of the manager I told him the situation I have a special import car and instead of just taking it in then after normal fees tell me they couldnt do it he told me right away so I hope to get some kind of service from them that I would normally get somewhere else like tires or oil change

Went here to get the headlight lens restoration done on my car. Joe and Alex were quick and friendly getting my information and the work to be done. David, the guy that did the headlight restoration, was awesome! I watched through the service window as he did the work, treating my car as if it were his own. My headlight lenses were in really bad shape. Now they look Brand New! This service cost less than $30. They get an A+ and a big thumbs up from me!

They do horrible oil changes 2 weeks later car locks up on me saying need oil & theu always forget washer fluid

The place to go for reasonably priced tires and light maintenance you may not be able to do on your own.

Does anyone even answer the phones at this place? No matter what line I call, I cant get anyone to answer. Going on three hours now. What do the workers get paid to do exactly?

Dont pre-pay for tire balance and rotation because they use a little device as an excuse not to do lifetime balance and rotation. They will use that as an excuse not to give it to you for instance I purchased my tires a year and a half ago and they only had 22,000 miles on it and they wouldnt rotate it or balance it. The two older guys that work there and the tire shop or just looking for an excuse to not give you good customer service they seem to relish in it. Ill never buy tires at Walmart again.

While getting checked in for my oil change outside the two service workers were both smoking. I have very bad asthma and it made it my chest tight. Not the best way to start my day.

Went there to get oil change..i was ther about 5:35 pm ..in the door it said closes @7pm..the employees were all talking to each other loudly..the employee behind the counterlooked at me and said what do you want..I do t think the manager will like this when I call tomorrow...according to the time on the door they had another hour and a half before closing and had a vehicle in the shop but told me there would not do a oil change In my truck and risk working I er..I will not give this Wal-Mart another chance to take advantage of people or be rude..I am from out of town and needed to have this done before getting back on the road tonight...i cant believe that Wal-Mart would employee such rude employees!

Took few minutes to get assistance, staff busy chatting amongst themselves. But once the man came around he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was in on a Sunday 5/6/18 for a leaking tire. They took my keys and then called me back 15 minutes later to inform me they didn’t have repair kits and I would have to go to the Port Orange store. I asked if it was something that could be repaired they said “oh we don’t know we didn’t check”. One guy went out and looked at the tire in the parking lot came back and told me it was damage on the inside side wall. And it couldn’t be repaired. So I asked if they could replace it. Now my car has zr18 tires which are special order and would take 3-4 days to get. It does not need zr18 and regular r18 could have been used. But the staff is either to lazy or to stupid to do this work. So they lost out because I was ready to buy 4 new tires. I went somewhere else today. There was a small nail in the tred that Discout Tire fixed for free. All because they actually took the time to look at the whole tire.Do not go here. The staff clearly has no idea how to do their job or any desire to actually do it.

To be frank I was very very upset it took two and a half hours disappoint a battery in it but after I spoke to the mechanic he thought my battery was up under me by the tire and it was actually under the trunk so I call my mechanic to just confirm I no longer accept the mechanic and the cashier was very very nice shes a wonderful lady but that wait time was ridiculous and he was also a nice mechanic as well

My husband and I just spend our whole day cleaning our interior and exterior of our cars. When we were done we went to get a oil change from Walmart on beville road. We checked in and while waiting for the cars to be finished when went and picked up a few items from the store. When we came back I saw our cars were done but the workers had us waiting a half a hour to ring us up. (Taking people behind us and making it seem like our cars were not ready). When we got our keys and went out to leave there was oil all over our hoods, doors, door handles, floor mats... Anywhere the mechanic touch there was oil. Now we have to spend more of our time cleaning up their mess. I have rubber mats but my husbands carpet mats our stained now. When I called to complain the lady that answered said the supervisor was on break. When I asked for him to call me back and that I would like to place a complaint. She said it would be best for me to call back in 15 minutes becuase I wouldnt get a call back until like next year. Terrible service all around!

There usually isnt a long line of cars waiting for tires and oil changes. Not a horrible place.

Quick service, in and out within an hour

I was thinking about buying some tires, but I had to wait a while before I could talk to someone. When she finally came over, she wasnt too friendly. I also had to go and get the size of my tires for her. I went back to discount tires.

Extremely slow service. I worked for a TLE in Georgia and our average bay time was always about 10 minutes for an oil change. These people are not motivated.
