The owner was very respectful and help put me in another car when I problem after having my van four days everyone worked with me and the owner was so kind and helpful I’m glad there are ppl out here that truly care for customers and I was one of them thank u for everything you have done for me and the safety of my family awesome

They dont never tell you whats going on with your car and you making payments on it my car stopped working and i havent had it for a month yet and i had to get it towed with the carnote money and i called and said it stopped but they wont work with you so you can catch up on the payment from when i got my car towed this the first time i was late on a note and its not cool how they treat you when you trying to get it together i dont like this car lot

If I could review with negative stars I would. This place falsely advertises affordable down payments and in-house financing, however after the 2-hours waiting on their application process, we were told down payment amounts exceeding KBB buy prices.

This place is a scam, all there cars say 49 dollars down .. get up there and is willing to put 500 down, to find out they don’t have a good selection of cars .. to only say you need to put down half of the whole cars total amount of the car . After having to constantly call them because they are not returning calls as promised. THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

My husband and I went there, no one came out not even once and we werent the only customers there! When we looked at a couple of trucks and we got bad vibes cauae half the stereos were already ripped out! We got bad vibes from this place so my husband and i quickly got in the truck and left quickly and never looked back!!!!!

Anyways after filling out the app. Which I had brought everything one would need, I didnt feel too confident due to my recent divorce that Id get approved . IF NOT BY 5 PM TODAY I WILL REPORT TO STATE OF TEXAS THE DPS THE BBB AND WHO EVER ELSE MAY BE CONCERNED WITH ILLEGAL PRACTICE LIKE THIS.

I pass by here on the bus. I decided to look it up. I see a ton of reviews and not one response from the business. That is very bad business. I will take my business elsewhere and so should anyone else. Too many bad reviews.

All the cars are trash they will work on them but it will continue to break down until finally ur left broke and without a vechile... I would never recommend them to anyone!

My employee bought a car from here yesterday, she started driving it to the shop so we could check it out, and the check engine light came on almost 3 min from us and the transmission started skipping. She got it to us and then we saw the light was on for the transmission. When we took it back the next day, they offered to switch it for a different car, and we took it on a test drive straight to the shop, sure enough the light had been erased on that one too. It had a transmission problem too. When we confronted the guy about it he got agitated and said to just come back for money back tomorrow. When asked for a written statement for the money return he refused and said his word should be good enough. Deffenatly be careful when dealing with them, they are very sneaky.

I know buying a used car can be a nightmare - not so at USA Auto Sales in Austin. Mike and Maria were very professional and true to their word - no pressure, no hassle and delivered as promised - highly recommended!

Closed on sundays yall.These people seem nice at first but they are big fat deceivers and liars. I purchased a vehicle from them and between the phone calls and trips to USA auto sales, they assured me that the tags were mailed. I had to make 3 different trips from Mckinney to Garland just to have them renew the temporary tags, and each time I am told that I should receive the license plates any day. To the finish they never mailed the plates, I had to go and pick them up. And the worst is that they never even offered an apology, not even a we are sorry. I would not recommend doing business with USA auto sales unless you have a lot of energy and time running after them.

Not so well i got the car SHAWN MADE PROMISES THAT HE NOR THE FINANCE COMPANY HONORED THE SOLD ME A CAR THAT THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON ME 3 OR 4 TIMES KEEPING THE. CAR A MONTH AT A TIME SHAWN SAID I DIDNT NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PERIOD I DIDNT HAVE MY CAR ONLY FOR THE THE BANK TO REPOSSES MY CAR. OWEING ONLY 2000 MORE DOLLARS ON IT ON TOP OF JUST PUTTING A NEW STARTER IN IT DAYS BE FORE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOT TO MY WORST ENEMY AT THIS POINT
