Couldnt give me an estimate pricing for the job

Rick did an awesome fixing our car after caswell tire wrecked it doing an inspection sticker and he was super super friendly and helpful with everything and even looked over our rental car to make sure there were no dents or dings that he saw and them try to make us pay for that... Overall the best experience we could have had with this being our first time having to have body work done to our car.. I would and will reccomend him to everyone. He goes above and beyond for his customers and guarantees his work... Thanks again Rick...

Rick is one of the best

A dealership dented and left a deep gash on my vehicle while being serviced. They claimed to not have caused it but luckily, I had proof. I called Danville Collision to get an idea of what it would take to fix something like that and a rough estimate because quite simply - I lost trust in the dealership. Rick Gunter went above and beyond and listened to my whole story, gave me advice, explained the work it would take and more. He even called me when he wasn’t working to answer my questions and I was able to send him pictures and everything. He was very kind and taught me a lot without charging me anything. Over a week later, I am dealing with another issue from the same dealership so he allowed me to pop in last minute and he looked over my car in the middle of his day. I’m dealing with a tire issue too so he went to the back to get a tire and REALLY showed me how everything works and what to look for to be safe. I had no clue he was the owner until I saw his card. After dealing with so much headache from this dealership it was refreshing and a relief to speak with him. Would recommend them over and over!

I have used Danville Collision Center twice and would recommend them 100%. Not only is their work exceptional, but Rick and his team go above and beyond to achieve excellent customer service. They stay in constant contact with you to ensure you are updated on the status of your vehicle. When Rick finished my car, he brought my car to my work and then took my rental back to enterprise!
