This was my first time purchasing anything from mattress firm an I must say Joselito made it a wonderful experience! Not only did I order a adjustable bed frame but I got the perfect mattress to go along with it. He is a great salesman, very helpful and listened to specific details I wanted when choosing the perfect Mattress for me! My boyfriend and I went in to this store to get our first mattress. The store manager, Jennifer made this such an great experience. She was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and features associated with them. She was patient in my boyfriend and I testing the mattresses and asking questions. We ended up getting a new mattress and set up that night when all we were expecting to do was look. Jennifer made it so easy and relieving that we know our mattress is coming safe and sound and being set up for us in only 2 days. I will definitely be a mattress firm customer for life!

I bought a mattress and box spring from Mattress Firm in Danbury yesterday and it was delivered one day later as promised! Such an easy purchase. Joselito was courteous, knowledgeable and very considerate of my expectations. I told him what I could afford which he respected. I was relieved there was no hard sell. Would definitely buy here again. (And the delivery guys were prompt and very courteous as well!)

I want to start by saying this review only reflects the product. The sales team was great and very helpful. I have had my p5 now for almost 2 years. First week I had terrible sleep. The sales rep said this is normal until you find your sleep number. So I gave it time tried different settings for week intervals. Couldnt seem to find a good setting still. Next step was a mattress topper, this made it even worse. By the time I tried all this the 100 Day return policy was already up. To me the bed is just an over priced air mattress needless to say Im disappointed.

Rajeive was very helpful in picking out our new mattress and pillows, will definitely be using that location again in the future for the guest room!

I was immediately greeted by a very nice salesperson, Jennifer. She was so kind and took her time with me. I had very specific needs for my new mattress. She had me try out all the different options and didnt make me feel rushed or pressured to buy at all. She even managed to balance helping another couple who came in, also looking for a mattress. Me and my wife went to this store by accident this afternoon. (We made an appointment with another store actually but input wrong target in Google map). The selection at Mattress Firm was amazing. We were able to compare many different brand names and types of mattresses. Our sales associate, Jose was great in explaining the differences, and led us to the best mattress to fit our specific needs.

This was the most pleasurable buying experience we’ve had in a while!! We initially purchased a mattress from Bobs, but the product was backordered and would not arrive by our move in date. We decided to check out other mattresses to see if we could get something comparable sooner. We ended up meeting Eric and knew we came to the right place! I went in to inquire about the purple mattress and my saleswoman Jen advised they did not have any floor models available. Instead she walked me through finding the right mattress that fits my needs. After going back and forth between a few I finally settled on one. Financing was a breeze and Jen answered all my questions effectively and courteously. I am incredibly satisfied with the level of service she provided me and only wish there were more people like her in sales.

On July 20, 2019 my brother and I went to Mattress Firm in Danbury Ct. I thought I was only going in to window shop, but I wound up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base. All thanks to the sales person Tom who was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to listen to what my needs were. He was great at determining what would work for my financial needs as well as my physical needs. Mattress and adjustable frame were delivered the next day. Totally amazed me that the turnaround time was so quick.Upon the arrival of my mattress and adjustable frame I realized that it was not the frame that I thought I was receiving. Immediately I called to the store and spoke with Tom and he had the issue resolved within one business day. I would recommend anyone to travel to Danbury for a great price and quality. I live in the West Haven area but it was well worth my trip. If you are considering a mattress purchase, I would strongly urge a visit to Mattress Firm in Danbury, and ask for Tom

I went to 2 different places before coming to mattress firm. I was helped by Vu who was honestly the most helpful sales person I have yet encountered in the whole mattress buying process. Came to this store after going to the Brewster store. The people at the Brewster store were rude and pulling some sketchy tricks. We got frustrated there and left and went to this store. As soon as we went into the store we were greeted by very friendly sales people who were eager to help us and provide us with information on what we were looking at. Vu Do was extremely helpful and informative. He was very friendly and was able to save over $800. Will definitely be buying all my mattresses and bases from here from now on. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible warranty customer service!!!. I bought a several thousand dollar mattress a few years ago from them and it was sagging on both sides very badly. I always used the mattress protector and called the customer service to have it replaced and they would not warranty it. Even though I paid extra for the plan and protector when I bought it. Needless to say I will never buy anything from them again. Just went to Bobs furniture and bought a brand new quality mattress that I am happy with.

Id like to start off by saying my family purchased about 10 mattresses from this location, and each and every time, we have had exceptional service. We just purchased 2 mattress sets today, and Vu and Jennifer were nothing short of amazing. I give them so much credit and respect for their knowledge on mattresses and their customer service skills. They work with you patiently to determine what mattress is best and help you meet your needs both comfort wise and price wise. We have lived in Danbury for my entire life, and we have visited multiple mattress sellers- this specific Backus Ave location of Mattress Firm beats them all. Ask for Vu or Jennifer for the best experience, but Im sure anyone else that works there will give you an amazing experience regardless.

I was not happy with the bed frame and they refuse to take it back!!!! I cannot return or exchange..... After not able to sell the bed frame i decide to put together and live with it just to realize i dont need the box springs they sold me.Call the office again and one again YOU CANNOT RETURN.Come on you sell something that i dont need and now you tell me that i cannot return ? Very disappointed and told me to put on FACEBOOK for free because i she did not charge me for it!!!! Yes you did it just not show on the invoice... I am very sad with my buy. Watch out if you buy it you are KEEPING IT!!!!! NO RETURNS

When I went into the store Jen waited on us and she was beyond fantastic. In the store they received 5 star rating but the delivery is another story. The delivery is the only reason why they are getting two stars. 1. They could not get the boxspring up the stairs. (For the record my friend came over after they left and got it upstairs in 5 mins.) They could not get the old boxspring down the stairs. (Again my friend and I got it down the stairs with no trouble at all) So now I have a boxspring in my living room that they did not take. Grant it when they brought the bed and boxspring i did not have a delivery fee. Now that I got it downstairs they charged me a partial fee for picking it back up. This was not a good experience on the second half of this purchase!
