First of all, the lines are incredibly slow. Have you ever watched AHS’s Asylum? That’s what this store resembles. I once seen a van in the parking lot that said “God is good” with two female mannequin heads propped up by the back window staring at me, accompanied by a confederate flag. Two large men who looked like they belonged in Duck Dynasty were in the front seat. It was quite scary. There are numerous sketchy individuals near here so keep an eye out for that. I suggest the grocery pick up which is easy to find and has wonderful employees to tend to you. It’s overall fairly nice but I do not recommend coming here, only if you have to.

Used self check out, knew the knife purchase would set off the approval light so scanned them first. Scanned the rest and had to wait for almost 10 minutes for an associate. Asked another for help and she said the other girl would be with soon. With a cashier my time wouldnt have been wasted. Very very sad customer service 😢

Store is nice and clean and the Fall Flowers are coming in...and thats always nice

I am giving this place five stars because I forgot my phone there unlocked with all my stuff exposed and the guy who works there was nice enough to take my phone, and ping my find my phone feature so I knew where to find it. I really wish I had money on me at the time because I would have left him a reward for taking such good care of my stuff. He really went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much!

Great service! I asked the assistant manager in the paint section where to find a heat gun. He gave me the best customer service ever, walked me all the way to where the guns are located but couldn’t find any and as I was walking out the building he paged me on the intercom that he found the gun, I was so surprised lol that’s fantastic service!!!!

Its a good Walmart. They have everything and the waiting is not bad at checkout.

This is my usual grocery store. The prices are competitive. They normally have what I need most of the time. If one Wal-Mart doesnt have what I need in stock, the one one the other side of town usually does. I wish they would stop moving everything around though, because it makes my shopping trip too long. They have great pharmacy associates. Hunter and Tatum are awesome people, who are very knowledgeable. They work very hard to see that you are taken care of.

Overall nice and clean. Just wish they had more nuts and bolts with reducers for hardware. However they have a bunch of new and improved items throughout the store. Witch is great. Still closing at 11pm as of 08/21

Normally the pickup side is on point but this morning (27 July 2021) they were disappointing. I was there in parking spot #3. I had checked in. Then a silver car pulls up to check in. It was only my truck and the silver car there the entire time I was there. 2 employees came out to serve the silver car. When the had completed the pickup service. Another you lady comes out with my order. She greets me cheerfully asking me about my Walmart experience and I explained to her my disappointment over what I had witnessed. She apologized and stated the sometimes their tracker says an automobile is on its way instead of reading it as checked in. I politely informed her that I wasnt buying that information. So she then stated they didnt see me out here because they were prepping orders. I said how could you not see anyone out here with that large window in the door of the building where they go in and out with orders. Im not happy at all with the way things were handled today. Maybe next week they wont be so lazy and have their act together.

Annoying personal shoppers running into and stuff at every moment in your way, rude as can be. And dont buy Mayfield icecream from here either its been melted and refrozen multiple times and is disgusting. Good bye Walmart we shop at Kroger now

Not really any different than any other walmart however this one has a vision center. Unlike the one on sugart road. And its set up is a bit different

We went on Sunday they were completely outta of eggs and bread, youd think somebody would be stocking the shelves.

Its the only Walmart in the East Tennessee area that has my dog food my dog is very sensitive in its stomach and needs special food I traveled 300 miles to get it nothing special than my dog thank you Walmart for caring wish you were near my home which stock dog food of Purina complete and balanced!

Store was re-set and lots easier to find. Bought a cute summer dress. Great selection of womens undergarments at really good prices. Store looked great.

Theyre well stocked and I mainly stay in the electronics department. Sometimes I might buy groceries and clothing too.

Everything is rearranged hard to find anything,the self checkout hardly ever read my card and then I have to wait for assistance and let them try and after three check out registers I finally reads the card. Used to have good prices now the are way over priced and you have to check your self out whats the point of shopping there I can got to food town and grocery shop and someone else scans and bags and probably a little cheaper . If not its still better than the hassle at Walmart.

I picked up a prescription. Even though I had already paid for my purchase, I couldnt just leave the store. Instead I had to walk to the other end of the store in order to enter and walk through the self check-out area. I am changing my pharmacy and wont be going back. Their new exit strategy is beyond rediculous and Im done.

This place is a wreck since the remodel/reset/renovation...... Nothi g is where it would make sense to be, no employees seem to understand it either. I took my daughter to a fitting room and, luckily, a door had been left open. We tried on 3 swimsuits and as we were walking away, an associate finally appeared to ask if we needed to try something on..... dont even get me started on the self checkouts! I DO NOT WORK AT WALMART! There was also, an obviously, disabled woman sitting at the exit on a scooter that had no battery charge to it. When I asked an associate, she simply told me that they were all in use. My husband looked outside for 5 minutes and returned with 2 for the woman who had been sitting there for an hour! One of the ones he recovered was fully charged, the other was also depleted. Had he not brought it in and plugged it up, its hard to say when they would have had one available for the next disabled customer!

Idk why but I always e joy going to Walmart. I dont have to even go for a purpose. Ill just go for fun sometimes lol

Mostly good experience unless you go close to closing time with wic. They close registers down way before 11pm, we had to argue with manager and put guilt trip on him just to open register to get our autistic daughters pediasure.

With all the new changes, they have lowered their standards on employees. Theyre so rude! And they said to call to talk to a manager but no one answers the phone.

The new self checkout equipment is a major improvement over their old ones.

We do online pick-up. They are very friendly at this particular Walmart.When we were there the other day the top on the Dawn dishwashing liquid got flipped open. Just always be sure to check, before you leave, so this doesnt happen to you.

Crowded; it was 4th of July weekend. Plenty of self checkout machines, so I was in & out pretty quick.

In most cases they have what I need.

Difficult to get checked out, but found everything I was looking for.

Well I loved Walmart before covid hit because it was 24/7. Now they close at 11:30pm which sucks. Im not a big crowd person so I dont go hardly at all anymore due to having to go when more public is out. I usually went at late night/ early morning hours when mostly empty Haha it was peaceful and I could just take my time and stroll around without a million people being around bumping into me and all the chaos. And now they rearranged the one in my town walnut Avenue dalton ga and moved everything that has been in the same spot my entire 29 years of life to a whole new set up and it is awful. Its a disaster. They need go to back to the previous arrangement. Very disappointed.
