I would recommend Voss Collision Center to anyone needing body work done. They were recommended by Mercedes of Centerville and I am very satisfied with the professionalism and promptness of the entire team. I spoke with Gurney, who listened to my concerns and even got my car in sooner than expected. Once the body work was completed you would never know there was any damage. I asked to have some other work done and spoke with Jenny and it was done promptly and separately from my claim. They communicated well with me on the progress of my vehicle and it was done exactly when they said it would be done.100/100Beverly Knox Dayton, OH

My experience with the body shop and the shop manager Mike Moore was excellent! When I purchased the van I noticed some black marks on the top. The salesman said it looked like Train dust and that when I brought it in for an oil change he would have the body shop look at it. We did not drive the van very much so it took me about a year to schedule an oil change. While there I asked them to look at the top. Mike informed me that it was not Train dust but it was scraped. I told him that it was that way when I bought it and it was on my paperwork, but after further review I could not find it in writing. I explained that it was my fault not to get it in writing but that I was telling him the truth. He said that he would take a look to see what he could do, to my surprise he called me back a couple hours later and said they were able to rub out the marks. In addition he was willing to do it at no cost. I really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to help me, and because of that I will take my vehicle back to Voss service!

The rude officer missed my appointment. I made an appointment and said need a estimate for hail dent two days ago. I come here today. She tell me “If you need a hail estimate you need an appointment. if you want do now you need wait two hours”. Actually, an estimate just need 20mins. Big company is not equal professional company. Their attitude is rude and arrogant.

These guys did a wonderful job repairing my RAV-4 after I was rear-ended. They kept me informed and advocated for me with the other driver’s insurance company. They kept great documentation, so we could outline all the delays the insurance company caused which helped me keep a rental car longer than the 30 day limit - which really helped my family out.Voss was amazing. I would have been fighting by myself if they hadn’t been there for me. I so appreciate honesty and documentation - and I’d 100% go back to Voss Collision if I ever had to deal with another car accident.

Did a very professional job repairing the front end of my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Only complaint I have is the length of time it took to complete the work and get my car back. Estimated time for repairs was 4-8 days and it took 23 days. Other than that, car looks amazing

Not impressed. Bought a vehicle 2 months ago, it kept dying. Had a hard time getting it in for service because I needed a loaner so I could work. They wont reserve them.Then, altho I had a 3 month warranty, the repair it needed wasnt covered.And then, it needed routine maintenance to the tune of $140. Why did they not do that BEFORE they sold me the auto?So...$430 for a newly purchased vehicle that was supposed to be under warranty.Not happy.😞

First time I took my car here for repairs I go to pick up the car and there was a smudge in the paint where they had refinished my door.. I told them and they fussed about it and corrected the issue ultimately .. I then return for repairs a year later and they refuse to work on the car because I complained about there poor workmanship on the original repair!! Company is too big and only cares about quick easy jobs if you drive an above average vehicle find somewhere else this is not the place for quality work!!!

I was driving my baby (lol) down the highway when a piece of semi tire was chucked up on my windshield and the top of my car. I was pretty traumatized and had glass all over me and the car. I called Voss and the lady on the other end comforted me, just like I needed. She invited me to come there immediately (was about 45 minutes away) and drop my car off as I had a ton of things to do. They had a rental car pretty much waiting on me from the place next door. The whole experience was effortless and they really took the craziness out of what was for me, a crazy day. Car looks great and everyone I dealt with was very personable and professional. Thanks Voss!!

I took my 2019 Lexus to Voss Collision Center for repair of a small door ding with chipped paint, approximately one quarter of an inch in diameter. The car is a black metallic paint color, and the chipped paint on the rear passenger door was very noticeable. Kyle Goertemiller was reassuring, and told me he and Rick could fix it. When I picked up the car, I was amazed! Kyle was very professional and the repair is awesome. I feel like I have my new car again!I have used Voss Collision services several times and have never been disappointed. Everyone there is wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

