Great experience here. A little on the pricey side for mattress but We wanted a good matress. Stock was a little low but they had one that we liked so we took it! Our sales lady I believe her name was Mary was awesome! She kept her distance to let us try the beds while also knew what she was talking about. Shes off M and T so make sure to go some other day!

I was looking for inexpensive but well made futon for extra room. Found one on their website and was lucky they had in stock. Someone came in right after us and wanted same thing...but we had already started the purchase so we got lucky.Helpful staff.

Went to look for a new mattress. They were able to pull up what we purchased from over ten years ago. We wanted to compare to get just the right mattress for us. Everyone was very friendly. The prices were great!! The mattress was such a great price that we we left with a new bedroom set as well! Very happy customer!

Slumberland store in Davenport exceeded our expectations.After several visits to other furniture stores in the area, all of which made little to no effort in helping us ...let alone actually find exactly what we were looking for. Mike M. was a delight to work with and provided us with all facts/ info. re: our specific request. We even took home items the same day WOW . All store employees were friendly and welcoming. When assisting us with loading items in our vehicle... Tony was very careful and took extra steps in securing our furniture so it would not be damaged in the transport to our home. We will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Thank you all so much !!!

The staff are always on it and ready to help and get what you need. Some of the prices are pretty good too. Nice place to shop...its not a super store and you are not overwhelmed with a huge amount of inventory to choose from.

Stopped in to look at mattress/box spring sets and worked with Mike. He was knowledgeable and professional yet still someone I could joke around with (which I really like). He was most helpful. I ended up purchasing a different set than what I had in mind when I went there but am quite happy with what Mike helped me choose in the end. I even bought a leather recliner since the sale price on that was great, too! Mike was great to work with. I was greeted promptly when I came in the store and noted that all the sales reps were very nice and attentive. Delivery terms were reasonable as well. Glad I went there.

I was greeted soon upon entering the door, was offered/given assistance as well as “space” (no annoying pressure). The Davenport store has a large & varied selection so I was happy to find just what I wanted. My salesperson Mike M was helpful, flexible and eager to make me happy with my decisions. Of course I won’t have my items for several weeks but I feel like I can trust that future interactions with them will be just as pleasant.

I hate shopping online. There is no way to tell the quality of the furniture with an online site. Slumber land was one of the only places I could find a corner TV table that I could actually see the quality of the piece of furniture that I wanted . Andy the salesman was very very helpful. Knew about the product and Was helpful in trying to find the furniture that I wanted. It was a great experience.. negatives were the length of time before I could get the furniture and the outrageous cost of delivery.

Our first purchase at the Davenport store has turned into a huge disappointment. 9 weeks after purchase the furniture has still not arrived. The purchase was so easy and yet now neither e-mais nor messages are being returned.Edit: We spoke with someone at your Slumberland store yesterday, so were not sure why youre stating today that we need to contact you. They stated that our order wont arrive until October now and could not answer why we werent notified of the extreme change in the delivery time.

We were greeted right away with a smile by Brian who pointed us in the right direction. Brian handed us off to Mike who helped us find just the right piece for our home.Both men made our purchase experience a pleasure.

My old sofa was too long for my apartment. I needed something smaller. Mary listened to me and showed me several sofas and explained I could order it as a love seat and choose the fabric. There is a staffer at the entrance whom I and my wife told we were here to look around and see if we find something we liked. He kept own following us around. I looked around and we were just the ones being followed. It was very uncomfortable. Of course I started getting annoyed and asked my wife for us to leave. We can spend our money somewhere else.

This was by far the most wonderful experience Ive ever had at any store ever!! I really liked the salesman really giving us space to look around without pressuring us towards a certain brand or type. The guys in the back brought out what I bought within minutes of being in the back by dock. The only part of entire transaction That I was a bit uncomfortable with was when it came time to pay. Not sure if salesman have certain computers they use but they seemed to put themselves and all customers in one corner of desk. I had my mask on but still made me feel a bit nervous everyone being that close to each other. Besides that my wife and son were completely satisfied with our purchase.

The Furniture in the store are nice. And well built. With that being said. We had to come back the next day because we received a call 3 hours after we left because a piece of the sectional couch was not being made anymore. Which okay, so be it. However, why did they not know before we left when they were placing the order for us??? The system should have been showing the correct pieces available or they should have had the correct sheet showing the pieces . Not sure if we will return.

I went in looking for a recliner for after I have my surgery. I walked in and my salesman from last time I was there walked right up to us and remember us.. That was awesome in my book!!! So we told him what I’m looking for and he did his job and showed us everything they had and what other options could be added if I found one without it. I did find a chair I liked but not the one I was coming in for because they didn’t have it. But the one I bought will do ok for now.
