I had left a prior review that was most unkind to this Store. My purchase of a Hawk 250 Deluxe Electronic Fuel Injected Dual Purpose Motorcycle went very smoothly. Some miscommunication happened due to my original purchase through Walmart on this Motorcycle. My Final Purchase was through ANA and honestly she is a pleasure to work with. I received a very good deal on this Motorcycle. Assembly and pickup was done at Dallas Power Sports. My contact at this store was Q. Who is very nice and professional. The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful to me. True the Motor is actually a 229cc Motor. Yet has plenty of power for my weight of 210. The Motorcycle is performing quite well for myself. No problems of any kind. It’s Qualities for the price is actually very good. I’ve received my metal permanent plate. All registration and owners title. I’m very thankful to Alex who assisted in record time with completing this full transaction to my complete satisfaction. My Sincerest thanks to everyone at this store. Now I’m off for another evening ride. 👍☮️

Some things could be explained a little bit better but other than that, the staff is friendly and they have a lot of options for a good price. The warranty is a little iffy and I JUST purchased the motorcycle so I don’t know if the assembly quality will be as good as it looks/feels but so far so great.

Absolutely the WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Took a bike for repair, for 6 MONTHS I called every other month and they kept telling me the part is not in. I call now, and they say they cant get the parts at all (and they have been trying to call me, which is 100% bull.) So, Im going back to pick it up, and get my bike and my money back...since they did NOTHING.

If I could leave 0 stars I would . Don’t buy from here please save your money . I bought an atv from here and after a week A WEEK! the starter went out on me. Funny enough the warranty don’t cover the starter. Cmon man what’s the point of the warranty if you are not going to cover all parts like that’s just ain’t good business. So once again don’t buy from here. Save your money and the troubles. I thought I was gonna get a good quality atv but nope. Also kinda crazy how they don’t even try to help you with anything like might as well shut the whole place down.

Came from an hour away bc atv 110 would not start and Ali showed me what I was doing wrong was very helpful said I could come back and speak with his mechanic who also helped me out and even gave me a complimentary quart of oil for my troubles. That’s what it’s all about good service will be buying from them again.

We recently purchased an ATV for our son and was told there is a 6 month warranty for engine. The car charged 2 times and battery went dead. When I reach out at 45 day mark I’m told that parts are only covered for 30 days and that I need to go replace the faulty battery at auto part store. Why would any company install a faulty battery into a new ATV. The warranty is very miss-leading and now I need to make sure it’s not the engine that’s down. Make sure you understand warranty and check on battery before purchasing. Price might be good but product can be faulty.

Bought a 4 wheeler today and it only turned on once and the battery was already dead. There is way better 4 wheelers for the same price at other places do not recomendable this shop.

SCAM!! We purchased a go kart for our kids here and had nothing but problems with it. We took it in for warranty work because the transmission gave out in less than a year. The warranty clearly states that it covers engine and transmission but they refused to fix it and told me that it was my fault. Total hours on the go kart were probably under 20 total hours because it was always in need of parts and was only driven in our yard and on the street. Stay away!!!

I like them i have bought from the twice now they are willing to make a deal and they are upfront with you. The go cart is 3 years old and they do me good on service of it . Only complaint is the are really busy si you sometimes have to wait a little bit for help. But I guess that is because they are good

Dont be fooled - Terrible Customer Service! - Stay away from this place if you think you will eventually need any service!!! They will be great to you and helpful until you buy the product - once you receive the product and request any service issues or general questions, they tell you to go find a certified tech! Very helpful place for Chinese scooters. Will not pressure you to buy but will patiently answer all questions. They also service whatever you buy right there on site and give you a warranty. First-time buyer and will be back. I was helped by Kevin and the owner. Chinese scooters arent bad and cost literally half of Taiwan and a third of Italian scooters plus their customer service was some of the best Ive had while scooter shopping around Dallas.

I went to this place and bought a atv here and it was broken and I came to repair it and the forgot to put all the pieces and it almost made me crash and they seed that it has a 1 year warranty and I went 31 days later and they told my that it was only for 3 weeks and They wanted my to pay 500 and they told my to pay 100 more because they had to give it a check I don’t recommend you don’t waste your money and they have no good service they are always mad

We bought 3 (three) 110cc dirt bikes for our grandsons!! They are NICE. Our son in law LOVES them! They were a great price and they really worked with us on us picking them up. Maria was great when we picked them up.

