I have been calling this service department for over three weeks, I have left messages, tried to speak to different departments. I called the sales department asked to speak to a service manager, he asked if this was a good number to call me back on, I said yes, it’s now been a week no call back from the person who said they said was going to call me back. None the less, the person I was communicating with, apparently was either fired or let go. Will never call them again, and they will never earn my business. Have already found another lovely dealership who is willing to work with me, and lovely reps!

Been waiting three months since first service for this dealership to order the required parts to fix my brand new van. The vehicle is not safe to drive, since this a brake system issue. The parts have not arrived, I cannot get them to return my call. Perhaps this review will encourage them to call me?

Called about 3 weeks ago to resolve an issue with a recalled part that is absolutely NOT my responsibility to fix. After getting me off the phone by saying shed order the proper parts I waited a reasonable amount of time (2 weeks) before calling to inquire about the status of my order. Have now called twice with no response and Im without a car to take my children to school or get to work. The customer service at this dealership is terrible at best. This is definitely the LAST jeep I ever purchase.

At 3:30 wife called to check the status of the vehicle went to an answering machine left message for them to call back. No call back made another call at 5:00 talk to service advisor who informed us the car was not brought in or worked on. Wife stated that she made in an appointment he stayed it you didnt make it with the technician. Was told car would not be worked on cuz there was no technicians on Saturday or Sunday. Picked vehicle up spoke to cashier wife asked why it was in brought in she stayed it probably because it was warranty work. Great customer service and interpersonal skills that was my experience.

I set an appoint with an advisor to discuss new tires and brakes. When I called the dealership, they explained they only had one appointment time, otherwise I had to wait until next week. I said thank you and took the slot. I took time out of work to make the 11:30 am trip. When I arrived, I was surprised to hear that the advisor I had an appointment with, was out to lunch. Not sure if he forgot, so I asked if anyone else was available. I was told they can have someone with me shortly. I waited for 40 minutes (which I shouldnt have had to do because I had an appointment) before leaving. I took precious time from work and PTO just to get nothing accomplished. It is no surprise that many of the recent low ratings have to do with their service department. If I were you, I would go to the next closest dealership or a local reputable repair shop.

Thank you Josh for making my sisters 50th Birthday the best. You changed my negative perspective on buying a new car to one that was a great experience. Thanks again!

I am so surprised that they have 4.1 stars. The service departments is so bad that I plan on changing my car since they are the only dealership in the area. They kept my car over the weekend without calling me, 10 minutes to closing I was informed through text they can’t finish the work. I tried the whole weekend try to get the car.I had to rent a car to carpool kids to school. The service advisor contacted me on my Monday and asked me if I wanted the car, I said has there any work on it, he said they are running a diagnostic, I said please finish the jobs, I came to the dealer to make sure they don’t leave.Still here at 5 pm.An 1.5 hour ago he said they are finishing, he just came out said 5 minutes ago said there are two other people waiting since Friday! No communication at all, if I hadn’t been here probably would missed him againWhat a horrible experience.A day after service light is on

Me and my husband have Dart and Charger, bought from this dealership and this is the only place we go to for whatever we need for our cars.We are loyal customers and today I was pleasantly surprised that all the people who work there are super nice and dedicated to their jobs.We were there a week ago too and I can say the same praise words. Our service advisor is Nash Crowe and we have the nicest words about him, how he is organized, efficient and very kind. We have nicest words too for the other people that work there and were part of the service performed. While waiting and walking around I met with John, dont know the last name, who approached me if any help is needed and we had a nice conversation, very kind person.Daytona Dodge is highly recommended place.

My first experience here was wonderful! Jeff was a huge help in getting us a lightbar and having it installed quickly. He was super friendly and funny, would definitely work with him again. My second experience was not so nice. Came for an oil change and was told the undercarriage was too dirty to change it. We asked someone inside if we could pressure wash the underneath, but he said they didnt have a pressure washer. He told us theres a detailing company that works behind them, but they werent allowed to arrange it since they were a separate company. Even though when it was done, they were able to ring us up for the detail and took our money.. We waited at the dealership for 4 hours while it was being detailed, and not a single employee offered us any compensation for the inconvenience, a shuttle to go somewhere, nothing. Mind you, were here on vacation so we didnt have a second vehicle to leave in. This second experience really made the thankful I dont have to deal with this dealership on a regular basis.

