Over the years I spent thousands of dollars with this company only to be mistreated on a simple request to return some items. I was fine with owner stating I couldnt return them, but to get ugly and say I could threw them in the garbage myself was unnecessary and extremely rude. I would never speak to customer in that manner and I will spend another dollar in that store ever again. Obviously the owner has no respect for his customers.

Great place. I have been coming to this place when they were at their old location. The owner is very nice and you can go to their facebook page and see all the new bags.Love the new place!!!

This place is a joke. Ive never shopped at a place, where the owner is so unprofessional and acts like a child. My 3 year old is more mature then he is. Long story short he made a mistake, refuse to apologize and kicked me and my sister out the store. Honesty if I could give him a 0 I would have. FYI. the guy who posted love shopping here and rated this place 5 stars is the owner. As you can see he has so many bad reviews he has to make up reviews. Maybe if he worked on his customer service skills he wouldnt have bad reviews.

Will not honor the price he gave me last time I came here. Hes arguing with me and saying that Im arguing. Plus last week I came to get the luggage he said he will order for me but he never order last week and I ended up wasting my time and gas last week and today again, I litterly drove over an hour to come get the luggage. Then he will say he dont want to sell the luggage because he doesnt want to honor the price from last time. He never told that there is a price increase. Highly Disappointed!! Seriously! I never had such experience before at any other business. Every Business honors the price they charge last time. On $8 he was arguing and wont sell the luggage. I even said please do it, but he was firm of that he wants the extra $8. I swear very mad that I wasted my gas 3 times and time coming here and giving him business. Plus I was going to recommend him to other customers but not anymore.Thanks

I purchase handbags as a wholesale on May 20th, 2016. However, one of the items was defective and I requested to return the item, but they didnt any responses, despite several contacts. So, I reported it to BBB. Dont expect customer service of the company The Handbag Warehouse!!!
