The team at Kays Jewelers of Serramonte are amazing. I popped in to see if I could get a ten year wedding anniversary gift right before our vacation to Cancun. Rita helped me down the right path and we found a set of earrings that match my wifes wedding ring. Crystal is our usual sales associate but she was off that particular day. When it was time to pick up the set, Crystal took care of me as she has for many years. Thanks you guys!

Bought engagement rings and wedding bands at this location. Engagement ring was purchased with financing because there was 0% interest rate. Bought wedding bands later and was lead to believe they would have the same deal. However I see now that I did get charged interest, and Im out $150 in interest charges over just a few months.Do not believe them about financing. Pay cash.

We got an engagement ring from the store and it started falling apart in 10 months. We came back for a repair since it was still under 12 months warranty. They told us that it is no longer covered under warranty since we missed 6 months inspection that they never told us about. They also tried to charge us $400 for a small repair. Stay away from this brand. It is a scam company.

Today I spent 50 minutes inside Kay jewlers watching hazel help out other people. I came I for a return of a ring which takes a simple 5 minutes. This lady didnt tell us sorry for the wait, or anything. Just just watched us stand around the store. The other man in the store was actually helping out another customer but this lady did not look like she wanted to help us. Terrible customer service. If youre trying to find a ring try a pawn shop because the people there will actually help you.Also I confronted her about this at the end and she ended up bitching me out telling me how Im wrong. I asked for the managers number and she just gave me the store card. Hazel is rude and inconsiderate. She told me I was rude. If youre not gonna have customer service go work at somewhere where you dont need to talk to people!

Usually i love shopping at K but this particular location the employers are rude and not so helpful. K has definitely lost a valued customer
