We are very happy with our new carpeting. We have used WM several times. A number of years ago, my husband measured for the carpeting, and it was fine. This time, however, we were told we had to have a professional measure. The pros room measurements were notably different from my husbands (which is interesting since they were fine the first time we carpeted). Im not quite sure how room measurements change without construction. Anyway, this meant more money for carpeting and padding and installation, and now, we have a very large piece of carpeting left over. That was very disappointing. Again, we love the carpeting, but we believe, based on the large leftover roll, we paid for a good amount of carpeting we didnt need.

They helped me choose a remnant and got the install scheduled for two days out. The whole visit only took 15 minutes. Very reasonable prices. A great buying experience! Thank you!Edit: David came out to do the install. He got right down to work and did a great job. He cleaned up and finished the job in just over an hour. I will definitely use these folks again.

Staff was friendly and they have a decent selection. When the Carpet was installed, they left multiple aluminum ‘stay’ nails directly in front of my daughters bedroom door. The nails started coming up with the point through the carpet due to foot traffic. I called the store and spoke to the salesman. He was not concerned with my daughter injuring herself by stepping on a nail or damaged carpeting. He instructed me to pull them out myself, he was not going to have his people come back to remedy the problem.

Was very happy at first. We got new carpet in on bedroom. Besides having to vacuum up all the mess from install we were very happy. Its about one year later and the carpet is so worn in the travel areas we are considering replacement. Looks like its about 10 years old.

Great place to get carpet with friendly service!

We purchased carpet for our living room. It looked old and distressed in a short period of time then withing a year and a half carpet fibers have fallen out leaving holes. Jeff told me Id hear back from them in a week! Month later I called them only to be told cut a section out of your carpet bring to us so manufacturer can decide! Very disappointed and will shop elsewhere from here on!
