This is the fourth Tire Discounters location I have visited in the last three years. Good company! This location was great! Helpful and fast service. Price of one tire went up $20, same tire I purchased last two times I needed replacement. Only thing that could have been better. But I definitely suggest going there for service. They do other services there too, basic services

Great job on my oil change and a slow leak in my tire. They took great care of me.

I came in needing a tire repaired. They couldnt do it because my wheel was too damaged. But they immediately directed me to a junk yard that had what I needed. And they did everything they could to keep the total within what I could afford. Amazing service from everyone. Also, a huge thanks to Brandon, he is the sales associate at the front desk. He was amazing and I appreciate everything they have done for me today.

Great!! I called them and they were able to get me in right away. Had alignment issues and they were able to get it fixed right away. When others would give me all these horror stories about alignment on a bmw. They got me straight again. Keep up good work guys and gal.

At least they were nice. Somehow got a hole in a tire on our older model Jeep. This was the closest place to us. Got told the actual size tire we needed was no longer made, and wed have to get the next size up for them to make it fit. Im glad we went up the road for a second opinion. Found the exact tire we needed for almost $100 less. Will never stop there again

I stumbled on ⬆️ their website when I was going to in to try and schedule my last min oil change before going out of town this weekend, with who I normally take my vehicle. I seen ya offer “PICK UP/DROP OFF” option and It’s just what I’d been looking for! Told my husband Tuesday I’d love this option cuz we both work long day… fits in well with out busy life! I mean who want to add another errand on a weekend off.. NOT me!I was alil nervous, they promised the car would be back by 6 at the latest …but everything went smooth… one of my pick up guys even hand delivered my paperwork, which was perfect cuz I had a super busy day with patient!They were all so friendly, professional & Fast! They will prob get sick of us now… def will be doing this again! I bought 4 tires from tire discounters on Brandt pk the other day, and they got my truck in quickly, mounted and balanced my tires quickly and did the alignment all in a very efficient amount of time, and did an extraordinary job, this location has great mechanics and customer service from the service writers was great, i would absolutely recommend these fellas if you need service, thanks again guys for helping me out!

Awesome place and people thanks tire discounters

Zero stars- payed 1400 because my car was overheating and they suggested all sorts of things and promised this problems would not occur again. Recieved the car back, parked it it two days then felt Id test it out and within 20 mins of driving the car started overheating and showing light that wasnt shown once before with never ever before seen cut wires showing under the car . Would not recommend this place . So disappointed and car was smoking with my child in it .

These guy were awesome! I have a lifted truck and sometimes finding accurate info on lifted vehicles can be hard. They saved me potentially hundreds and got my truck driving proper again. Excellent job on my alignment and they checked my steering/suspension for issues and were 100% honest and did a fantastic job. I will be returning to this location indefinitely. Great service all around. Great job guys!

I had a nail in my tire and they were able to take a look at my car and even though they were already very busy, they had it fixed within an hour and a half! They were very polite and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any of your tire needs!

James and the guys here are so nice and thats rare when it comes to auto shops of any kind. I went because I had a slow leak in my tire, not only did they get me in and out in a timely fashion they were so nice the whole time. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went in for an oil change on my work van. Was told they couldnt do it because they didnt have the right oil, I asked if they could just get some from the parts store and they said no. Looked to me like they just wanted to keep standing around doing nothing.The worst part for them. They had some nice wheel and tire combos in the show room. Well guess where im not getting new wheels or tires from!

Rare to find such an honest establishment. I went to purchase 4 tires but they said I only needed 2. Most places would have gone ahead and sold a woman 4 tires. Great service a d warranties also.

Today they allowed me to not only get the best deal on a single tire this time around but also honor the alignment special after a purchase of 4 tires. If you like being given the runaround for services owed, and you like being told one price before they do the work but when you show up to pay suddenly its way more than they said before. Then youll love this place. Never again for me though

I don’t post a lot of reviews but had to leave something for these guys especially after today! I had been here once before for a new tire and they were great last time too, but today I blew my tire out up the road and needed a replacement. I called to ask them for some help and Kenny sent some of his guys to come out where I was stranded, and put my donut on so I could drive to the shop and get a new tire. He was really kind and pleasant the whole time. Thank you guys for your awesome customer service and for helping me out!!

