Super easy process! I submitted a request for a quote online, within the hour I had a phone call with a quote and they offered to come same day. When that didn’t work they were willing to work with our scheduled and they allowed my husband to take care of it while I was at work. Josias helped my husband and helped make this a great experience, will recommend if anyone I know needs to have a car sold!

Had an awesome experience today with CFJ! I reached out to them around 3:30pm and by 5:30 I was at the tow yard meeting with their wrecker driver to have my car moved, and they had the highest payment for my totaled car of anyone I called today. Wanted to leave a review for Carlos. He was fantastic! Day started off with a different company to come pick up the car which they ended up leaving my car in the middle of the alley and drove off with my keys. From there I rescheduled with Carlos at Junk Car Girls and he was very quick and professional. Got to me sooner than expected then was able to get the car out of park and loaded up without any keys at all while holding a friendly conversation with me the entire time. Couldnt have asked for a better experience than what I received from Carlos. On a scale of 1-5 My experience was a 10!