Daytona Dodge is absolutely worth your consideration when shopping for a new (or used) vehicle, specifically a Ram truck. Nathan (Nate) Bailey was truly one of a kind when working with my fiancé and I - professional, patient, accommodating, honest and no pressure. He is exceptional! Nate respected our space, respected our “process,” and presented every option available to us as we looked at a brand new, 2021 Ram 1500 Built to Serve. Nate is also a fantastic communicator, willing to speak via phone, email or text and makes it a priority to keep you informed throughout the sales process. When the time came to move into the Finance Managers office, Manny “The Greek” Gramatikos was fantastic. Moving quickly through our paperwork, presenting options beyond what we expected and explaining everything in great detail. While it is too early to speak to my overall thoughts on the truck we purchased (we’ve only had it two days at this point), speaking specifically to Nate and the sales experience at Daytona Dodge is absolutely 5/5 stars. I highly recommend Nate and encourage you to go see him if you’re in the market for a new, used or Certified Pre-Owned vehicle.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end. I was told to drop my car off at 6:30, the latest, by a young woman over the phone. When I arrived a few minutes after 6 a sales manager stopped me. He got out of his car and proceeded to yell at me. He did not care about what I had to say and was very unprofessional. His tone and attitude brought me to tears which is when he apologized for “snapping” because he was concerned for his safety. Mind you, I am a young petite girl that isn’t the least bit intimidating.. I contacted them directly about the situation and never heard back. I had a close relative speak to the general manager who said the sales manager would reach out to me. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back. Two days after dropping my car off we went to pick it up to find that the two things I brought my car in to be fixed for we’re not fixed. Just a recalled part was replaced. It took another two days for them to order the parts and repair my car. When I picked it up, the young woman behind the desk did not greet us and had attitude as well, which at this point was not a shock based on my past experiences with them. I got my car and one of the two things that needed repairing still wasn’t fixed. I would’ve rather taken my car to Firestone. I highly recommend that you avoid this dealership.

As I awaited her arrival I saw a red car on the lot. My sister picked me up upon her arrival a gentleman waved to her and smiled. We proceeded to other dealerships. Went back to pick up my Jeep from service walked out in the lot to show her the red car and a gentleman (aka salesman) approached us! Before we got to the dealership we were joking in the car on which salesman would be nice to work with? She stated well pick one out from a lineup! Lol .When this gentleman approached us she stated thats the guy who was smiling and waving to me! Turns out he was the a great person! I had a very nice, non-stressing purchase! Updated from 1 to 3 stars: the sales manager reached out to try to make things right. We got the detail & the truck looks great. Still not happy about how things went down but now we are willing to give them a second chance.Original post:First, we had a terrible experience when we came to purchase a truck. My husband called around 10 am and scheduled to come look at a specific truck and set an appointment at 6:30pm that same night to view it. We show up at 6:30, and the employee that was supposed to take care of us left 15 minutes prior. Not only that, the truck was not ready for us to test drive. The gas cap was locked and the tank was on empty. We waited around for HOURS before we could even test drive the thing, where part of our test drive was to take it to the gas station. Service was extremely slow, and it was a very late night. After we purchased the truck you are supposed to get a free detail. Weve had an appointment on three separate occasions for this detail just to find out the morning of on each occasion that they didnt actually schedule us. Now its two months past the purchase and they now claim we can no longer get the detail because it was good for only 30 days.Seems like this dealership has serious issues on simple tasks. Will never be coming back here again. Such a waste of our time.

Do not recommend servicing your car here unless you want to be disrespected. On top of everything else I found out that same day that the manager of the service advisors heard how the service advisor talked to me and thought it was okay. Lied at first about calling me then when I said I had no missed calls said why should I call you I’m busy. So the diagnostic that should have taken an hour took 3 and that’s only cause we went back to store. I am a manager myself and if my employees talked to any customer like I was spoken to it would not be okay and no excuses would be made.

First time dealing with Daytona Dodge for service. The sales experience was above all expectations. TJ and Paul really bent over backwards to make the deal. However dealing with the service side has been a bit bumpy out the gate. There’s a laundry list of things to talk about, but we shall see. Sometimes I think I expect to much and feel we should all be held to a higher standard and that’s my Kryptonite. I know Daytona Dodge is doing their best, but sometimes it comes down to the simplest things. Like COMMUNICATION… pretty sure that’s how I ended up with an ex wife. I want to give Daytona Dodge the benefit of the doubt, but I guess I’m jaded by another dealership down the coast. I NEED a better dealership and I need a better experience than what I had with the other guys. I know Paul and TJ are doing their best. A simple “Hey, we got this on lock” would have gone miles. PLEASE give me a reason to come back here. Good quality is hard to find, but worth the drive. I’m counting on you guys not to let me down. FYI don’t ask me when I’m mad. I’ll hurt your feelings.TJ, I want to thank you for taking the time to call me personally to see what we can do to fix these issues. I honestly look forward to working with you in the future.

