I went there during Saturday during the middle of the day when they were supposed to be open. There was a sign on the door that they would be close for one hour during the middle of the day. As we were leaving the parking lot, I saw an employee come in with their lunch. Your staffing concerns are not my problem. If you paid your employees a decent wage, you could hire more people. You have turned me off to FedEx forever. I will now use UPS going forward.

I went on Saturday and it was supposed to be open but the door was locked and no one was there. I had a lot of boxes and it really sucked to carry 4 boxes to the door only to have to bring them back to car and go to another location. Be open when you say you will be open. Don’t think I’ll use FedEx again.

The customer service I received from the person who works at this location is Top Notch and deserves 5 stars ⭐️. Note: I am reviewing fedex corporate decision to have only one person taking care everything because it is wrong. Takes forever to get service here because they have only one person taking care everything and that makes you wait for a long period of time just to get a chance to place your order, they definitely need to hire another person so we can have a better experience here. I am a busy person and I do not have time to waste waiting here! The other issue is that they do not answer their phone, I called them to find out about my order and they never picked up the phone! Please HIRE someone to help and Please ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!

The FedEx part of this location is terrible. Before I could say a word, they denied responsibility on a broken package, claiming it was sent that way (it was a bottle of wine, people don’t pack and ship broken wine bottles), and then reject another package twice as it did not meet their “standards.” Oddly enough, I took the short drive up the road to another FedEx location and they accepted the same box with no hassle. Stay away! I will admit they are capable of hitting the print button, and if I could, I would give that part of the business 5 stars.

I like this place. I am reading some of these reviews and I had a very different experience. Must of caught someone on a good day. I just requested for another one of my packages to be held at this location while I am experiencing some technicalities and I am looking forward to seeing these people again. Thanks so much, guys!

Always an issue whe I go here! Last time I use them, they love to make up their own rules!! I reused a box that had a logo on it and they refused to send it stating we dont allow manufacturers boxes??? Who ever heard of such nonsense, not to mention there were about 20 already behind the counter ready to go!!! Nice job of forcing more trash to landfil FedEx. Going UPS from now on! Clean up your act!!

They really are the worst. There was this angry guy dusting the shelves while one woman was struggling behind the register with a customer with four other customers on line. I asked the guy if he could come over and help and he stopped, started taking deep breaths while rolling his eyes😁. He gathered himself, looked at me and squinted and went to the other register.If you dont like people or customer service, maybe you should work in a cubicle.

Horrible employees. None of them actually want to help their customers or even show any sign of decency. Most dont even show many signs of life when you walk in. Please either hire a courteous staff team or just replace them with computers/automation.

I am writing in frustration with a repeated problem.. I have shipments sent to your store throughout the years because a signature is needed and I am not home during the day. However, I have had shipments returned to sender because your store does not contact me to inform me that I have a package for pick up . In the past I either received a call or text stating a package was ready for pick up ( although the person I spoke to Today states There have never been texts) Every time this happens I contact the store and someone assures me they have called me prior to returning the shipment. I have verified my information repeatedly. Please be accountable and have a system in place. It’s very difficult to listen to someone who represents your business state that they call their customers before returning a package when I know that NO one contacted me. If you can’t guarantee that someone will reach out to your customer to let them know there is a package for pick up, then simply tell us this instead of pretending you are.

I would honestly give this location negative stars if I could simply for wasting my time. I came into store 1786 at 5:51pm on 04/27 to send A package off to NY. While entering the store there is A sign which requires for you to “cover your face” prior to entering the store. With COVID-19 going on I can certainly understand the need to protect ourselves and each other. I asked CODY if I can continue with my face covered by my shirt since the sign doesn’t specify for A mask to be worn in the store. When I asked CODY told me no I may not continue and I must have A mask on in order to continue. I asked if he had any masks to provide or available for purchase he said no. I then asked why does the sign not specify that your face must be covered with A mask and no alternatives will be acceptable he stated it’s supposed to be with A mask in A rude tone. I asked to speak with a manager but he advised me the manager is unavailable.I asked him to call the manager several times to resolve the issue. He waiting until two other gentlemen entered the store, assisted them and then waited for them to leave before addressing me again. When he did get the manager on the phone to clear up the sign CODY said the manager mentioned “didn’t she hear it on the radio”. I did a google search in the store which showed there were no “Mandatory mask” request from Broward or Dade county. He continued to say “I will call the police because you aren’t wearing A mask”, and I told him to do so since the sign didn’t specify A mask was needed to enter the store ESPECIALLY SINCE WE DONT EVEN HAVE MASKS FOR OUR ESSENTIAL DOCTORS AND NURSES! After numerous threats of being removed from the property and CODY attempting to scare me with police tactics as if I didn’t know my rights, I waited for 30 minutes before CODY went to the back and handed me A mask his manager advised him to provide to me. By this point I am livid, I expressed my anger and frustration because I have now been in the store 45minutes, I had 2 people assisted before me even though I was in line first and after asking several times if there were any masks available for purchase or just for this transaction I was denied. He then went on to say he would send out my package but wasn’t asking me for any of my information as far as my phone number, where I am shipping to. I asked him on numerous occasions to stop wasting my time and just let me know what was required to send out my package and while doing so an officer to come into the store to inform me after he has my ID in hand he would like to deny my request to send my package due to the language that was used while he continued to waste my time. This was the third and final time CODY will waste my time and deny customers their rights to send packages to loved ones especially with the current times we are in. When a customer is asking you for resolutions that is exactly what they are looking for resolutions not incompetent sales reps who don’t know how to read, or how to follow instructions. I have videos, pictures and more to share with FedEx as well as the BBB. If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything.

