Ramirez Boot and Shoe Shop is a treasure. I had Felipe make three different belts for me, and each belt exceeded my expectations. I could write about how great the craftsmanship was or how much the pleasure was to work with the lite. But, the best representation of the work are the pictures of the belts themselves. Felipe has earned my trust and will get my future business.Finally---there is nothing cooler than a custom belt or custom boots. The boots that he makes are so much cooler than the off-the-rack Lucchese, Tony Llama, Justin, Dan Post, etc.

I have a pair of Sam Edelmans that I only wore briefly before losing the heel cap. Because I am hard on shoes. For over a year and a half I wanted it repaired. But due to COVID-19 my usual place closed. I found this place. He is very responsive, friendly and does excellent work. These heel caps would have to be pulled off with vice grips. Thanks Ramirez.

Great custom boot shop that can also repair broken boots. Very nice and professional. Fixed a pair of store bought boots for me even though its not his specialty (he deals with higher quality materials). He fixed them up great and theyve held up perfectly. Ramirez took my 70s era vintage boots and made them look almost brand new! The man does restorations, alterations, and even makes custom boots. He’s a consummate gentleman and communicates often to make sure he’s on the same page with you. Also, did I mention he does it all for super low prices?!Don’t think twice- go to Ramirez!

Got my old boots resoled, and they feel like new. Walked out wearing them, dropped off the ones I was wearing when I picked them up. If you have some favorite old shoes, maybe you dont need to retire them just yet. And if they are beyond repair, Felipe can clone them!

Felipe loves making and repairing boots and it shows. I brought in a custom pair of boots that was made by someone else out of country and he was quick to get new heels on them and did the work for a very fair price.

He did a fantastic alteration job with my pair of boots, and he surprisingly completed the job way earlier than scheduled. I highly recommend him for any boot repair job.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the work of Felipe Ramirez! Hes a third generation bootmaker and it shows in his amazing work. My mom and I had some Suzani style boots, whiich are beautifully handmade in Turkey. The boots are in our exact shoe size but we had problems with getting them zipped up beccause the boots are a tad bit small. I took the boots to some of the best shoe cobblers and repair shops in Dallas. All of them told me theres nothing that could be done and good luck. But not Mr. Ramirez. He found a way to customize both pairs of boots and solved both problems. And ladies, if youre like me, a person who has muscular legs (due to being jogger), Mr. Ramirez found a way to expand the top of the boots to perfectly fit around my calfs as if they were bought that way. The boots are extremely comfortable and fit to a T. So again, I highly recommend him and his work. He can even custom make leather boots, shoes and purses from scratch. Hes an amazingly talented artisan!
