Found my copy of Star Wars Insider #206 with the Boba Fett cover!! Very nice!

BOOKS!! If you like to read this is the place for you. I honestly think that 65% of my Library has been purchased from this franchise (not necessarily this particular store).They also have a small selection of Toys and Collectables. Some even have a coffee shop attached.The only issue I ever have at this place is figuring out which books I want to purchase and staying within my budget.

Great store with friendly helpful staff. This location also has a great selection of discounted books and a big children’s section.

My husband and I love this store! They have such a nice selection, always have a large selection of sale items, and the staff is nice.

I guess this place has a decent selection. They have a pretty good childrens section. I specifically was looking for Christian books that are theologically related, but it seems all they stock are books by apostate authors who are looking to make a buck off of gullible people who think theyre Christians. You know, authors like Joel Osteen, Victoria Osteen, TD Jakes, and the like. Theres a Starbucks inside, if thats your thing...

I dont know how to rate this place anymore. I use to visit this place all the time as a kid/teen/adult to read and buy books. Now, I come here to buy cheap toys and games on clearance. If youre going to buy books, its cheaper on Amazon 95% of the time. I did buy a Rubix cube for $3 on clearance. Im probably not going to renew my BN next year. They hide the clearance items in the back near all the vinyl records. Why they have so much floor space for vinyls is a secret for some genius working at BN but it does help hide the good deals. Why are they selling so many Toys? Trying to pull a ToysRUS strategy is my guess. Ive seen the same Smithsonian toy on the shelf for at least 3 years in a row now.

Great variety of books and love how much manga they have! Great selection of games as well. Staff is always helpful and courteous!

We found exactly what we were looking for. A book from the young adult section and art supplies. The customer service was great too!

Been avoiding this location for a year or so. Came in today. No better. Not the friendliest or cleanest.

Not much of a selection in Manga nor Graphic Novels, and the staff of women at the registers were more interested in talking amongst themselves on why theyre single, and none of them bothered to greet me as I walked thru the front door. Not once did they ask if there was anything they could help me with. Very poor customer service. Im not coming back because the staff of the other stores in Lewisville, Highland Village, and Denton are much better at helping their customers.

I love to chill out and read a magazine or 2 (or 3) while sipping a Refresher from the onsite Starbucks Cafe. Great selection!

Great customer service

If youre old school and still like to hold a book and manually turn pages, then this is the place for you. Theyve got plenty of books in here, from classics to new releases. If youre all about technology, they offer their digital reader called Nook too. Plus stationary, calendars, toys, and physical media. Theres also a coffe shop if you like a cup of Joe as you dig your nose between the book cover trying to find out who the killer is. Its also a visually appealing store to shop.

They do a great job here making actual books available to us and its a shame there arent more people in the store.

The store is nice, but has only one stuffed armchair.

B & N staff are always friendly and helpful. I was able to do almost all of my Christmas shopping at the Prestonwood Town Center location. They have a great selection of interesting books, toys and games without the chaos of Walmart or Target.

Have you ever been to a bookstore? Have you ever been to a Barnes and noble? Fantastic. Then you know exactly what you are getting. Its a bookstore. If you have been in one Barnes and noble then you have been in most Barnes and noble. The layout is probably different but unless you have something wrong upstairs it shouldnt be hard to navigate. I was satisfied, 10/10

Customer service was great! Glorie went out of her way to help me call another store to put a book on hold that my daughter is searching for. She was very helpful and delivered 100% great customer service. Very happy with our visit.

I like hiw everything is displayed. My favorite part is of course the Starbucks. They had a book up on display that you could own for 5 bucks instead of the original price. It looked amazing so I bought it. Checked manga and comic books and was happy to see thing I want/recognize. People alway friendly.

Staff was exceptional in finding the book I was looking for. ( It was the only one and difficult to find)

Crystal was super friendly and helpful. Lightening speed WiFi and the Starbucks hits like any other! Overall solid place for some quiet time.

Wife and I love browsing Barnes and Noble. It is relaxing and enjoyable. The selection is good. We do a lot of gift shopping here for birthdays and holidays. Books of all sorts and other nice, fun goodies(games, puzzles, journals, etc). The cafe is convenient and you can sometimes get coupons or deals after checking out at the BN checkout (on receipt).

Updated review: I have to give a shout out to Crystal, who was an absolute boss working at the help kiosk. She gave amazing recommendations and made sure I left happy! She also may be my new B and N best friend. Thanks so much, Crystal, for being so awesome.Ah. Heaven. Usually when I come looking for a specific book, someone is always at the kiosk ready to help. When I needed to return a damaged vinyl, they actually took it back! It was out of tune on one side...manufacture defect. Another time I completely ruined a board game I had just opened. They took it back too!! Generally all nice people who just want to help you get what you need.

Theyve done a terrific job redesigning the store to allow for better spacing between customers.

