Poor customer service. Recently mailed a disputed statement item of $10.17. Customer Service reversed the charge but also changed my account number. This invalidated my credit card. They did not inform me I could no longer use this card. Its been 11 days and no replacement card has arrived. Lost 5% discount when checking out. Needed to buy on line and couldnt get free delivery that card holders get as had no new account number yet. Terrible customer service. As a 25 year card holder found this terribly disruptive. Have to change all the places I used the card automatically. Wont be using the Target card for anything other than Target in the future - if new card ever arrives.

I was unable to reach an item and he offered to help me get it down then I told him I was unable to find a small item and he went above what I expected to help me look for it! I found everything. He was very polite and sweet and the employee at checkout was also helpful! I will be back! Thank you!

I love ordering on line and picking up my order! Always greeted by a friendly associate, order is ready within 2 hrs, my orders are always accurate too! Such a great convenience to have someone else shop and put items in my vehicle and all at no extra charge! I love how simple the entire process is!!! Love this!!😊😊

Employees are great and the store is maintained well but the selection of pet products (mainly cats) is disappointing. I went in to buy a pet carrier and a litter box but this particular target does not carry them. I ended up going to PetSmart and spending just under $350.00 for what I was looking for.

Today at 100pm was at the Crystal store for booster vax and upon leaving was approached by two males, knocking on car window, attempting to get money for gas. Obviously a ruse as the two went to other vehicles attempting same. They appeared to be juveniles but still startling. . ecurity issue

Has I was in target. I got light headed, my eyes got blurry, and I was ver week. I sat down and the pharmacist asked me if I was OK. She got me a cherry coke. Then she went and got the store manager. She helped me alot. And I thank the cashier for helping me to my car and loading everything into. I thank customer who also CyHelped me get the rest of my things.

I love the convenience however they do not pick out good strawberries, cucumber watermelon, breads,. they just grab I think they should look better at expiration dates and quality of products

I absolutely love Target in general, but this location in particular has great management. The person who was checking me out appeared to be new and needed management help. The manager was really apologetic for it taking longer than usual and issued me a gift card for my troubles, even though I was patient and didnt complain at all. It was a very nice (and unnecessary - though appreciated) surprise. Another reason to continue to support Target.

Awesome employees, I somehow lost a bank envelope which contain (2) one hundreds dollars bills. One of Target Crystal, MN store location employee found that money envelope. That employee turn in the envelope to a Target store manager. I retraced my steps couple days later (realize money envelope was lost), I call Target store and I spoke with a manager explain my situation and Lord behold my money envelope was found. I went to the store and my lost money envelope was,return to me. I was so overwhelmed. What an awesome Target employee unknown ( identity if employee through company policies cant be identified). I need Target Corporate to know about this particular employee character, honesty, loyalty, heartfelt care about customers. This person/ emloyee integrity true prime example that there are great people in this world and Target happen to hired one. Thank you Target employee may you be blessed like you blessed me. Target has nailed the drive up ordering experience. I use it every time I shop here. I rarely have to wait once I arrive and usually the person is walking out of the store with my order as I pull in. Ive only had one time I had to go inside to correct an order. Keep it up Target!

I missed out on another job opportunity waiting for a response back from this company. I called 2 days and they kept telling me to wait for an email. Which didn’t come for over a week passed the interview. If you’re not going to hire someone, you should let them know so they can go about with their other opportunities and not waste their time. If you have the ability to hire on spot you have the ability to let someone know that they were not accepted right away. Plus my interviewer was 10 minutes late to the interview and made me wait in the soda aisle for her to come. As well I arrived a few minutes early and it took 3-4 calls on the walkie for her to answer. I had a scheduled interview. The front desk pulled out an interview schedule with my name and interview time and date on it, yet they acted like I wasn’t expected. She also proceeded to leave me waiting in the office to find papers for the interview. As well she clearly did not review my application.But I should’ve been aware of poor management within this target. I had a friend who previously worked here and she said the management was rude, inconsiderate and unorganized.

Mid-range store, mid-range prices

During these trying times, Target provides extremely great service. Not only does the store feel clean, and prepared, but the staff is welcoming, helpful, and VERY patient!

Listen I know it’s the ghetto and things get started slower in Crystal and Brooklyn Park but one every other store opens up at seven and they can’t bother to open their doors till eight it just looks really bad. Surprised they don’t open up at like 2pm.

