Steve then showed me what cars they had as I was looking for a sporty but less expensive runaround second car. Wound up getting more than I intended, not really surprising based on all the incredible fun cars they have in stock regularly. Steve personally made sure that every aspect of the sc 430 was impeccable even on a 16 year old car! His follow up has been superb well after the sale. Financing and paperwork was also smooth and hassle free. Wild historic building tucked in off international drive that I probably would never have found without their buyer listing on my book value offer.. Clearly a 5 star experience.

Excellent buying experience on a Porsche Cayenne. All of the inventory looked to be great examples, and all of the inventory was kept indoors. I was in and out in about 3 hours for a test drive, trade in appraisal, and purchase. Cathy was very helpful and easy to work with!

I just had the best car buying experience in 45 years of driving! We were in the market for a used convertible and found Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach. I reached out initially by email and received an immediate response from Cathy. We set up an appointment to look at one car in their very large inventory, but after seeing options in the warehouse, we drove a total of 4 cars. We happily made a deal on a BMW. When we returned home, Cathy called us to say that another BMW just arrived on the lot. She thought it would be a better deal for us. We came down again the next day and met with John who took us out for a test drive. We bought that car instead. We met Lisa to seal the deal and then Alan in their financing department. Everyone was professional, positive and focused on customer service. I experienced a glitch with the SAT radio and Cathy immediately got me on the phone with a guy from the shop (who had a great sense of humor) who took the time to troubleshoot. I have never written a review for any company, but my experience with SPANOS was too good not to spread the word.

The dealership seems like it is overwhelmed.I was intrested in buying a car and the sales person was excellent,was very helpful.The breakdown was with the finance dept,several attempts to return calls were made but meetings and lunch were the important word of the day! Yes. I have the correct shop on International Speedway. Now I will find the receipt from the repair and post that. Also look back people. I have put several reviews for the same thing and I plan to continue until I get my money back. They destroyed my motorcycle and then refused to fix it. They changed out the mufflers and messed up the carburetor and refused to fix it even after having the bike for 8 months. If I could give them a zero I would. They lied to me and refused to call me back.

I went to Spanos needing to buy a car. As a fixed-price dealer, I thought this would be a fairly straightforward process. My sales rep was Cathy Courtney. To get to the point, the sales process is fairly simple. As they only sell used cars, the premise is that they clean, maintenance and check that the vehicle is in good condition prior to listing. I found a nice Audi A6, and it appeared to be in good condition. After a test drive, I decided to buy it. I had four basic requests since there is no haggling on price. And in light of the sticker-shock of used car prices (nearly $30k with TT&L and “dealer fee”) in this inflationary economy, I felt they were reasonable requests in light of my full price purchase.(1.) It was clear from the maintenance records that the car was already overdue for a servicing (oil change, etc.).(2.) It was on reserve for fuel, and I asked that it was filled.(3.) I asked for an owner’s manual since there was no owner’s manual in the car.(4.) There were some scuffs and a bad scratch on the trunk that I asked to be repaired.I was assured by Cathy Courtney that all four of these requests were very fair, and that when I picked up the vehicle the following week, that all of these would be addressed. I paid for the Audi, and had a good experience with Alan Roberson, who is the finance manager. He was professional, polite and competent. Prior to picking up the car, I called Cathy Courtney multiple times, and received no return call for days. I finally reached her days later and asked her to confirm that all of my requests had been completed and that I could pick up the car the following morning. She confirmed all four requests had been completed, and the car was ready for pickup. When I went with my wife to pick up the car, we were on a tight schedule, and it is nearly an hour drive to Spanos for us. We arrived, and the only thing completed was the oil change (at least I was told it was changed). The car was still on “reserve” only there were now an additional 20 miles on the odometer. (Apparently it went on another test drive or two or was used for other purposes even after I had purchased the vehicle in full. The big scratch on the trunk was still there and had not been touched. And lastly, there was no owner’s manual. I asked Cathy, about the manual. Her response? “Oh my gosh, I put one in there. Somebody must have stolen it.” I reminded her that she had promised me that she would have an owner’s manual, and fill up the car with gas, and that the scratch would be repaired. She said, “I will send you a new Audi A6 owner’s manual. We do not fill cars with gas. And I thought they fixed the scratch – sorry.” I again reminded her that she had given me her word. She merely shrugged. The transaction was complete and she would receive her commission. The lies Cathy told me were of no consequence to her. It clearly is not important at Spanos to be honest with customers. I called and left messages for Cathy and for the general manager. Nobody returned my call. I ordered an owner’s manual on eBay. Nothing arrived from Spanos - shocking. When I left Spanos, I managed to reach the closest gas station, at which time, I must have been on fumes. And the scratch remains. I need to buy an additional car. I will not be heading back to Spanos.

