PLEASE READ‼Let me start by saying that this body shop is a complete joke Buddy who is the owner and his son Shane are complete crooks. Please look somewhere else for your needs otherwise, you will be going back and forth with Concours for damages done to your car that wasnt initially there. I had a very small, simple dent on my passenger back door which should have been very simple to fix. Well, it didnt exactly work out that way when I picked my car up from the body shop. I noticed right away that the job had been rushed, the rocker panel was loose about to fall off, they forgot to put the clamps back on to hold it in place. Then I had a deep scratch on my front passenger door which wasnt there when I initially dropped my car off. I called State Farm and expressed my frustration with Concours the agent said to me let them fix what they have damaged, any new issues we will pay for them. I said no, Id rather go somewhere else she said give them a chance to fix the damages. So, I took my car to them a second time to repair the damages when I got my car back I had new scratches everywhere, the window trim look like it had been pushed up with a flat head. Buddy and his Son Shane mustve been very upset when I reported the issues to State Farm and said Im going to pay her back. They will try to swindle your insurance company out of whatever then can get, I guess they thought that I was going to say hey this is now wrong with my car and bring my car back for more repairs. Hell Naw I HOPE YOU ALL TAKE HEED TO WHAT IS BEING SAID, EVERYTHING IS 100% ACCURATE.

Have used this shop previously!! They do excellent body work! Would recommend this father/son establishment without hesitation!!

This body shop has 5 stars for a reason. Family owned and operated, customer satisfaction from the time I walked in the door to driving away after completion. Before choosing this body shop I did my research through multiple websites and cold calling. I was notified throughout the entire process on the status of repairs and on a side note they even drove me to pick up my rental car. I highly recommend this body shop and if I ever need anything else done in the future I will be a returning customer. Hands down the best experience, ask for Buddy he is great!

This place doesnt have a 4.9 out of 5 rating for nothing! These guys are so nice and friendly and they also get the job done well. Someone had come into my lane and clipped my front bumper. It was pulled forward and dented. They had it repaired quickly and my car looked like new.They took care of my car well after they made repairs, too. My license plate was dented by someone with a trailer hitch backing into it in my apartment complex. These guys reshaped it for me at no cost. If youre looking for a place that truly values their customers, this is that place.

This place is definitely the place to take your Mercedes or Audi or any other luxury car. Its kind of hiding in an industrial area right off 635 but even though small in size, seriously the best body shop Ive been to!!! Not only were they friendly and provide wonderful customer service --- but they are fast! They delivered. My cars wounds looked better than brand new and it took half the time as it wouldve anywhere else. Derek and Shane will take good care of you.

The quality of work and professionalism at Concours is second to none in DFW body shops. Derek and his team go the extra mile to give you a level of service that goes beyond just getting your vehicle repaired. They have repaired several vehicles in our family and for friends and I would not think of taking my vehicles to anyone even if it meant having to pay more!

I used Concours in the 80s and currently had an extensive repair done on our Lexus 300H. This outfit was and still is top drawer. Just changed insurance companies so went by to visit and make sure that my current carrier worked with them. Buddy and Shane who run the operation visited with me which reminded me of the initial visit in the 80s. Son of the founder now owns Concours as his father has retired. Soon after the visit the Lexus was in an accident. I called Buddy from the crash scene and stated the wrecker was on its way. From the time that vehicle was dropped off to the time I picked it up today the process was nothing but perfection to include the rental car process. Metallic red paint was matched to a T. Trust is the word that comes to mind as when the vehicle was dropped off I never gave it a second thought. Next time you think the big name big ticket body shops are the route to go, think again and think Councours Paint and Body shop.

Excellent customer service

I got rear ended exactly two weeks ago. Minor damage to my bumper, but nothing falling off or apart. After hassling with the other persons insurance for over a week, I looked online for a place to take my car. I found Concours, and was instantly drawn to the all 5 star ratings. I took my car in 3 days ago, and they called me today saying it was done (ahead of schedule)! When I picked it up, I noticed they kindly gave it a good wash AND even detailed the interior! Im blown away by the great work they did on my car and the caring attitude towards me. I cant say enough good things about Concours; would definitely recommend again and again!
