If toy dont speak Spanish, dont bother. Overpriced for the quality. My sister and I went in to pick up our dresses for a wedding and were stood at the counter over 5 minutes before they even acknowledged our presence. My dress had no hook so all night people had to zip me back up...

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They’re so unprofessional and unorganized. Don’t order a different size dress without the customers confirming!!! So dumb. The employees are so rude. I will never come here again. If you’re looking for a dress, this isn’t the place to go. Sisters design has been the best one so far!

We walked in. There was no one of the floor to greet us. We looked around. Then we walked over to a gentleman who has his photography/video to ask about pricing. He shows us some of his work. After a group of ladies walk in, a lady goes over to a mannequin in the display window to take a dress off of it. She then asks us what type of event we are having and asks my daughter if she found a dress yet. As the gentleman is talking to us about the video the lady interrupts him and says Maybe if he would stop talking and not take up anymore of your time you could try a dress on. After that comment we decide to get a business card from him and we walked out. I thought that was pretty unprofessional and uncalled for.

Wish i would have read these reviews before . Ordered my daughters Quince dress first week of March and just got it yesterday. 6 Months to get the dress after they told me it would be their in 4 months. No apology no explanation, nothing. And dress has a couple flaws. missing a botton and some bling. Not very noticable but for the price you expect it to be perfect condition. Now im scrambling trying to get her photo shoot scheduled in time. Good thing it fit perfect and didnt need any alterations, or we would have to waited another month to get it.

One word, horrible. Do not visit this place unless youre ready to buy right then. They would not let us try a dress we liked unless we were going to order. However, They did criticize my daughters eyebrows though! Not nice at all👎🏻

This place is horrible!! I would give it a 0 due to not everything that was ordered for the 15th was not the right color which should have matched the dress. When the dress was picked up for the pictures no alteration was made on the dress and they had to put place makers so the dress would not look so loose for my nieces 15th. Awful place would never go back.

Horrible customer service. Ordered something and went to pick it up and they were scrambling to give me something they had in the back. Fast to take my money but didnt produced what I ordered.

Terrible experience lady was very rude, they promise things to convince you but when you receive they dont come out as they promise and say they never promise you anything and also gave me the wrong size for my dress and didnt want to fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE, LOW QUALITY.

Do not go here. Worse experience ever for my wedding. I got 10 bridesmaids dresses and my mothers dress from here. It started out good. The worker told me that they could get any size in any dress and all we needed was a $50 deposit. We found out about 2 months later that they couldnt get any size and the $50 deposit was actually a $50/monthly payment (which was fine but was communicated horribly) all of the workers speak Spanish. And the owner who speaks English is hardly there. Dresses were ordered in Dec they told me 3 weeks. It was Feb when I found out about the sizes and that monthly payments were needed, since no payment was received our dresses had not been ordered! No one called to tell me this, I called them because it had been more than 3 weeks and I hadnt heard anything. Luckily all payment were made and caught up. Finally our dresses were back, first fitting went fine. They told us alterations wouldnt be long. Well 3 weeks passed, hadnt received a call so I called the owner. She told me all dresses were done but 2 and to give her to the weekend. Weekend came and went. I call back she says theyre all done. She wanted me to come the next day, however we live out of town and it was a week day. I told her I was unable to come until the weekend and that it would have to be next weekend bc it was a holiday weekend. She seem to get upset with me and told me if I didnt come during the week and came on a weekend they wouldnt fix my dresses is there was a problem. I explained again why we couldnt come durning the week (lived out of town and we all worked). She proceeded to tell me my dresses wouldnt get fixed. When we finally got there, 3 of the dresses still had pins in them from the first fitting and had not been touched. We had to wait hrs for them to finish. The hem was jacked up on one dress. And the other 2 alterations just seemed rushed and did not fit correctly. We ended up just taking the dresses and took them somewhere else to be completed. This was literally 3 weeks before my wedding in JUNE! When dresses were ordered in DEC. Do not go here, once they get your money..its down hill from there! The quality does not match up to the prices. And customer service is horrible!!

Horrible HORRIBLE PLACE! I have had the worst experience with these people!Day one, the skinny lady with the dark long hair was good!!!! She completely sold me but I have not even seen her sense then and it has gone straight down from there! They have managed to ruin MY WEDDING dress, MY BRIDESMAIDS dresses, ordered wrong sizes, you name it, these people have done everything wrong in the book to me and my wedding party! I wish I could start all over and I would never walk into this place again and never would I recommend these rude people to ANYONE! If youre looking for an organized staff or at least even respectful you definitely do not want to step foot in this place!

If I could give it zero stars I would! I went to go look around for wedding dress, and was immediately turned away from because “the didn’t have my size”. The lady said you might want to try the other stores, I only carry small sizes. I hope this review helps people out! I am just a thick girl trying to fit into a dress, but her response was way out of line!If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went to visit this store and the lady who attended to me told me better go to another place because I only charge girls sizes. This is not good as a store and I hope this helps someone! I am not skinny or fat but this lady should better look at herself before being insecure to other women!

They do not deserve a star, they are scammers when I went to buy my girls dress, they measured a size 12 for her and she told me that my girl was size 8, I paid for the full dress and she told me that she was going to order it and it would arrive in 5 or 6 months but when I went to pick it up they gave me the size 12 dress that they had as a sample, it is not worth one to pay for a dress sent to be and leave with that so do not buy there they are thieves

I do not recommend it. My wife bought her wedding dress here. Every time he went to give a payment he saw that the dress they had measured for him was still there and on the mannequin. And when he spoke to ask a few weeks before the wedding that because the dress was not yet ready they told him that the dress you had learned had arrived. When she went to measure it, she saw that the size 10 dress on the mannequin was gone. And when the dress they supposedly ordered from her size 0-1 was measured, she noticed that it said size 10 in the tag. In other words, they cut the size 10 dress to fit her and she didnt look very good. They ruined her dress.

Do not even think about them or enter these people is pure scam they robbed me 500 dollars they promised me a dress of value of 1800 and at the time of delivery it was not dress that I even ordered they wanted to give me a dress with much less value according to the owner of the store It is bulgar liar thief and very badly educated I recommend that you join the favor of not dealing with people like that or spend the same headache many people have already said how these ladies steal

The quality of their dresses is very bad .... they send the boxed dresses all folded distilled and say that they are couture for my understanding a couture dress is handmade and takes time not 2 weeks. They only lie to people to get money from them. Please do not go there is a special day for you and you need the best not the cheapest and least with lies.