There was an alignment problem with the passenger side door of my 20018 Express 2500 van. I took the vehicle to another local Chevrolet Dealer collision center and was told there was nothing that could be done to repair it. Decided to take it to Voss Collision Center. Met with Mike Moore who said they could fix it. He set up an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in for repair. Repair was completed within half a day and done right. Horrible communication with customer. Car has been in the shop for 9 days and I’ve had to constantly follow up to just get a basic timeline of when they expect my car to be done. To this day I still have not heard back from them on their plan to fix my car. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I would like to commend Kyle and Angie from the Collision Center for the professionalism and kindness they showed me upon receiving my recovered car. My car had been stolen, recovered and per my request taken to the Collision Center for estimates . In a very stressful time Kyle was able to give me some peace by the empathy he showed. He too had experienced theft and the empathy he displayed as well as the genuine sense of caring I felt from him was like no other. Kyle checked the vehicle prior to me getting in it so I would not have any more surprises.The patience he exhibited while I thoroughly examined the car for damage was astronomical! The compassion I felt from Kyle and how I felt valued as a customer and a person made the ordeal much better. You could tell this young man cared about me and the outcome for my car. Angie was always there to field my phone calls and explain the next step to me. She did so in terms that your average car owner could understand especially after being so overwhelmed due to the situation. Both of these employees are worth more than 5 stars in my book and it is so refreshing to know good people are still out there. I will say that dumbfounded would be an understatement. Voss collision centre has not only damaged my vehicle while it was in their possesion, but it seems that uneven gaps between matching panels, gouges from tools on trim peices, and a general lack of good customer service to top it off. I was shrugged off by the inspector who wasnt able to see any issues with what was present. THEN, the shop manager (Mike) told us that no car will be put back together 100% how it was. Things will be different, and never will line up 100% correct. Im literally speachless. The quality of work is atrocious and i am currently enlisting the help of an attourney. If you care about your car, take it to ANYWHERE but here.

I’ve never had my car detailed before but decided I would because I wanted to attempt to make my car look nice. When I scheduled in I had amazing customer service the girls are amazing and so informative. When I came to pick up my vehicle after the detail I was beyond amazed. My vehicle looked amazing! Jesse Langenbach and the boys in detail did phenomenal work. Jesse did a walk through with me on my vehicle he was very thorough and very professional. I am beyond amazed with my vehicle and am so pleased with all the work and service I have received from Voss Collision Centre.

I came in with my soon-to-be father-in-law, he needed a repair on his front right bumper that he caused from entering or exiting the garage. He called his insurance and then received an estimate at Voss for 1 side ($1k), they told him he needed the other side too. Angela Smith took us out to his car and I asked if I could wipe it off, she then went inside and used this product to fix BOTH sides. She was amazing and saved us a ton of time stress and money! She said she didn’t want any money or reimbursement, and said it was in her job title!!

I had my van repaired at Voss Collision. The repair looked great but what really impressed me was the customer service. The day that I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, we were having trouble getting the insurance people to take care of things on their end. I was getting really frustrated at the run-around I was getting. I got on the phone with a man named Gurney at Voss and he told me he was going to get things taken care of and you better believe he did! All the staff at Voss were pleasant but he really stood out for his excellence.

I had my Chrysler vehicle serviced at Voss Collision Center between September 2019 thru November 2019 for major body work damage from the May 2019 Tornado. The largest repair job required the roof of my vehicle to be replaced which later led to some electrical failure codes showing up on my dash monitor screen for my airbags to be serviced after I picked up my vehicle. I took my vehicle to the Dave Dennis Chrysler dealership in Beavercreek that I originally purchased the car from to diagnose the problem. The issue led to out of pockets fees for the diagnosis and repair cost being quoted at over $2,000 by the dealer service department after all the previous repair work being completed at Voss. I told the dealer not to repair anything and I would return my vehicle to Voss, it is now December 2019 just a week before Christmas.I was frustrated about the issue, and the cost of the repair the dealer quoted me vs. doing the investigation at Voss. I was able to meet with the Voss Collision center manager and he called another Chrysler dealership Key Chrysler / Dennis Connelly to see if they could diagnose the failure found by my home dealership and Key Chrysler found that my vehicle would be covered under my warranty and I only would pay a minimum deductible fee. Dave Dennis Chrysler never told me or made me aware that my car has an extended warranty until 2021.Key Chrysler gave me a loaner vehicle, a copy of my extended warranty, information to get a refund from Dave Dennis, and completed all of the necessary repairs / service recall updates as promised and I received my car back repaired in time for the Holidays.I want to thank Michael Moore at Voss for helping me with getting my vehicle serviced and finding a new Chrysler dealership at KEY that I can call home for all of my future service needs for my car.Happy New Year 2020! ✅👍🏾

Wow! I had the misfortune of someone damaging my car and came in for a repair estimate, expecting a bad-to-mediocre experience based upon a different dealer in the area who sells the same make of car that I drive. The difference at Voss was amazing. I was treated so well by everyone from the receptionists to the tech. Bill Ritchey took care of some paint transfer on the spot & made the damage almost undetectable. He assured me once the dents were repaired the car would look like new again. They didnt gouge me on the pricing, which was part of what made the experience so positive. My experience was so good that even though Voss is well out of my way, Ill be getting service done there rather than the dealership thats significantly closer to me. We had previously had terrific service experiences with our old car at Voss Honda, so obviously this is a well managed business. Kudos to Voss, and especially Bill and the ladies in Village Cadillac collision office. You ROCK!