I purchased my new 2018 Dodge Journey on February 22. I was very pleased with the sales process, the team was great to work with. We were in and out with no major hold up. On April 13th we discovered a pool of water in the jack compartment within the back hatch area. We immediately called the dealership who got us in the same day to drop off my SUV and exchange for a loaner. I was told on the following Tuesday a leak specialist would inspect my car to find the leak. I called on Tuesday evening and was told that my car was now at a body shop being fixed. I was never told that my vehicle was being taken to another location, not affiliated with the dealership. Wednesday morning I got a call informing me that they were pulling out my interior to correct a body seal leak. This concerned me however, I voiced my concerns and let them proceed. That following weekend on Sunday, I went to pick up my vehicle and found it in worse condition than what I left it in. It now had several more leaks, a huge water stain on my headliner, my bumper was not aligned correctly, the interior was not clean, the jack compartment lid had water stains all over it, etc. I let the service dept. know I was not happy with my vehicles condition and they kept it and took it to the same body shop yet again. They ‘fixed’ it and called me to come get the car over a week later. I went to get my car again, to find it still leaking and the interior still not fixed. They sent my car back to the body shop again, 3rd time here. Came back and the leak was fixed, still appears to be a week later however, my car is an absolute mess. Stains and scuff marks all over the interior. Loose items within the back hatch, the stain still remains on my headliner and there are now orange colored speckles on my back bumper that will not come off with washing/waxing. The experience I have had with the service department at this dealership is so disappointing. The lack of concern and care that was put into my situation truly shows so much about these people. I’m sure others have had great experiences here however, the month that I have spent going back and forth with them has ruined my faith in their ability to provide good customer service and repair vehicles correctly.

I had been going here for years. Every time I have went, no matter day of the week or hour of the day, I have had to spend the better part of my day for an Express Oil Change. I have tried weekends, sunrise, mid-day, ect... My last attempt was on a weekday early afternoon. I was told it would be at least 2 1/2 hrs if not longer. This is absurd for a place that claims Express! To go along with this time issue, every visit, I have seen at least one customer treated very poorly. The staff has an attitude that you are the one interfering with their day. We own a Dodge and a Fiat in our household and have been taking both cars there for over 5 years. I will look to find a place that is quicker, or at the very least, friendlier and appreciates the business.UPDATE:I attempted to give them another chance today. I arrived at 8:45am (Thursday) 4/1/2021 with “zero” cars in the bay being serviced. I was pleased as I thought I would be seen right away. After 30 minutes with no one even approaching the car to service it, I asked the desk associate if it was going to be much longer. He told me that they were still waiting for an associate to come to work.Obviously I have left as I don’t have all day to wait for people to arrive to work. I am at a loss at this point. If I could give negative stars I would. Since purchasing my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee I have had too many service trips that have made for long delays and poor service. One prime example is issues with my sunroof where I have had it in the service department 3 times now. The first time I was blown off that nothing could be found, the second time I was told it was fixed--it wasnt. The 3rd time another mechanic confirmed the OWNER ...ME was correct that their was an issue. But get this the parts are on back order (almost a month ago). Oh it gets worse!!! That mechanic ruined my headliner with his greasy hands and stepped on my seat and scratched it with his boot footprint. For months I had called the General Manager Brett Woodruff who I had left voicemails for--But NO RETURN CALLS. But on this day he had no choice but to meet with me. I asked him why he had never responded to me. He blew it off with I was just getting around to it. Now that is BS. I showed him my Jeep and the condition it was left in. I shared with him that after the sale YOU and the DEALERSHIP must care little about the customer. Remember my trips and experience with the service department has been ongoing due to vehicle issues. The GM lies and many of the staff there lie. No real INTEGRITY. Mr. GM Brett Woodruff assured me that he would personally see to it that I was well taken care of. That was nearly a month ago. I have heard NOTHING from him. So I have secured one of the very best law firms around who is taking on my case. Below you will find examples of how the inside of my Jeep was left for me to pick up. Also I have included pictures of a loaner vehicle the dealership had the nerve to put me in ...it was disgusting and so unprofessional.ENOUGH SAID!!!

