Cannot get curtains we have already paid for and that coordinate with our bedroom. Curtains that were purchased were hung and are not correct in length or balance. Quotes kept changing. We have tried multiple times to work with the owner and tried to forgive the disorganization and confusion. But we get excuses and only have been told “covid” and that is when we call or contact. There is no proactive contact from the owner. We haven’t heard a word in months. It is very sad. We’ve had to hold up interior painting for months.Hired to do a job and extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend anyone use this decorator or this store. I hate to write a review like this but feel it is important to warn others to beware.

Would not recommend for interior decorating services. I hired the owner to do a total home renovation, worst decision ever so be warned if you seek her services in that area. The store is nice. ****As far as the below response from the owner, my review is an honest review of how I felt services were rendered, which is what google reviews are meant to be. My review on your Facebook page was removed as well as blocking me from your business page, thats some great customer satisfaction. That is the way dissatisfied customers are handled by Vintage West Interiors.

Beautiful things but not one of the people working here was wearing a mask! I would have looked longer and possible purchased had I felt comfortable.

We are very disappointed as we ask for the furniture to be made in the US, she said yes it was. Well a stamp on bottom said made in China. It was delivered a week late as she forgot to put on delivery schedule. I tried calling, no answer and no response on my email. This was in Cullman.

Absolutely love this place, in Madison and Cullman. The owners are wonderful people and everyone K have met in Madison is sweet and helpful. Its a place to browse and it feels good to be there. I have a beautiful chandelier, lovely antique doors and a few other things. We will go back.

Havent been yet. But love what they are offering. Plan to visit the first of the month. Cant wait to try Annie Sloan paints. Been watching her videos for the past couple weeks and just love it. Theyre wonderful!! Teresa redid my living room/diningroom. It is so beautiful!! They will be installing plantation shutters in a couple of weeks!! Needless to say Im very excited! I highly recommend Vintage West for anything you want in your home!❤️❤️❤️
