I was very fond of this pawn shop, I dont know what happened within management to change there store hours. It states they close at 10 yet you are not allowed to do anything after 9:30 it is very misleading it gives people the wrong impression. If their hours are till 10 that means the last customers should be seen by 9:59 one thing is employees schedule until 10 and store hours until 10 I think management should look into this and revise their store hours

Purchased a firearm from Sportsmans Guide, and selected Davie Road Pawn and Loan to handle the transfer for me. The $15.00 fee was the lowest around. This was my first time at DRP&L, and Xavier took care of my paperwork. I was picking up a Taurus Judge, and he included a box of .410 shells with the transaction. Knowledgeable staff, veterans also employed here, these guys know their product. Overall friendly atmosphere, and a large selection of in-house inventory, from ammo and accessories to firearms. Davie Road Pawn and Loan is my go to gun store locally, best prices on firearms 99% of the time. I have purchased 3 guns from here all at rock bottom prices and all were flawless. I also use them as my local ffl transfer dealer, at 15 bucks a pop thats the best price locally unless you have a paid monthly membership at some large lgs. The guys here are very nice and make you feel comfortable shopping here.

Very poor service. Had a firearm transferred here which was recommended by a friend a year later I still cant get my item. They gave me the run around and said it was lost then they said a certified letter said they found it.Well as you know it was never sent. Just a lame excuse for losing my item. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Came back to recover a gun, no expectation was provide about the process I have to come back in five days or show cwl. I was not told that from the beginning, so I have to come back home and come back next day, again no expectation was provide off to pay showing ID I have to wait and wait and wait with no expectation they do not consider customer time is value. I hope I never have to come back to this place.

Great prices on guns. They do have a good used selection too, but you need to ask if looking for something specific, because all guns are not in the display cases.

I brought a rifle to have a repair done at this location. They told me it was going to get sent to a repair location in Hialeah, which it did. As time went on I was getting frustrated feedback when asking for updates. I learned that hialeah didnt have my gun nor did this place when i went. So I ended up making a police report in both counties, four years ago. I still dont have my rifle and still get nasty feedback when I ask for it. GREAT PLACE!

Absolutely love the place and the people that work there Dewayne both Ericks Bryan Reynaldo John and now Jerry are all cool cats and mime the owner is a great respectful fair businessman they work with you as long as you work with them they are reasonable fairly cheap and have a good selection of things from guns to tvs to phones video games game systems jewelry antiques guitars swords knives lawn equipment tools bicycles riverside equipment and much more and dont forget they buy gift cards at the best prices compared to anyone in or around town so I give it five stars and give the workers and owners five stars as well I do slot of business with these guys and this place I absolutely love it I recommend it

Place and employees are a joke. Owner and employees dont even know there own product, and try to lie about them to make a sale. Went to pick up a firearm I ordered online quick and easy gentleman that help was professional and knowledgeable. I will be doing business with them again.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Davie Rd Pawn a few times now. First time was searching for a specific rifle. While they did not have what I was looking for, they had no problem pointing me in a direction where one may be found.The 2nd time was a simple FFL transfer. Everything done legally and for a very small fee. In fact less than any other shop I know of. This last time was for shipping a hangun to the factory for warranty work. The manufacturer did not offer a shipping label, but suggested using a ffl to ship it to them as rates for them would be less. After explaining what I needed, the gun manager contacted the company, received a shipping label and took care of the problem for me. A short time later called and said the gun was back. When picking it up Inwas told no charge. How can anyone complain about such excellent service?Davie Rd Pawn will be my first stop when searching for a firearm to add to the collection. I would suggest everyone else to do the same, you wont find more fair prices or better service.
