I love your shop and am also in the retail industry, which is probably why I’m the most sensitive to customer care. I try to handle everything on a case by case basis, assess the situation, find a solution, and give benefit of the doubt when possible, but sometimes it’s not that easy!! My first time going here, since I rarely am in this part of Culver and it was very nice. My friend and I have gotten a couple of things here. I have gotten some sage for myself and she had gotten the incense. Very pretty, nice. And the owner was soo nice. Will definitely come back here again.