Just tried Targets Drive Up service today for the 1st time. The best part is that the drive up pick up service was free! Im not sure if thats only because of the recent Corona situation, or if it has always been free, but regardless, I was extremely impressed. They had my order put together and ready within 30 mns. The app had fantastic step-by-step instructions. Easy as ever. Very quick!

I left my bag after I purchased my product went home realized called and spoke to staff and they helped me by providing the product to me with out repurchase! I think that said a lot about Target and bc of that I will recommend to friends and family and everyone

Grocery department is lacking empty shelves empty freezers I can’t find nothing I need management needs to do a better job keeping the groceries stocked and having the most sought after items. I moved to the area 2 years ago the BC location closed and I’m trying to give this location a chance but every time I do I’m disappointed so I drive all the way to the Maple Grove location just to get what I need when your store is closer please do better I love target but I’m starting to shop at other stores 🙏🏽

Usually nice. The lady at self checkout the other day (Ive never seen her she must be new) was not wiping down the self checkouts properly. Only where money went in and out. Not the screen i touch or the card reader. Aftet i watched her poorly wipe the machines a few times i decided i wasnt going to wait for her to wipe down mine because shes not going to wipe where I touch. She must have been upset about this as she got EXTREMELY close to me to grab my basket and again to say thanks for shoping at target i expect customers to not social distance, but for an employee to come that close to me twice when she didnt have to was unbelievable. Both my parents have cancer. I am the only one who goes to the store. Id like if the employees would at least be respectful and social distance.

My online shopping and drive up experiences have been great. 4 star vs 5 star as I often go to at least one item I need missing from the shelf. I know they want to push online orders and outdo the competition but it seems to decline in store service.

I saw an older lady ask Timothy a question about her phone, he was very rude and dismissive to her. ( I give him 0 stars) Another employee stepped in & politely explained to her why she was having trouble with her phone & he showed her how to fix the problem. I also had a question Timothy was less than helpful. While looking at ear buds Danny asked if I had any questions, & politely answered my question.

Great service.. phone system needs to be fixed. When you press 2 for guest services it sends you to a store in Florida. The exact same store.

Good shopping experience at Crystal target store. The only problem was checkout! I use their target app on my phone so they scan it for target circle offers and payment. Anyways, they scanned it and it took those off two things but when I said I also had a gift card too they said there was no way they could use the gift card now because they had already scanned the app! You would think target would have the IT available to fix these kinds of issues with their new system!

The ease of ordering from the app. The ease of changing the store you want to pick up from. Especially now that my legs are bothering me so much....I love not having to walk around the store if i just cant do it because of pain.

Everything is always in the right place. Very clean, quality in the products..and always had the best discounts..but the most important thing is, especially in this time of the pandemic ... they are cleaning every shopping cart, computers to pay for oneself, they are the best compared to other stores. 100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐..thank you target.

So what happened??!! Hadnt been there for apparently a few weeks & major changes. The most fantastic change /update was the womens restrooms. It was sparkling clean!! Hiphiphoray. Ive been supporting my Target for 15 years even when they were not very tidy. Keep up the great change, please.What is being done to insure social distancing? The parking lot is very busy so hows that working out for customers?

The Guest Service experience with Mark at the Crystal, MN store exceeded my expectations. Im so happy he was working. He was so patient and thorough with making sure my 15% completion discount for my baby registry was properly accounted for. Mark sincerely provided superior customer service and made my first baby registry experience so easy. I will definitely recommend everyone to use Targets baby registry because of his work.

They pull my pickup order within one hour. Which is excellent due to the fact that alot of times they only have one in stock of what I ordered.

Employees are friendly. And there’s always lots of registers open (unlike Walmart). I would come here more often if their grocery section was bigger. Plus, same day delivery is terrific. I placed an online order and 30 mins later got a message that it was ready. I prefer this Target over the one in Brooklyn Park.

FYI to team member Scott. If you suspect someone of stealing and you are NOT AP you can do two things. You can alert AP and or guest service the guest. Investigating and following a guest is not something you can do as a regular team member. Me standing in the vitamin aisle is not a basis to suspect me and then start following me. Remember: Target watches items, not people. I purchased a probiotic, a water bottle, Clorox wipes, and Clorox wand refills. When I worked as asset protection myself for 3 years I never remembered those being high theft/value items to suspect anyone who is browsing those items. Then to follow me to self check out and watch me ring my 4 items up was what I felt was discrimination. I was not acting suspicious, I was not looking around, I didn’t have a purse or backpack, I was not concealing. I was just shopping while looking the way I look, I guess. Normally I understand how it is given my past AP experience but this situation left me feeling very upset.