The woman behind the counter had a probIem figuring out how to pack the piece of art. The real issue was cost to ship this 3 lb box. I needed it to get to Texas the next day. $450 to overnight it, $350 for 2 day and $80 for ground. Im used to UPS. I called the company I was shipping to and they gave me their FedEx account number. Using their account it cost $45 to overnight the package!! Thats outrageous an individual is charged so much more. I will stick with UPS!

The other reviews are accurate. I was one of the first customers of the day, the manager was the only one in the store, she printed the wrong document for me after misunderstanding me (I pointed to the pdf I needed printed but I guess this was not clear), and gave me an attitude and almost held me at fault. For her mistake. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she immediately told me she would normally charge me for the prints even though they were the wrong ones. Was not very pleasant. The store itself is nice, but the other reviews are right. They have no concept of what customer service means. Go somewhere else.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Two staff members and the manager are truly disgusting. My father who recently came from India asked for services but staff neglected his requests. When staff actually began to listen, the manager began to ridicule his request with another customer. We walked out without conflict because we wanted to establish that we are more mature than these people. This FedEx needs a whole new management. Never go here

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Rude people. Talk about you right in front of you with other customers. My dad had troube understanding things because he recently came from India. Things work differently there and here. Important documents are printed in green paper and he didnt understand that they didnt have it and the manager made fun of him with another customer. They speak to you like your less than them. My dad asked the manager a question and she spoke to him in such a condescending way. Came here because our printer broke.

Rude as usual. Also beware if you want to copy something and order it online. If they arent able to print it they make you jump through hoops to get a refund. Apparently they cant do it in store so you have to call. Last time this happened they never refunded. I wont be going here any more. I also wont feel bad when they go out of business.

I started using this location because the location on University Dr in Plantation was just horrible. This location is worst. The location is CLOSED at 1PM on a Saturday. Note on the door says they will be back in 30 mins. Been here 45 minutes. The manager of this location needs to be FIRED! Will start using UPS across the street.

I went there in the middle of the day during business hours on a Saturday to drop off a package.... The place was closed! There was a sign on the door that said sorry for the inconvenience well be back. There was no time written on the sign, so I had no idea when they would be back. I find it absurd that a store like this closes in the middle of the day during business hours.

Went in to scan some documents as my scanner was not working. Nobody greeted me or came over to ask if I needed any help. I scanned my documents and then needed to combine the PDFs into 1 pdf. I asked for help from Haley while she was having a long personal conversation with another employee or manager not sure. I explained my issue and she said OMG I only know how to do that on my own computer and walked away offering no additional help. I eventually figured it out on my own and will NEVER be back. Meanwhile Haley went back to her personal conversation. Waste of my time! Crappy customer service. ZERO stars!

Just a terrible experience. I was not acknowledged as a customer and then was talked down to. I was shipping my uncles things and the last of his personal effects. I had a bad feeling when I left the place. The workers were not paying attention to what they were doing. Talking and laughing. When I asked about the label she was using they all just gave me a dirty look and I was told that’s the label they always use. Well guess what!?!? My uncles things and his personal effects never showed up!! Lost!! Anyone shipping anything from Davie area should go to UPS across the street!! On top of that no one from fedex would call me back for 2 weeks!!Going through the claim process now. So what’s the value of a dead family members personal effects?!?!HaHa now they denied my claim because these people didn’t do their job right!! UPS forever!!

I am from another state, and needed to have a large document printed and available for a client of mine who lives near this store. Kadeem was very professional in handling multiple emails, including a last minute request, and having the documents available in a very short period of time.If I ever need a service like this again in this area I will unquestionably return.