Had a great experience. Went in for tires and an alignment. They found out I had a bent strut. I think the gentlemens name was Ron. He was extremely patient and helpful. Answered all of my question and gave me an honest opinion on what my best options were. Tire discounters have earned my business.

I called to get my tires balanced yesterday around 4pm because I had to leave out of state the next morning at 8am, they said yes come in and will take care of your car. I get there 10 minutes later if not less; then they said they were too busy to do it today. I said if I leave it can you get to it first thing tomorrow morning and they said yes it will be the first one! (I decided to leave an hour later but have a smoother ride on the road) So I left my vehicle there and they said they’ll call me when it’s done! I never got a call in the morning so I get there at 9:30am and the car isn’t even worked on! I asked them why & they said we had appointments. I told them your staff members told me it would be done first thing in the morning, the guy turned around and rudely said I had appointments I needed to take care of first! Well you guys should’ve never told me you can get to it and I would’ve went somewhere else! Now I’m running 2 hours late and my drive isn’t going to be that smooth! Overall rude staff because this is the second time I let the first one go!

Took my car in on a tire being flat, thought I had road hazard coverage, come to find out I didnt,he was able to get me another tire for a great price,mounted, balanced and put the better tires on the front and did all this in a timely manner considering how busy they were,I know there are a lot of horrible stories at these places but every time Ive been treated great with excellent service.

Excellent and quick service!! I got a flat tire on the road and the technicians were willing to wait even a bit after closing (until I arrived) to help me out. They definitely over-performed!! I was very grateful and will definitely use this exact Tire Discounters again.

Decent customer service pretty good deal on tires but I paid for insurance. A nail in my tire and they told me they couldnt fix it because it was in the side of the tire and made me pay full price for a whole new tire not happy about that. Its a rip off when you buy the insurance and cant use it. Dont buy the insurance its just stealing from you.

Friendly service. There was a small wait but that was expected. They were as fast as they could be.

Great service. They managed to fit an appointment in on a busy Saturday for me. They matched an offer of another tire shop. The alignment helps a lot, the difference is night and day. All in all great service. James was a big help.

Had no idea what was wrong with my tire, they quickly found a faulty air inflation sensor was the cause of my flat tire. They explained everything and got me on my way. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

Unfortunately, Im very prone to flat tires. Im surprised theyll even sell me the warranty anymore! However, the staff at this location is top notch. They have excellent customer service. My needs are always met and the price is always fair. I might take a quarter of a star off for wait times but I wont go anywhere else for tires. Highly recommended!

I just got an all 4 wheel alignment on my truck and at first when I drove it off my steering wheel was not straight like it should be ... but I went back and told them about it and they got it right back in and fixed the problem Definitely will recommend them to my friends and family they are good people

Installation was done by Steve and he was absolutely wonderful James gave me the quote in really helped me a lot especially since its the Christmas season and I didnt have much money to invest. I recommend this tire discounters over the rest. All the other stores told me the soonest they could get me in was the next day. Reason being they didnt have both the tires i needed. So i called this tire discounters and spoke with James their manager. He also only had one tire in stock. James asked me when was i wanting to get the tires on and i said today. James was like ill have one for you in less than a hour. This tire discounters is a further drive for me but i will return to this one every time. James was very helpful and i was extremely satisfied with their work.

I Went in for a simple oil change, had an appointment scheduled for 4:00pm. I got there around 3:30 and they took my car back within minutes. They didn’t start my oil change for over 75 minutes after they took my car. I ended up being there for over 2 and a half hours for a oil change. Waste of my time and was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting a oil change. They also charged me twice for the oil change, I sent a email to explain everything that happened and never heard back from them. Terrible company with even worse customer service. I will not be back.

