I never write reviews about my experiences with businesses, but I am so unhappy with my experience here. Ive read a bunch of reviews saying this place was great, not my experience at all. I called this place about a dent in the body of my car, and was told by them when to bring my car in. I live very close to this shop and drive by it often. I was surprised to see my car sitting outside in the same parking spot for over a week. Not sure why they had me bring my car in so early then. The first time I called the office, I was told they had the parts needed to fix my car. About a week later, I called again to see when my car would be ready and was told that they had just ordered the parts to fix my car that day. There seems to be a lack of communication between the people who work here. Throughout the whole three week process to fix a dent, I received no communication from this place even when I was told I would be given callbacks twice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! They do phenomenal collision work here. Ive been going there for a long time, and have never had even a hint of an issue. You can tell that all of their work is of the highest quality. The owner is hands on and wants to make sure you are happy with everything from drop off to pick up, getting a loaner and everything in-between. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process. When I went to trade in my BMW not one dealer could tell that body work was done, with multiple of them complimenting me on how well the car looks. People always tell you to trust the best and since they are the best, my complete trust goes to them that my car will be as good as new when I pick it up.

Excellent work. Fair prices. Clean shop. Frank is a decent guy as well.Ive had two frontal collisions repaired there. You cannot tell that any work was preformed.It looks factory fresh.I hope I don;t need him ever again but if I do I know where to go.

Been there a few times and there work is consistently good. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

These guys are amazing. Unfortunately for me I’ve been to Route 53 too much this year. Fred and Frank are awesome guys, very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife’s new Honda Pilot was rear ended causing her to spin and hit the guardrails on three sides of the car. I thought it was totaled but after the Route 53 guys were done with it, it looked brand new. All my Autobody work is now done here. Thanks guys

Frank was very friendly and took care to explain what was needed and provide me updates on the time it would take.

Working with Fred and Frank was an excellent experience. They repaired damage to my brand new Ford Limited liftgate in a short time frame. Their process was efficient; they provided help navigating insurance and the finished product - including paint match, was remarkable.

They did an awesome job on my Mazda. They price matched the OEM parts for the aftermarket parts. Definitely recommended!
