The sisters who run this place are unbelievably soulful and welcoming. This is a peaceful sanctuary for any spiritual seeker on their journey. There are plenty of great books available, I almost had to stop myself from buying too many haha!

The Sisters, volunteers and staff are extremely helpful!! Even though you cannot currently pray at their chapel due to COVID precautions (for the Sisters❤️), you can still leave your prayer requests. They also have a beautiful outside garden that honors Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. They have multiple different materials and media (books, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, gifts, statues, etc), in Spanish and English, and you can even request for whatever they dont have available at the moment. Also ask about different activities they offer. They are always busy and very happy to see you, please stop by and have your picture taken with our beloved Pope Francis!😉

You can find the same books and religious gifts cheaper online/Amazon, but I love supporting the Sisters and I appreciate being able to touch, handle things before buying.

I have been in Pauline book stores since the 80’s. The store in Culver City has always been a beautiful place to shop for spiritual books. The nuns and staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable on product. The selection and quality of their merchandise is great. Since it’s rare to find a store that caters to ones faith these days this store is a great gem. Whether you’re a catholic or just someone looking for some great spiritual media to give you some knowledge this store is on point.

While driving to take out dinner, I dropped by the store still open despite the circumstances for a few minutes left till closing & purchased booklets such as Magnificat (1/2021 - Vol. 22 #11) & Living Faith (1-3/2021) & the New Jerusalem Holy Bible (standard edition).

Great place to get religious items and books.If you have never been here, check it out.I came in and purchased some rosaries here a while back. Staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful book store with comfy places to sit and read, including an outdoor patio area. The sisters are just the most wonderful people you would ever want to meet. I recommend this place for all of your spiritual hunger and thirst!

The sisters are so kind and helpful! Whenever I am in LA I now make a point to come here. They have a great selection of books and will order whatever you need as well. Plus they have a chapel and a quiet garden and special events with great speakers.

The place is packed with treasure! Visit this place sometime, youll be surprised and delighted what you can find. The Nuns as ever so sweet and friendly, after pending time with them, I feel so inspired I sometimes feel like joining the nunnery. Lol ❤️

What a peaceful spot! Even if you arent looking for books you should visit their prayer garden and chapel. But if you are looking for books, you are in for an treat. The sisters are so friendly and helpful. If you are in SoCal this is a great place to spend an hour or three.

I havent even left the first page, and all but a few complainers love this shop. I dont understand why anyone would complain about being left alone to browse and then call the staff rude. And the person who wanted to sell 2 bags of books you were not patronizing the store by trying to sell goods to them. In this case, they are the ones doing you a service.
