Two of the workers working there had the best customer service Ive seen at a Sallys in a long time. They were both well mannered & made sure I got what I needed. One of the ladies also remembered talking on the phone with me & they had just got a new shipment of braiding hair & was gonna go in the back to check for me to make sure I got what I needed without me even asking. Thats what I call great customer service. I give this place a A+.

Im really not trying to be nit pickey but I went in to buy a product that has been in stock every time Ive gone there the past 5+ years. Its not there today and they say they havent been able to get any for weeks. I call a different Sallys and they have over 50 boxes.Why would one store be Happy with having empty shelves when all they had to do is a 15 minute drive to another location to restock a product they havent been able to order for weeks? It just makes no sense to me at all.

Each time I go here everyone greets you and are so helpful and attentive. But on certain days like today 10/08/2020 whomever the young girl is that works the cashier. She has a nasty attitude. When I go back if shes working I will leave. And come back another day.

I tried to call to set up a curbside pickup and havent been able to contact the store at all. False advertising! Need to advertise correct information and better instructions if this is an accurate thing...curbside pickup.

I went into the store at chapel Hill and asked a girl working for assistance as I needed to look up history on my account she was sitting on the floor putting stuff away when I got there didnt bother to get up then a gentleman came in and asked for a help she didnt get up again she just pointed for him to head over in a certain area when I finally asked her she was going to look up my stuff for me she told me she didnt know how and the other girl was on break And as you guessed it no she was not getting up off the floor to go ask for help Ill never shop at that store again

Worst Sally’s I’ve been to. Hire employees that know how to answer the phone and communicate with employees. Waited over an hour outside to receive a curbside order. Do better.

Amazing and helpful staff

I have been going to Sally Beauty Supply Stores exclusively my entire hair career. They have the best most helpful and informative employees. Glory has many years experience as a professional hairstylist, and is very knowledgeable on hair color, one of my more weaker areas, she does not hesitate to assist you anytime she is present in the store. After lightening my hair for the past 28 years, they helped me find the correct color to dye my hair back to its natural color myself, saving me money. And the color selected was so close to the natural color, that I cannot find where root stops and color begins and therefore no longer need to continue. Robbie always has a smile on her face and greets you as you enter the store, no matter where she is in it - her personality is genuinely pleasant every time I am there. Its the staff here that has kept me coming back over the past 30 years!

It was a very pleasant experience. The lady and gentleman were very helpful and nice. I went into the store getting ready to browse around looking for some good hair lotion and immediately I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The lady directed me to the section that I needed and did her best to help assist me. Her honesty of her saying that she was still getting familiar with the products was greatly appreciated while directing me through all of the products that they had. She left me to consider my options and then I began to get overwhelmed with trying to choose. The man told me not to feel that way because of the money back guarentee that they had, even after using the product, would be included and that made me alittle bit at ease. So I purchased the product that I wanted to try and left. I will still say one thing. The price of the item said one thing, $11.62, I believe, but when my total came up to almost $14.00, I questioned in my mind, but she did ask me if I was a Sally beauty member or not and I said no, so maybe thats why my price increased. I really should have asked but I just didnt want to. 😊

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously this is geared toward females and cosmetologists. They have a good selection of harder to find beard products and mens hair care. Also the only place i can find black gloves which i use for painting.

I have always going to Sallys for beauty products but this is my least favorite location in the area. Staff members are not as attentive as the one in Stow or Ravenna.
