Went in for a simple oil change .drove 45 minutes to there shop and was told I needed to make an appointment..yet online it states no appointment needed ....what happened to the express lane for oil changes ..not very happy big waste of time went to twin citys dodge in lafayette got in and out in less then 30 minutes with 23 point inspection

These guys know what real customer service is! Bought a used Ram 1500 from Courtesy, had everything i wanted and more. They told me it was in need of an oil change, which they hadnt been able to do yet since it was a recent trade-in, so they scheduled me to bring it in for that and an open recall. When the work was done, a service dept associate came at me with a list of other work it needed, brakes and fluid flushes and such. Said it all added up to over $1200! I immediately thought i was getting played, same old game. But, without hesitation, he said we should go talk to the sales manager since i just purchased this truck a few days ago. And, with hardly any discussion at all, they agreed to take care of all of it at no expense! Im not paying a dime! That is true customer service, and something none of us see anymore. I highly recommend Courtesy and will sing their praises to anyone that will listen! Thank you, you guys rock!

We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealer. The salesman was very pushy. We were very interested in the vehicle but we told them that we had to come back the next day to finalize the paperwork since we had to be at work soon. The salesman was so pushy and asked if we had 5 mins. I told him yes. That 5 minutes turned into 45 minutes. We finally got done with the paperwork and the weather was getting bad Both my fiance and I ended up being late to work from this. Not only this but the lender they had set us up with has the WORST customer service. I woke up the other morning to our vehicle being repoed. We had just made a $900 payment to this Bank of the West 3 days prior. I had explained our situation with us just having a baby 2 months prior. Long story short we got the vehicle back. The lender still has no idea where the $900 went yet it was deducted from our account. The amount of hell I went through was insane. How I ended up with this lender and having a credit score of damn near 700 I will never know. Do not buy from this dealer. Theyre just out to make sale.