Pro--Quality of work was factory standard. I am sure most body shops would have done the same workmanship.Con- They had my car for 4 weeks on a repair that I was told would take 2 days max. They said the shop was loaded with others before me. Initial estimate was just over $700, final bill came out to be $3961. Thats some gross miscalculation. When I finally was able to pick up the car, I began to pull out of the drive and someone behind me said I still had a bulb out in the tail light. To have the Honda name, I would have expected better than average service and timeliness. Wont be back. Will support a small business owner next time.

Ive had multiple vehicles of mine fixed here and they always do a great job when I bring them in. They fixed my show truck to the point of you could never tell they had repaired the damage to the rear of it when I got rear ended. They also fixed a bunch of paint problems on my ZR2 Colorado when it came off the truck with a bunch of paint issues. The best place in the area to get your car repaired hands down!

Voss did some warranty work for us. They were very nice and the work seems to be done well, but it has taken forever to get the work done. They dont return calls very well, arent proactive with setting up appointments when the parts come in, and overall dont follow up well. It took follow up phone calls to make anything happen. We took another warranty item to another shop and they had it done the same day. Im pretty sure Voss would have taken 3 weeks for it.

The body work and paint job was very good.But when the car was returned with1. the steering lock unlocked. whoever adjusted the steering forgot to lock it.2. One of the turn lights was not connected.3. Adhesive tape under the door came off and stuck to the floor mat.4. Air conditioner stopped working after the job. Not sure how it happened.I will not probably go back here againUPDATEI received a call from Voss Collision Center on my concerns. I explained some of my issues and why I left the negative review. I had fixed all the issues at another service center. So I did not need them to fix any of these for me. To my dismay the unapologetic voice was not really concerned about my inconveniences. All the person wanted was to take down the negative review.

Voss Collision center just completed 17 thousand in repairs to my [2012- Chevy- 3500- Silverado Diesel- dually] and did an AMAZING JOB!!! Its only been 1 week, but so far, its running, driving, sounding & especially Looking, like it did, on day 1 of buying this truck brand new. Which I did. Son took his truck in to be fixed good job until I got home and found for 4000 dollars they cant put the spare tire back where it belongs. Thats just minor Recommend them to friend. What a mistake! The Toyata needed major body work rear doors gap didnt match stains on seats unpainted edge He got a snow job from shop foreman telling him one of centers hardest jobsThe body shop mgr. saw what was going on And came over. Saw what was done to car and said this was not acceptable.he left car and they where supposed to fix it

DO NOT take you vehicle here to get fixed. They had my van for 7.5 weeks and I had to take it back 2 times to get it right. They left the interior a mess and told me the 2nd time I brought it back, they would detail it. They did not. They washed it and left bug guts on my windshield and missed a whole strip of dirt on the side of my van. Worst experience of my life in getting a vehicle fixed. I will never take any vehicle there nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Their front desk person was completely rude as well. She was getting my key and paperwork and a guy walked in and she started helping him before she had me sign my paperwork and give me my key. She made sure he was taken care of, but not me.

We have been dealing with them since June on a repair that they did incorrectly. After taking ownership of the problem, they have since changed their tune and refuse to correct their mistake. This is after numerous trips to the auto shop when they did not even have the new part to fix and only had us come in to argue about the repair. Our insurance is getting involve at this point and we are taking our repair to where we originally purchased the vehicle. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as well.

Fraudulent business! They tried to tell us that our van was not drivable, threatened that the police would ticket us if we drove it off the lot, we took it too many other places for repair estimates that said the car was driveable, even our insurance company said the car was driveable, Voss did this obviously to try and force their business on us. I had over $4200 dollars of damage to the rear of our GMC Terrain. I COULT NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE OUTCOME!! The estimate of visual damage was spot on. The Reception team out front was freindly and informed. When it came time for my reapair estamate appointment they were on time, professional, and within a few dollars of estimates I had obtained elsewhere. The car was done on time and looked like it did the day it was purchased. The color match was spot on, the trim repair work looked perfect, and best of all.....the Voss team worked well together. A special shout out to Kelly V. and Eric P.!! Kelly called me everyday with the status and any issues they may have come across...always a pleasure. The employee that I spoke with, Angie was very rude. I also waited while my car was getting and estimate and she was very rude to a customer and told him she never promised him anything and refused to give him a current update of the status of his car. She slammed down the phone as hard as she could after yelling SIR GIVE ME JUST A FREAKING MINUTE AND ILL CHECK FOR YOU! After picking the phone back up she said since youre so needy Ill call you every day at 9am how does that work for you??