When the Gladiator was released, I was not quite sure that I would trade, but I was quite curious. I went back to speak with Nate with 4 or 5 specific questions about the Gladiator and various trim levels. I was especially interested in the ride. His answers were precise and an hour later I left with a 2020 Gladiator Sport S Model. Manny The Greek was also great in the finance department. If you are in the market for a new Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, Fiat, Maserati - David Brown (a.k.a. Irish Dave) at Daytona Dodge is your go to guy.We live in Orlando and I had spent about a two months looking all over central Florida for a lightly used Charger R/T. When a left over 2018 Charger R/T that I thought Id like showed up at Daytona Dodge via an internet search, I reached out to the dealership - lucky for me, I was connected With Irish Dave. While that car wouldnt work in my budget (the dealer had done some extensive upgrades on it so the price wasnt very flexible), we spent some time chatting about what I was looking for and what I needed. He said hed keep me in mind if anything turned up. When a lightly used 2016 popped up a couple days later, Dave sent me a text with some detailed pictures. I kicked it around with my wife and eventually, we decided to drive over and have a closer look. The drive was about an hour and a half to get to Daytona but I thought this may be the one...unfortunately, it wasnt what I had wanted (it was no fault of Daves as I am insanely picky when it comes to cars) and this one had just a few too many minor blemishes for me.So, when that used deal fell flat, we walked the lot and talked about various solutions. Dave worked hard to make a new 2019 Charger R/T fit into the budget. It wasnt easy as I kept asking for more and more, but he never gave up and he got it done - and I couldnt be happier! Thanks Irish and Daytona Doge! Without reservation, Id recommend Irish Dave and Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep sales department to anyone.

Dropped it off Saturday late morning and went to lunch. Turns out it was just the battery wearing out, but 2008 Sebring sedan requires moving the wheel to get to the battery. It was finished just as we were finishing lunch. Great, timely service, and I feel secure knowing the whole system was checked for problems.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT SCAM...Lies. Lies and more lies. Was informed that my vehicle was in the process of being torn down to replace a faulty cam. I went to retrieve some personal effects and the truck was still sitting in the parking lot and was never touched,I opened the hood and nothing had been done and not even a fingerprint !it could NOT have been assessed with a faulty cam if it was never inspected or diagnostic performed, I believe that this is a ploy to extract huge money from RAM for warranty issues that may not exist. It was only in for 2 recall issues that were not addressed or repaired. It sat there for two days parked and unlocked, A representative actually made the statement that it was taken apart and reassembled in order to move it out of a bay !I was insulted and berated when I told him not to lie to me and that his statement was a foolish one and to go away and leave us alone but that employee continued to harass me while I was in another persons office and refused to stop harassing me.I am filing complaints with DPRS, State attorney, Ram and whomever else that I can for this bait and switch tactic and harassmentStay away from Daytona Dodge !More to come.....UPDATE ALERT : I just brought my Ram to my mechanic that works on all 7 of my out of warranty trucks. No cam issues at all ! Dirty throttle body and bad mass air flow sensor.SCAM from Daytona Dodge..Was also told that my tires had 15-17/32 on the treads....wrong again Daytona Dodge...4-5/32.More to come about my lawsuit and abuse...MF

Ill never do business with them again. Bought a car Monday and they told me it has brand new tires. Wake up Tuesday and the front passenger tire is flat. I put the spare on it and the donuts flat. I call them and say I want to bring it in because i have bumper to bumper insurance and i just bought the car the day before. No problem. They gave me an appointment for Thursday at 11am. Take off work and bring it in today thinking theyre going to fix my tire. They tell me its going to cost $175 to put a new tire on it. I say you sell me a bad tire and you expect me to pay for it!? I asked to speak to the manager. Manager tells me I sliced my own tire and If I want a new one I need to pay for it because its not covered in my bumper to bumper insurance. Spoke to Randy Dye and he was very rude and asked me to leave. What a scam. I feel so cheated and sick. Now I have a car Payment to make and cant even afford a new tire. So much for buying a new car. What a joke.

Horrible customer service experience. Have attempted to have oil changes and other service performed several times on our van which we purchased at this location. Each time its an extremely long wait, even for scheduled services which seems pointless when they tell you they dont have a technician available and will need to be dropped off. Why schedule a service appointment if you have no intention of actually servicing the vehicle at the time scheduled?? Every time an issue is brought up with our vehicle, it seems like they could care less and that its an inconvenience to them to try and repair it. I suppose its because the vehicle is still under warranty so they dont want to spend the time or money on it.Having Ford and Nissan vehicles in the past, we have never had this kind of horrible customer experience before. We had hoped for a lot better then we got from Dodge.I usually never leave reviews and had given them the benefit of the doubt after the first couple of times, but the poor experience continues and appears to be just how that business is run. For now, I will be avoiding this location as much as possible and will be trying a different dealership in hopes of better service.