Bought a Corvette from them and had nothing but a great experience with them. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with a dealership before. I bought a vehicle from spanos, as soon as I left the lot the vehicle wouldn’t go in gear so I called them and told them about it, they were giving me the run around and end up saying that it’s my vehicle now and that it’s my problem, manager told me she would meet halfway to fix the problem on the vehicle it’s been 3weeks and I received a update that it’s some electrical, I ask the tech how much and he couldn’t give me a price, don’t buy @ spanos! Yes I signed a as is no warranty but come in as soon as I leave the lot that’s pathetic! Do your self a favor and avoid all this

I worked with Angel on purchasing a vehicle. I was out of town and saw this vehicle online. Angel was quick to contact me and always available. Being out of town, I had several questions bc we all know pictures don’t show us everything. Upon arrival and doing my own looking at the car, I was a little annoyed at a few things I saw. Their were a few paint issues that were pretty obvious and weren’t brought to my attention. The front bumper appeared to have been knocked bc its lines aren’t flush with the rest of the grill. I flew down that day, so I kind of felt stuck unless I wanted to find a fight and fly back home. I specifically asked about the windshield wipers. How frustrating is it to buy a new car and on the first rain, the wipers are trash. “They are good!” Was the response. It rained half the drive home, and I can promise you they weren’t good. I had to stop at a Walmart and replace them. I know I’m buying a used car, but I asked about something specific, and felt like I wasn’t given the most honest answer. Also, the tire sensor light is now on in the dash. All tires have the appropriate air so not sure what that’s about. Overall, my experience was fine, and I appreciate Angel and the team. I think I was very upfront about my anxiety if buying a car without seeing it, and I just feel like a little more could have been shown to me or brought to my attention. Other than that, the vehicle is great and feel like I did get a solid car.

The car I was going to get has all type of issues from both interior to exterior and performance, the vehicle drives very bad and sounded like the engine was gonna fall out . Please stay away from this dealership, no sense of business ethics and customer service is non- existence. Im wondering who and why they even have any reviews with more than 1 star. I would have given them zero if i could.

Zero customer service, the vehicle I wanted to buy had had check engine light on, had warming lights and this wasnt mentioned to me prior. Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 4MATIC Got it at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach... they sell nothing but lemons. Dont buy from them share this. Car had problems when i first bought it they worked on it 4 times I got the car back with damage done to it scratches dents lug nut broken. Purposely did some damage to the interior. And they never fix the problem. $2,400 warranty worthless. Now I have a car I wish I never had bought at Spanos Motors. My 86 years old parents bought a Cadillac from their lot and theyre having problems. Stylish cars with hidden problems. Dont be foid by this dealership the manager Greg didnt do a dam thing to make me a happy customer. There services are 2 thumbs down...

Finance manager Allen is a hard working, easy going guy who wants to get you the best financing (and did for me). I lost an enclosed shipping truck deal $600. She never called me back to follow-up or resolve my frustration. Paid for the car and still do not have it in may driveway, weeks after I have wired the money.NOT HAPPY WITH POST PURCHASE2012 manual M3UPDATE: my engine blew. 2600 miles after purchase. Upon inspection, the engine was not the one that came with the car (serial numbers did not match to the body)Scam of a dealership.

I had a fantastic experience at Spanos Motors. My car was damaged from another vehicle hitting it while parking and I brought it to Spanos to do some bodywork repair. They knew I was on a tight timeline and they replaced my bumper, matched my paint, and fixed my tail lights and scratches within 1 day. They even ordered a part overnight and got it in time for me to meet my deadline. They also worked with my insurance company to get a fair price for the work.