We went and got our son a dirtbike. They have many different sizes. It was so good we went back and got one for ourselves. They also service the bike right there. Would highly recommend.

Do not do business with these people. We ask if parts were available when buying dirt bike. We were assured no problems we carry them. Came back 2 weeks later to get throttle cable they dont have one. Finally they say they will give us one off of another bike. Charged us extra for labor to remove from their bike. After paying we were told it will be a couple of hours till we can pull it. Now sitting in parking lot waiting. Receipt says no refunds. If we knew it would be 2 hours we would have not paid.

The pretty Indian lady greeted me and my boyfriend as we walked in. she was very helpful. we got a great price on our 4 wheeler 125cc. I recommend going there if there was more than 5 stars then I would gladly give them more stars. we got the wrong size on the helmet she called and the guy for a bigger size. he got there within 5 mins to bring me a bigger size. We found a great deal on a utv for our son bought it without opening the box and went on our way well we found out it didn’t have the touch screen like we thought. When we brought it to Ali’s attention he gave us $50 back. There is something to be said about customer service. I don’t blame them for the mess up because the box was sealed and we decided not to open it before we bought it.

Scooters been in this shop over 2 week was told parts where ordered 3 time as we checked in. I get a call and they ask me whats wrong with it. They never ordered parts we have been lied 2 multiple times form the same front desk lady that told me confidendly parts will be in two weeks and or mechanic with look at it. I even pointed out the issues. They focused on the front tire thats flat 12 days for a flat. The issue is in the back I can fix the flat myself.

Dallas power sports is now my one stop shop for small motor vehicles. Anna promised me she would have paper work ready and bike waiting to be picked up. This was very important seeing that I was coming in from out of town and didnt want to waste time. The gentleman that put them together in the back was very friendly and helped put the bike on the truck. Even went as far as to help tie the bike down. Very rare these days to get good customer service. So thank you Anna and awesome bike fixer upper mechanic in back lol!

Sold us a piece of junk! We bought a 150 scooter and when we got it home the thing wouldnt start! We loaded it back up on the trailer brought it back just for it to quit running after one day! Got the battery exchanged and then the next day it wouldnt start at all. We completely returned the scooter. I put a $700 down payment on the scooter and he would only give me back $600 because of the prep-up charge! If you are looking for a scooter DONT go to Dallas Power Sports! They are crooks! I recommend going to Arlington Scooter off of Pioneer St. We purchased the Scooter there for $100 less than Dallas Power Sports and got 2 helmets gloves and goggles! If I could give a negative star I would. BAD BAD BAD!

Tried to do business with them for over a week. Their website was all wonky, showed different hours than what their answering service states, they wont pick up the phone or reply to messages. Bought a scooter and an atv from this place last year, was told I could pick up Christmas day at 2pm, showed up and they didnt have the bike I had already paid for and they offered me a moped for $400 more. Definitely no, they ended up giving me the moped but I had to wait 7 hours outside their shop for them to have the atv and moped ready. The only reason Im writing this review this far from my purchase is because I was told they would mail me my license plate within 2 weeks, I had to show up to the store a handful of times, eventually get paper plates, and you want to know what came in the mail today? My license plates. Almost an entire year later. Speedometer and tank reader on scooter didnt work when I got home but there was no way in hell I was going to be dealing with these crooks again.

I went in expecting to only need a throttle and throttle cable on my 49cc mini chopper, but was told I would also need a carborator, at a total cost of $150. When I picked it up they showed me it ran, and test drove it for me. Unfortunately, when I got home the back tire was flat, presumably from the larger gentleman who test drove the bike. When I expressed concern they promptly offered to fix the issue free of charge. Although the prices are slightly higher than expected, they offer quality work and extremely good customer service. I will return again if I encounter any more small-motor issues.

Gave me a cold bottle of water cause i said i had walked quite a ways after taking the bus to get there from pleasant grove. So the owner offered me a ride back to the train station! So far not to good I got a title through the mail that was incorrect VIN number, so I called the sales rep to try to correct the process, but talking to a human is worse than talking to a computer,apparently you cant give them any information unless its in a text. I asked why i cant just give him the info he needed over the phone since we are already communicating. He said it would be easier to text him the information which made no since to me.all he had to di is write the information down on a piece of paper and look it up to fix it.but I guess thats not logical anymore.