Made an appointment for service at 11:30 AM for 3 PM. When I showed up I was told the technician had went home around 11 AM (before I even made my appoontment) and they could not service my car. I understand things happen, but I scheduled my already chaotic day around this appointment and they couldnt even trouble me with a phone call so I didnt waste my time.

I have been going here for years. They are upfront and honest. They also have very good customer service.

Had a lag screw in my tire and it was completely flat. I work at dayton childrens hospital and my husband came to help me change tire but spare lock on newer truck was broke. So, we where unable to get spare tire off. So, we took off flat tire and went to NTB and was told couldnt fix. So we always had good luck with tire discounters. Immediately upon arriving a friendly gentleman came out and said he could get us right in and fix my tire. After they where done we went in to pay and they said no charge. I am very grateful to them. Thank you so much. I was able to make it to my sons birthday party because of their fast and friendly service.

We had a flat on the interstate on a weekend trip. These guys were busy but got us back on the road quickly with a new spare at a reasonable price.

I really hate leaving this poor of a review, on one hand, the customer service from the service writing team at TD in Huber is second to none that Ive experienced when having a vehicle serviced. Chris and everyone else up there are really genuinely good people.The problem comes up with their techs/mechanics and how/if they communicate problems to the service team. We brought my wifes vehicle in for four new tires, and part of that service they do brake inspections. They installed the tires and Chris called with an estimate for rear brakes, states to me that the front brakes are in good shape and dont need changed, but the rear brakes are in need of service. I told him wed have to hold off for the time being, but to print the estimate and well keep it in mind when were ready to get the work done.The tires get changed, we pick it up, everything seems fine. The next day my wife is driving and all of a sudden when she hits the brakes she is getting a horrific grinding noise from the front wheels of the car. We were given no mention of the front brakes needing service, so it was a surprise to hear this noise. It was awful, it sounded like metal on metal, like the rotors were being chewed to pieces.Chris was very accommodating and asked us to bring it back in so he could have one of his guys look at it. Turns out we did, after all, need front brakes and rotors. We were frustrated and TD did not offer any kind of recompense for the mistake that was made. I wouldve liked to see a nice sized discount on the labor, a partial refund on the 500+ dollars we had already spent. Some acknowledgement of the inconvenience we were faced with after having them work on our vehicle.Fast forward to this past weekend, we had the work done by a family member, the front drivers side brakes were so bad it was metal on metal from the interior pad to the rotor, theres no way it couldve been safe for my wife to drive on it. How they missed that initially is beyond me.To make matters worse, we were able to get the wheel off with very little effort. Usually to loosen lug bolts you have to use some force, but they essentially came loose with little more than a fair grip and a turn. TD were the last ones to take the wheels off, so I can only summarize that they did not properly tighten the lug bolts to the wheel.Like I said, you get first rate customer service from the service team at TD in Huber, but I wouldnt trust my bicycle to get worked on by the techs/mechanics there. Very disappointed with how things went, and we will certainly be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Chris identified what I thought to be unbalanced and misaligned wheels to be defective tires with belts slipping out of place. He suggested a set of tires that were on sale, in stock, and fit my slightly harder to find size. My truck rides like a completely different vehicle. I cant thank him and TD enough.

I have been a longtime customer; I have always been given honest information, great service and good prices on the services I need - tires and oil changes, plus the extra help with occasional low air in tires - even a bike or two.

Came in for some new tires. The ones I wanted they didnt have even though online it said it did. The staff cut me a deal in a better tire and had them on my car in no time. I will be back.

Customer service was subpar to all of my previous visits. Had a new person in training and didnt know what he was doing. Wanted to charge me more than I was supposed to pay. His attitude was not fit for customers. He actually threw the pen down when asking me to sign my papers. Not good!

I had two tires installed and an alignment. It took a little longer than I expected, but the manager on duty profusely apologized for the delay. I will be going back when I need to have more work done.

Went in for an alignment on my Milenium Falcon, they said itd take about an hour to an hour and a half. I see my ship sitting there unattended for about 2 hours while everyone else was having work done to their ships. I would not recommend this place to fellow smugglers on Earth or around this galaxy.