His personality was great, he was funny and kind but not at all pushy. He was completely honest with us about what would work for our family and what wouldnt. He truly went out of his way to get us a great car at a great price and with a fantastic warranty. Thank you Mr. Williams!

Our salesman Nate was beyond helpful to us for our visit to your dealership. As a seasoned driver whom has preferred the RAM brand over all others I am partial to the tradesman 2500 Cummins series and have been happy with my experiences with them over the years. After owning several of them I was due for yet another. Before arriving we spoke with him about our needs and what we were searching for. He listened carefully and took the initiative to be proactive in his approach to recommending the trucks we had inquired about. He had several of the trucks lined up waiting before I had arrived, and I was able to easily view each one and and talk about what the pros and cons of each one including the options that I already have on my current truck and how to incorporate that into the new one. He was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and narrow down the perfect truck for me with ease. He was not pushy by any means and was able to provide us a straightforward and reasonable offer that was within the parameters of what we were looking to spend. We appreciate his honesty and his attentiveness to our needs. As I live out of state I wasnt planning on making this purchase, however, I regularly scope out dealerships and consider buying or trading if I find the right deal/truck. That being said, I decided give my business to Daytona Dodge based on the service and experience that I had from Nate. Thank you for Nate for your customer service and we hope Daytona Dodge commends you for your hard work and dedication that you have to your customers and to this dealership .....I would have the pleasure of doing business here in the coming years and would gladly make the trip down so long as I receive the same great service that Nate provided.

David Brown, was my salesman. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ronnie from finance was great too. I had been to several dodge dealerships close to home and this one was a much better experience. It was definitely worth the trip over. Several of the others post prices online, then when you get there they don’t honor it for a host of reasons. Not Daytona Dodge. They treated me right, so I would highly recommend them.

Best purchase experience ever. Wanted to surprise my wife by trading her Hellcat for a widebody Redeye. Scoured the web for weeks and then found the perfect low mileage one at Daytona Dodge. I live 210 miles away in Cape Coral. Have never bought a car sight unseen. Beverley was great. No BS. Got a great price and gave me very fair offer on my trade, sight unseen as well so we were both taking a leap of faith. Ronny with finance was great. Beverley drove the car down to me and in 5 minutes all the paperwork, which was already prepared, was signed. Swapped tags and that was it. Put it in garage and surprised wife without her knowing a thing. I will make the trip in the future just to deal with these guys. NO SHENANIGANS. Ask for Beverley.

So far, so good. Charles Lupo at Commercial Vehicle Sales was very patient as it took several months for me to be approved for a home equity loan for which one of the intentions was to purchase a new vehicle. Meanwhile, he was instrumental in locating and matching me with one located in North Carolina that was a perfect fit. After securing it, he had it shipped down to Daytona so I could see it and drive it myself. I was instantly hooked! Once all the pieces finally fell together, the process of completing the sale was quick and efficient. Mr. Lupo was always just a phone call, text or email away to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way and has still made himself readily available to me even after the sale. Thats something I truly appreciate. So when I say so far so good, that means I was treated fairly and respectfully up to this point. I hope and expect that level of service to continue as my vehicle is serviced at Daytona Dodge in the future. ~New Ram ProMaster owner.

I have had two negative experiences with this dealership.First, I went in for an oil change and everything seemed fine, after a week of driving my radiator cracked and I eventually was told I needed a new engine and it would not be covered by my lifetime power train warranty due to “neglect” for not having any oil in my car. They should have replaced it the week prior.Second, my jeep was not shifting (Automatic) and eventually would not start. After paying over $800 and getting my alternator replaced I assumed the problem would be fixed. My Jeep resumed the same problem as before because they neglected to check my transmission as I had requested. Aside from this, they claimed by brand new battery was drained and required that I replaced it. Luckily, O’riley auto parts was able to check the battery they drained and returned my money to me.I am writing this review after finally finding the issue with my torque converter. This post was not written out of anger but only in hopes that no other car owner falls prey to this dealership.

“Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain—and most fools do.”—quote from Dale Carnegie, often attributed to Benjamin FranklinRather than post an average review, I would simply like to share the letter of appreciation that I mailed after the sale.FIVE STARS — A+++Dear Mr. Randy Dye,I wanted to take the time to send you a thank you letter to say how pleased I am with your dealership, Daytona Dodge. First & foremost, thank you. You have a dealership full of great folks. I could not be happier with my experience. My first point of contact was Monica Haines. From the start she was cheerful, receptive, & eager to help. Monica listened to me, understood the situation, & believed she could help me. Which she did.Next came Corey Haskell. He called shortly after I spoke with Monica to go over the info. I came into the dealership & met with Corey. I explained my history in the car business & my needs. Basically, I knew the game & had no interest in playing it. I did not want to waste his time & I did not want him to waste my time. I am happy to say that he never did. Corey & I looked at the vehicle & then went back in to speak with Chris Schwerdt, the sales manager.Just like Corey, Chris respected my time & wishes & did not play any games either. He looked to see which car would work. He found an SXT Blacktop Journey, not the Plain Jane model. I was very happy & the price they offered was fair & acceptable.Corey & I then test-drove the Journey. It seemed to fit all my criteria. Once back at the dealership Corey helped me put the carseat in the Dodge, as well as load the stroller into the cargo area. We then adjusted all the seats &, voila, everything fit great! It was time to go back in & speak with Chris again. I was curious as to where it would go from there. Much to my chagrin, Chris came back with an impressive number. We were still a bit apart, but we negotiated a little bit—as any good salesman would do—but it was not “the game.” When it was all said & done, we were dead-on what needed to happen. (Again, excellent job, Corey & Chris. Thank you.)Next, I met with the finance guy, Manny Gramatikos—THE GREEK! (I think Corey is technically a finance guy, too, but he was wearing the salesman hat for helping me that day.) Manny was extremely friendly & helpful, as well! I had already discussed an extended warranty w/Corey & stated I did not want anything else. Manny respected that & did not try to force me into something I did not want or that would raise the already-agreed-upon number. That speaks volumes about the level of communication between the employees at Daytona Dodge & exemplifies how they are all on the same page to provide the customer with the experience, service, & products which they desire. In the parts department I dealt with Scott Laughlin. He, too, was just as polite, professional, & friendly as anyone else at Daytona Dodge. He took great care in explaining my assorted options & helped me along every step of the way. Top notch! This is where Jeff Mansell over at Daytona’s Garage steps into the picture. I halfway expected to be gouged on the price, so the dealership could receive some increased profits after the sale. Lo & behold, that did not happen! Jeff listened to everything I had to say & was generally an all-around great guy!I am slightly dumbfounded as to how sharp & on top of things everyone is within your organization. It is quite unheard of in the car business. The culmination of all these items necessitated my writing this detailed report. It is why I am not finished purchasing items/accessories from Daytona Dodge—why I will return to “The Garage” to have them installed—why I will drive past the Dodge dealership in my town to have my service performed at Daytona Dodge. These are things that I will do because of the impeccable customer service & outstanding individuals in your employ.I look forward to a long & prosperous relationship with your dealership, Randy.Sincerely,Mr. Hardy[edited for brevity]

I have never left a car dealership angry after purchasing a new vehicle.....this was a first! The next day when I went back to pick up some of the items they owed me the sales manager walked past me like I was a stranger. The service department is a whole other story, the jeep wanders on the road and I was told that it drives better then most of the other Jeeps! I was given the whole pep talk about how its a jeep and told the steering is fine. The steering is not fine! I had to call Chrysler corporate to escalate the the repair of my brand new $53000 jeep that wanders on the road. no attempt was made to even try and make us feel happy about our new purchase. The salesman actually asked my wife not to fill out the survey we will be getting in the mail if she was not going to give all 10s.

Customer service at this dealership is a joke to say the least. I’m sure all those great reviews are from car sales etc where in that case I’m sure they are awesome at taking people’s money, in fact the only way to ever reach anyone in there service dept is by selecting new car sales from the telephone prompts and asking a salesperson to actually get the advisor you are looking for, which in my case I was passed to every single one there so you would think it would be easy to receive communication from at least one of them. But I wasn’t so lucky having my vehicle down for 3 months with no answers and guessing games. I would literally travel another hour to be serviced by professionals the right way than to deal with this fisher price dealership.

Time to get my wife a new car. We had good luck with our 2014 Chrysler 300. But with Chrysler discontinuing the current model in 2021, we decided that we needed to get new car in the next year. In checking reviews, Charles Lupo looked like the go-to guy. Gave Charles a call and made an appointment. My wife and I headed for Daytona, blew a tire in route. With the help of a concerned citizen and highway patrol, we made our appointment 45 minutes late. Tired and soaked with sweat, needless to say my car buying mojo was about shot for the day. Decided to continue the negotiation anyway and told Charles after 50 years of buying and selling cars, I wanted a limited amount of BS. I had researched trade in values from Kelly blue book, NADA black book and had a guaranteed CarMax appraisal. During the time we were talking, the car dealership was trying to find us a new tire for our trade-in. Charles submitted the figures to the sales manager. I received a fair trade in value for my car, the factory rebate and additional rebate for being an out of town customer. I had my own financing and had limited contact with financial department. In the past, I have had other dealerships close down the deal because I would not finance with them. This did not happen at Daytona Dodge. I was happy with the deal, they made money and my wife was happy with new car.At that time, I was hesitant about driving back to Jville on a temporary tire at 50 mph. Charles checked with front office about use of a loaner vehicle. He came back with owner/manager TJ Dye, who suggested that they could prep the new car and we would be take the new car home and return the next day with bank draft. All in all this was my best car buying experience in 50 years.Thank you Charles Lupo, TJ Dye, Jason Strombeck and Tim Rodewald.