My sister and I always go to this Barnes and Nobles, even though it’s a 17 min drive, it’s the nearest one to where we live. I usually look at the records while she looks at manga books. This lady that works there always follows us around the store and she doesn’t even try to hide it. After you’ve asked a customer if they need help, and they’ve repeatedly said “no”, it’s i don’t know, maybe a sign that they don’t need your help and they’d appreciate it if you’d stop peeking through the book cases. I don’t know their name, but it’s happened twice with a different employee. My sister opened her backpack to get her money to count it, to see what she could buy and the lady popped in and was like “Do you guys need any help?” after i said no, kindly, she stood there.

Ive loved this place for years!Professional and knowledgeable staff, great author events and a great selection. Put it this way: In my Wordsworth days, some of us would be in the used book section on our breaks. Yeah. Thats how great the Barnes & Noble is.

The worst Barnes and Noble Store I have ever been to in any State of America.The other stores in the area are far better. Please go to them.I recommend you go to the below location.2201 Preston Road, Plano. A very good store.

I usually save some at the house but recently spring cleaned. So when Kim said come around back I was so elated. Ive been driving all day, everything is closed because of this pandemic, but mom duties never end!

Very disappointed with B&N worker, Crystal. Many things are often misplaced on the clearance tables. So, I asked if she could tell what the price was of 2 items. She angrily huffed, acted as if I was inconveniencing her, and when another customer came up, she apologized to them for helping me. That apology to the white customer for helping a nonwhite customer first, felt very racist. Her behavior was as if I shouldnt be shopping there, as if this were Texas 1950. Those Jim Crow laws are over. She needs training on how to help ALL customers. I was afraid to ask her for help on locating something else, so I approached her coworker, Pat. Pat was wonderful, nice, helpful. THE BEST!! If you need to go to this location, ask for Pat. Hopefully, Crystal will get new training.

If you cant find a book they can order it. To me its a beginners book store. Great mix of classics and contemporary works. A section for tabletop games and puzzles. A great kids section. And if you go all the way in the back you can find mysic and movies. Sure it can be a bit pretentious, but dont let that fool you.Peruse at your leisure or ask for help. You will find some hidden gems at random moments and wonder if there is enough room on your shelf for every book you want.This is a place where you can get the whole family something to read and have a fun time. Its that simple.

PLEASE READ! I got caught biking home in the rain, for 20 minutes. Literally dripping and squeezing puddles out of my gloves, socks, and pants! The lady working at their Starbucks was so upset for me. She helped me clean up my puddles and offered me a free latte.

Ample parking, good selection of product. On 3 occaisions, I have been to other stores that didnt have what I wanted in stock, even though they showed to. All 3 times this particular store wound up being the only one that actually had it in stock.

Great bookstore! Huge selection of book for all readers. Very cute kids area with a little reading nook and play train table to entertain the little ones while you look. Fun toy section with educational and fun gifts for all ages. Best of all is the Starbucks cafe. I could spend hours here and so could my kids.

I always love this place its my favorite book store.

There is only one comfortable chair in the whole store. Most of the seating is in the coffee shop. I saw people laying on the floor because there wasnt enough decent seating.Bathrooms were clean. Store was clean, bright, and well organized. The store has a Starbucks and is welcoming to people only there to drink coffee and work on their laptops. The books are expensive but thats expected and there is a good selection.

Its Barnes and Nobles. What more can you ask for? Books on books on books, they have them. I came here looking for some books to give as gifts and found exactly what I was looking for. The employees were kind and courteous and offered assistance. Check out was a breeze.

I like this location. The employees are always nice and helpful. The events they host are great, specifically the children’s ones, are always enjoyable for mine.

This is a good bookstore. They have tons of books, as well as toys, games, e-readers and tablets. I like this location, and the employees typically offer to help you find what you need. They also offer hot and cold drinks, food, and desserts in their cafe area. Yum!

Excellent help for finding a book that they no longer have because it was on the bargain table. They looked hard for me even though theres not going to be much profit. They also looked at other stores and the other stores didnt have it either. So they offered to order it and I am waiting for the next few days to see if I get it in the mail.Bookseller was kind and generous.

Great atmosphere to sit and study. They have a Starbucks and Free WiFi is available as well. Sometimes people will gather in groups and be less than considerate with their conversational volume. Staffers seem unwilling to correct them so dont be afraid to nip it in the bud politely yourself. 😉

The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is one of the better stores that carry a greater selection of titles. The coffee bar is also up to par with items you dont find at other locations.

It was seven minutes before closing and I was with my family when a female worker came over and said time to leave we’re closing. Individually to my husband me as well as to my little son who was scared. It was the most horrible disrespectful experience and if I could give this no stars I would! Please go somewhere where you’re sure you’ll be respected!

I appreciate that this location has nice seating areas placed throughout the store when so many other locations have removed them.

Decent book store. They helped me find a few books I was looking for and I was able to pick up a new moleskin for drawing. The big chairs here are pretty gross looking so its not a hang out and browse type of Barnes and nobles. On the whole I would say its an ok bookstore with too many trinkets and toys and not enough books.

One of the nicest bookstores I have ever been in. Nirvana for bookworms! The selection of books is expansive, there are bargain galore and the folks at the info desk are very helpful. This is the perfect place to go Christmas shopping or birthday shopping. The Nook eBook reader is crackerjack too. The Cafe is a Starbucks Cafe, but the customer service in the cafe is always slower than molasses. Why?
