Called and asked about a headlight repair. The owner went and picked one up so that I could get my truck fixed and back in a timely manner. As a business owner this is just Amazing!!! This group is very professional and courteous. Will recommend there service to everyone.

Carstar Sterling Collision did an excellent job on my car. They were very professional and told me exactly what they had to do and how long it was going to take. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call that the car was done, 5 days early. It looked great and they even detailed and waxed it. I will definitely go to them again for any and all repairs to my vehicle!

The only thing i was disappointed with was i was told they washed and waxed it thinking they done the whole vehicle only to find out they only did the area they repaired. Other than that i am extremely pleased with they job they did.

I have used Sterling twice and have been very impressed. They are incredibly efficient and friendly, especially Bill. By no means do I know the first thing about cars, but they are always patient and take the time to explain what I need to know about the repair process (without making me feel stupid). The last time my car was repaired, I spent less than ten minutes IN TOTAL at Sterling - from the estimation to completion of my car. They worked around my schedule to make sure it was convenient for me and to ensure I would have minimal time with a rental vehicle.My car looked great both times it was returned, and the full detail was an added bonus! Hopefully I wont have to have any further auto-body work done in the future, but if I do I will most definitely be using Sterling again.

Slow and poor customer relations. In a accident on Sept. 7, 2018—initially Bill gave very reassuring information my vehicle would b repaired quickly. 3 days later he gave me the real deal—- at least 10 days. Took 19! He recommended I see Illinois and went to Springfield area. He promised he’d keep me abreast with progress of truck. He did not call once. I called him and every time it was bad news— more excuses. I double checked s major part he was trying to get ( took at least 10 days) which I found 2 sources: 1. GMC new in Battle Creek, MI 3 days $ after- market overnight. No communication from sterling. Promised truck on day 19– another hold p w airbag at Chevy dealership 2 more days Airbag never engaged don’t know why it was tampered with. Informed Bill I’d b back in 1 hour to get my truck and I’d take care of it at my home dealership where truck was purchased. He lied here about time —-initially said 2 days when I said no. He asked to call dealer to see what he could do and call me back. He called back and said SHOULD b here in the morning. This is onlyvtime in 19 days bill called me. Decided Bill is not trustworthy and informed him I wanted the truck. Got to his shop and no truck. He said his insurance company and lawyer said not to give me MY TRUCK. He said “I will not release the truck.” At this point I told him I’d call the police to get the truck. Offered to sign a release we could get notarized. After asinine discussion finally Bill agreed to go to the bank for certified release that I paid $1 fee. 2 hours later finally got the truck.His initial response and the work on the truck was well done except I now have a check airbag light on that never was on bf. (Had to pay Chevrolet $100 for diagnostic test- final ransom). Every thing else was dishonest and completely unacceptable. If one lives locally and doesn’t have to worry about paying motel and car rental fees. Doesn’t mind little to zero customer service—sterling did do good work. If looking for honesty, communication, repair options highly suggest finding another merchant. Hands down the worst experience ever with any business or person.Bill— you may think it unfair. It is the truth—every word. The only thing I interfered with was not letting you keep my vehicle for another day or two.