I originally brought my 2017 Grand Caravan in to get the seat repaired. Bill Gunnett sat down while my wife and I were waiting for a loaner vehicle and talked to us about a new vehicle. He wasnt pushy or anything and we thought if we could upgrade to a new vehicle for the same or similar money and at a lower interest rate, why not. Bill, Aaron, and Joel all worked to get me where we needed to be in my budget. Bill stayed in contact the entire time and treated us like humans rather than just being another sale. He understood when we pushed back and he nor the Sales Mangers pressured us. Bill tried to get us to look at things from a different angle that ultimately lead to the purchase of a 2019 vehicle. Again, he wasnt pressuring us the whole time and when we walked away the first time, he didnt call us and hound us or anything. Im sure he would have liked to make the sale right then and there but doesnt want to force a customer to buy if it isnt within their budget. It was when I went back to pick up the vehicle that I told him we wanted to proceed with the purchase. They even filled up and washed the vehicle before they gave it to me and it was getting really close to closing. The purchase process was smooth and James in the Finance Dept. walked me through everything. He even asked questions about why I didnt purchase something. When I answered, that was pretty much the end of it. No pressure just to sell me something. I am still waiting for the payoff on my Grand Caravan but it was less than a week ago so I suspect Ill see something happen in the next week or two.I would also like to point out the fact that even though I didnt purchase my Grand Caravan from them, they were willing to give us a loaner while our van was in the shop longer than expected. Ross, my Service Adviser, kept in touch during the repairs and let us know if there were going to be further delays. He was very friendly and personable with every interaction I had with him. The delays werent their fault, I just had a finicky seat for some reason. Once our vehicle was ready, he called us and let us know. Unfortunately, I couldnt pick it up until later that afternoon but no pressure from him to pick it up as he understood the why.Overall, it was a good experience and I dont regret getting my van serviced there or purchasing a car from Bill. If you happen to need a new car or even a used car, I would recommend you stop by and give them a chance.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! I stopped in to look at a new Challenger R/T. I parked close to the building and sought a sales person. After finding a $50,000.00 car I was asked to speak to a manager. On the way up to the building another sales person stopped me and said I needed to move my car to the other side of the building because the manager doesn’t like those front parking spaces used except for new cars. I said the spots are empty and unmarked. He said I still needed to move. I said I’m trying to get inside to meet the manager. He said the manager is the one who wants you to move it. I got in my car and left. I called the dealership the next day and explained the situation and how it was odd to have to make a customer be inconvenienced while trying to negotiate a 50,000 dollar purchase. The manager I spoke with said “You’re just being petty. You should have just moved your car and came in and bought the car you wanted. We like those front spaces for new cars so customers can see them.” Seriously? I am the customer. Incredibly rude. Clueless. Not customer driven, ego filled, inconsiderate people! It isn’t a fire zone. It wasn’t a safety issue. What? They wanted to put a new car in that spot in hopes of selling it? How about the guy standing in front of you? Incomprehensible! Completely oblivious. And for the record: the spots aren’t labeled. There was no “no parking” signs. It was just a space. A convenient space. Sigh. These guys can’t see the forrest because of all the trees.