My go-to Target for years and will continue to be. I try my best to avoid the bathrooms here, but with a 2 yr old sometimes cant help it. Hows it possible theyre all always filthy? That, and cashier Katherine was condescending to us for using WIC. Otherwise though I do like Crystal Target.

Amazing customer service! Went in looking for a few things. In the makeup section, the lady there immediately greeted me and helped me find everything I was looking for, and afterwards, in the home improvement section, another lady walking by, noticed I looked confused and offered me help to find exactly what I needed, all while holding a conversation with me. At checkout, I was said hi to, and she also asked about my day. Overall, the store is very clean and organized, and the employees are great!

Store is dead. Over 2 hour wait, still not ready, for 4 items for pickup. Went to the store and asked if the order was ready, no one had shopped it I was told, don’t know when it will be ready, they will send a text. Took me less than 7 minutes to shop and check out. I’ll be making the drive to Plymouth Target

They are working very hard to keep their stores clean and safe

Nobody ever refills the aisles. Usually if we’re lucky there are two cashiers open. Security there is wack, And it just feels like I’m walking into a Walmart.

Immediately after a terrible experience at a nearby pizza place where I ended up demanding my money back and got no food, my family and I came in here to get food at the food counter. We received Pizza hut pizzas and bread sticks from a very polite, courteous, helpful young man. He went out of his way to serve us. He was a breath of fresh air after what we had just gone through. Thanks!

I love this little Target! The staff has always been wonderful and very helpful. They have a great stock of fruits and veggies and have great clearance on clothes. Great target all around.

Drive Up Service was so amazingly simple - Target employee was walking out as I was pulling around to park! All I did was click in the app to tell them I was coming and the app did the rest.

Good customer service, and friendly people, but they need more extensive training. The cashier missed my cartwheel discount twice and the starbucks cafe didnt know that you could use your cartwheel there at the cafe. Not much experience in the place, but I appreciate the warm attitudes everyone had

Service: 1/5 The cashier spent 15 minutes ringing up one customer. His conversation about Duncan Donuts was unprofessional and took priority over the customer experience. Do not shop here unless the self-checkout is open.We switched to a different lane and when we were heading out the door 5 minutes later, he was still with the same customer, and no-where near finished. Terrible.

I had a horrible experience at the Crystal Target location. The store was dirty and unorganized. I felt Phil (the store manger) was very offending. I went to address my customer experience and he responded in a unfriendly manner. This made me feel very uncomfortable. Phil also kept cutting me off as I was trying to tell him my experience at the store. There was no reason to raise your voice or constantly try to talk over a customer. Instead of taking my feedback, the manager kept escalating and judging my opinion.. I will not be returning to the store again.

I have always liked shopping at Target and I like the remodeled stores.

This Target location is meh, for being a smaller location. I give it 3 stars because every time I order on the app for drive up, no one ever brings out my order! It’s so ducking annoying! Why offer the service if it never works or if employees aren’t paying attention to their devices? This location also gets 3 stars because the produce is lack luster and they never seem to have the most basic items in stock.

Love Target, but this one has one of the worst selectionsETA an example: I once needed a pregnancy test. Wanted the $6 Target brand two pack, but they were out of all Target brand and all two-packs of any kind. The shelves were swept clean and they couldnt tell me when theyd get more in. This is typical of this location2nd edit: lately their stock has improved. Target is obviously working on improving this location. Im not going to increase the rating though, because the things they run out of are pretty standard things: coke, whole milk, onions, pepperoni. These are all examples from recent visits

As a disabled person, this Target does not provide working motorized shopping carts. The last time I was there they were down to 1 cart that would not take a full charge. I have asked if they are planning on ordering new ones. The only answer I get is I dont know . I have asked the Managers where do I make a formal complaint, they say I dont know.I realize, this is a courtesy offered by Target. I know that I am very grateful to have them ready when I walk through the door.Also, they could base the number of carts on the busyness of the store. Have 4-5 carts ready for busy days.Not everyone can walk, nor does everyone have access to their own scooter.Please Crystal Target, start thinking about your disabled customers.Thank you

This Target has seen much better days, store in general just feels and looks dirty. When you get to the check outs youll be lucky if your not in a line, during busy hours youll see only 2-3 check outs open and lines backing up into the walking area.
