Very happy with the service provided by Mister Glass. They replaced the glass in a double paned window which had cracked. The price was reasonable and the repair was done in a shorter time period than I had expected. Will definitely use Mister Glass again for repairs if needed.

The response time for my initial request was slow. Seems there is only one person who handles residential jobs. Once we got through the phone tagging, the job was started with a temporary window placed while the final was being manufactured. I received a call when the final job was to be completed, but no start time was confirmed. Luckily I was home when the second repairman arrived. Half was paid upfront and the other half was to be paid after completion. It was my understanding I would receive a link to pay the remaining balance, as it was with the first half, but my account was automatically debited. That was also a surprise that I later in the day found out about . Good thing the funds were there. Both repairmen were professional and friendly. Overall this was a good experience at a great value.

I needed the glass replaced on a double paned, double hung window. The scheduling, measuring and installing teams were professional and knowledgeable. They were quick, but thorough. My window looks like new and I thought the price was fair. I have been looking for a power sliding window for my truck that had been discontinued years ago. No matter who I called, I was told it was no longer available. Even when calling the distributors for the manufacturer, I was told none were available.... until I called Scott @ Mister Glass. He contacted the manufacturer and located the last one available at their manufacturing facility in California. Upon confirmation, it was ordered and arrived in less than a week. It was installed in a timely manner and at a good price. I had contacted numerous companies in Houston and the Dallas area over a period of 2 months trying to locate this window. Scott @ Mister Glass was the only one who was willing to go the extra mile to try to locate this window for me. It is very hard to find companies that provide good customer service... and with a smile. In the future I will be going Mister Glass for all my glass needs. I highly recommend them!

The estimate they gave me was the most affordable I received for a full-service job -- coming to my home, removing the broken door to use as a template, creating the replacement door and coming back out to install it. I’ve used Mister Glass 2 times (replacing three fooged double-paned windows). We had different technicians each time, but all have been friendly and efficient. They show up as scheduled and get the work done quickly and correctly the first time.

Our sliding glass door was shattered and Mister Glass did an excellent job with the repairs. As an added bonus, they cleaned all of the windows outside my sun room where the door was located. This above and beyond customer service was what I experienced from the moment I picked up the phone to work with them. They were also incredibly timely. They always came promptly at the start of the arrival window provided, and had to special order the size of glass needed for my repair and beat their own estimates of when it would be in/installed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will not be calling anyone else if we ever need any other repairs.

Mister Glass came in at half the price of Safelite, which is a big deal for me because I paid out of pocket for my windshield replacement. They did great work, the staff was friemelt, I even met the owner. 10/10 would recommend.

Jerry awesome installer noticed he had wrong glass got me rescheduled. John came out the following week noticed an issue fixed it super fast got my windshield installed with perfection. Spoke with Scott the Mgr. who is a true professional and let me know what happened. Great recovery and kept my appointment as planned. I recommended my neighbor use them and now getting my sons home repaired by them.

I have been trying to get this work Mister Glass did resolved for 3 months. I asked for my money back as per there website. And was told by the manager he was not even aware of that offer on his website.

Mister Glass was recommended to us though our car insurance, as we don’t live nearby (over an hour) and both my husband and I work in industries that are heavily impacted during the holiday season, my husband asked if they could remind us to set the appointment after the New Year. Sure enough as soon as the New Year came in they text to remind to call and set the appointment. They were very knowledgeable about the process and every thing we needed to do on our end as well. They could promptly answer all of our questions. Although it was a few hour process, they had a loaner car available for us to borrow so we weren’t stuck in the lobby. Over all, great experience with very friendly and knowledgeable people.

My husband loved y’all for auto glass replacement. My experience with shower glass has been less than stellar. This side of the company relies way too much on technology to automatically contact the customer instead of good old fashioned customer service which is truly lacking, in my opinion. Lack of communication, unreturned emails and phone calls, scratched shower glass installed, supposed to be delivered in about a week-got call 2 1/2 weeks later asking to install same day. Changed my schedule to accommodate the last-minute install to a). get it done and b). conclude my relationship with Mister Glass. Installers Edgar and Beto are very nice guys but unfortunately put in glass that has marks on it. I’m paying for glass that isn’t etched or damaged. They politely acknowledged the problem when I pointed it out and said they would let folks know it needs to be replaced. In the big picture this experience is a blip. But it’s been a huge waste of my time. Should’ve listened to my gut and gone with another company.

Mr. Glass did a great job. I own an older European car with a unique front windshield. They stood by the work from start to finish. Any issues along the way they corrected quickly and I am very satisfied with the work. I will be giving them my business in the future.

My experience was without a hitch. I left my car at the facility and was furnished with a rental car. I was told it would take three to four hours for repairs and the repairs were completed in that time. The employees working with me were professional and friendly. So appreciative of how easy this was to set up and how quick the work was completed. We called Mister Glass on Monday to have a windshield replace on our Honda Pilot. Spoke with Jennifer on the phone who was very nice and called me back within 30 minutes to give us a quote after she researched what type of windshield we needed. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Jimmy called us when he was about an hour out. When they arrived, they got straight to work and the windshield was installed in about an hour! Mr Glass has been fantastic. I have used them at least 3 times to replace windows in m y house. I live on a golf course and apparently have some not so good golfers on the course. Each time they have been very quick to replace broken panes. Their technicians have all been very good, knowledgeable, and cleanup any broken glass before they leave. For sure I will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service. BTW I also had a windshield replaced in my truck a few years ago by Mr. Glass. It was a very rainy day and they came out and replaced it in a parking garage near where I worked and did a perfect job. You just cant beat their service !!

My sunroof glass shattered unexpectedly on the highway going 80 mph, nothing hit it, there was nothing around us, anyway I took my truck to Mister Glass on Floyd 2 times, the first time to obviously change the sunroof glass, that was done and they told me i was ready to go, when i left on my first turn I could hear glass rolling around above my head and tried to open the sunroof and it was getting stuck because pieces of glass were still stuck in the track. I took it back to Mr Glass a few days later and told them about the sunroof not opening properly and that glass was rolling around when i turned the truck, they again did take the glass out and blew out the track more, put the glass back in and sent me on my way. Shortly after leaving the shop, I again heard glass rolling around, the sunroof was still having issues opening and closing and then i heard alot of wind noise when i got up to 50 mph. So when I got home I got out to look at the top of the truck and noticed that the glass wasnt set right, the body of the truck was higher than the sunroof on the backside of the glass. This is where I start bitchin, first of all the $1000 bill it cost to replace the glass is absolutely outrageous. I found the glass for $185 online and after some research I figured out how to remove the glass, clean out the tracks and set the glass correct. It takes all of 20 minutes max to remove the glass and reinstall it so to charge what Mr Glass charged is down right stealing from the customers. I encourage anyone that is looking to get some auto glass replaced to find someone else because all these guys are doing is ripping customers off and not doing quality work. On a side note, there is a big wall picture when you walk in of the owner which was walking around both times i was there, he had no personality, he seemed like one of those owners that didnt care about his customers, only his money. I am a business owner and I dont treat my customers like that. I will not be back and will encourage anyone I talk to about auto glass to stay far away from Mr. Glass on Floyd Rd.