I have a 2016 Dodge Charger with less than 50k miles that I brought to this dealership because I was having AC issues. I was contacted by the Service Advisor, stating the only issue they found was my car needed a new control sensor. The total price of the repair I was told would be just over $400, and I agreed to have the part replaced. Later that day, I was contacted again and was told that they replaced the control sensor, but the car was still not circulating cool air as it should and it now needs a new actuator. I asked how much the total repair would be with the additional part, and it was $818.19. This was far more than I expected to have to pay for a simple AC issue, but I reluctantly agreed because I wanted to get my car back. I picked the car up and noticed over the next couple of days that the AC was blowing cool air, but not cold enough to cool down the car. I returned it to the dealership, and was then told that it didnt need a new evaporator the previous week but it did need one currently. The price of this repair I was told was $2,013 and they would credit the $818.19 I previously paid because it did not correct the AC issue. I refused to have the repair done because I felt I was being scammed. I asked for a refund for the $818.19 I had paid previously because I was told it would fix a problem that was not fixed. They refused to refund my money, and would only credit it towards more repairs. When I got there and picked up my car, it was blowing boiling hot air out of the vents. As stated, it was blowing cool air when I brought it there so I was confused as to what exactly happened to my car. I texted the Service Advisor on my drive home to let him know what was happening, and that this was not the state my car was in when I dropped it off. He responded and told me that it was just hot from sitting in the parking lot and filling with greenhouse gases, but it would cool down. Greenhouse gases.. seriously? The car did not cool down in my 35 minute drive home. I ended up having to take it to another shop here locally that specializes in AC systems, Ice Cold Air, for a second opinion and had to rent a car. I was shocked to learn that my car was completely out of freon, but they did a dye test and could not find a leak. My car also DID NOT need a new evaporator. Without a freon leak, how could my car have gone to the dealership blowing moderately cool air and be completely out of freon when I picked it up? Either the freon was removed on purpose, or by mistake by the dealership. Either way it was obvious my car was not tested for a leak there and they tried to cover up a problem they actually created. Instead, they tried to convince me that my car needed all the parts replaced when it did not. I have filed a report with Dodge Corporate, who would not assist me unless I brought it back to the same dealership. You can see why I refused to have any further work completed by this shady service department. Ice Cold Air was able to recharge my freon and fix my AC issues for a total cost of $304. I also incurred the cost of having to rent a car, none of which Dodge will reimburse me for. I learned a very expensive lesson and am forced to dispute the $818.19 charge with my credit union because I paid money for parts that did not fix the issue with my car. All I can hope to do at this point is share this story and save others from experiencing the same problems that I did. No one should bring their car to this dealership. They cannot fix problems for a reasonable price and Dodge Corporate will not enforce any kind of service standard.

I have a Dodge and two mail invitations to fix factory defects. 6 months I do not use my warranty car. 6 months I talk with various people for an appointment. For 6 months I’m talking like a parrot about the number of the body, about the brand, about the model and so on. I am transferred to another person and put on hold, after a long hold the answering machine is turned on, I again tell my problem. And this has been going on since December. I continue to pay the bank for a car that is waiting for a solution to factory problems (replacing the cooling fan and gear shift cable). I start the car every two days, now the air conditioning has stopped working. Will have to drive the car to the dealership parking, give them the keys and leave. I see no other way. In the photo, the last 6 saved outgoing calls and problems that can not be solved for more than 6 months. And “online shedding is currently unavailable. Please try again leather or contacts your dealer to schedule an appointment.” This message shows me all times after filling

By Far The Best Car Buying Experience! This Dealership Honors Veterans! Dave Brown our sales consultant was incredible and responsive. Handled 99% of the transaction before we even reached the dealership -- no games just helpfulness and answered our many questions even after hours on a holiday weekend. We reached an impasse on price only to have the owner personally offer to make the deal happen in honor of my father, a wounded veteran and recipient of a purple heart. There is no finer way to earn my business on Memorial Day! Highly Recommend this Dealership!!!

Had a hassle free experience w/ Ryan Williams and management. No complaints at all! After a few days of them looking for the vehicle that I wanted, I was able to drive it off the lot with no regrets. Everyone was very accommodating and not pushy whatsoever, which is a big plus in my opinion. At the end of this lease, Ill definitely be going back to Ryan for my next one. Keep up the good work!

I went for an oil change today and was very clearly looking at all the cars. No one greeted me. I planned on buying a car from them today!! Definitely shouldn’t leave someone for 20 minutes looking at all the cars and taking pictures and not offer them service.I bought a car from them a few months ago and had an amazing experience because of their employee Omar. Such a sweet and honest kid. The financing guy was a bit to pushy when I didn’t want a high car payment and knew they could offer me more than he said. We finally agreed on a price and Omar was sure to ask me how I love my car even after I left with it.Today the oil change people were super super nice and quick. I’m giving the 3 stars to them not the dealership.

Typical service department that tries to bait you into giving them more money. Had my car in for a recall repair. They did their basic fluids, belts, and hoses visual inspection. They marked my engine oil as requires immediate attention, even though it was just changed less than 2,000 miles ago and the level is right where it needs to be. Dishonesty does not equal customer service.**Update**Ive tried calling Jeff just like he requested. No answer. I left voicemails with my name and number. Never received a call back. The service at this location is so poor that I decided to trade in not one, but two Dodges for a Toyota. Stay away. Theyll only waste your time. Maybe the dealership in New Smyrna is better?
