Always have what I want. Friendly employees

I go to this store all the time.. Staff is usually great. Dropped in to grab some cold ones and finish the garage project. Asked this rather disheveled newer employee if this 711 sold Cayman jack margaritas. His answer (as he stocks beer). Dont know what a margarita is. Im not a drinker. Really? You dont know what a margarita is? Do you know what a shower is (I dont think he does). Low key rudeness and stupidity. Learn your products oh non drinker.

I walked in, the cashier was a male with a ponytail, I asked him if there was anything warm left he said no, then I asked him if the nachos were still four and he just shrugged his shoulder while sitting in the back eating food and watching some thing on his phone. When I finally approach the counter he took another two bites and then came to help me

Stopped by here to buy some Zyn. When I paid, the the card reader froze so I cancelled the transaction after waiting a few minutes. When I got in my car, I checked my bank account and found that the money had been removed from my account. I then went right back inside and let the cashier know. I asked him if I could just go ahead and get the pouches instead of getting money back, since they are what I came for, and he said no and that he wouldn’t give me my money back either. He said they only thing he would do is give me the number for corporate. Great service guys. Thanks.

Im so angry. Visited store in October, flew home to Michigan December 1st. December 15th I get a hit on my bank card for $20+ dollars. Not saying theyre crooks, but make of it what you will.

Woman was on her phone texting and I told her that was very unprofessional of her and she said “I’m texting my boss” well okay..... but I’m sure your boss will understand if you text him/her while you don’t have customers in line. However, I am a frequent customer of this location and this was the first bad experience I’ve had!

Store 35466 and near locations beer is way overpriced and I let them know I stop buying it from them. Especially when there are other options within a mike or 2 at drastically better prices. Youre losing money every day with those prices

Id give a 0 if I could. Indian lady at counter was absolutely horrible n nasty to me. I asked for change for a $20 n she told she had none. So I said ok if I buy a pack of gum you wont have change? She says no now leave I call cops. I laugh n say excuse me what have I done to deserve that? No answer. Dont spend your money here.

I purchased gas at the pump in the amount of $21.00. I then checked my account online and realized that I had a pending transaction of $100.00 from this 7/11 location. I drove back to the store to inquire about the charge. However I was only told it was my banks fault.

I luv THIS location!! almost always has friendly staff (Ron is my fav!) and owners are the owners?/manager? are super friendly too!! and they HAVE the ice cream sandwiches in their freezer box, that ARE edible!! and are NOT left over from the ice age!!😜😜 I live w/in a stones throw to both 980 NW JOHN JONES DR BURLESON and 501 NW RENFRO DR CROWLEY and choose to go to the Renfro store - just bcuz of the FRIENDLY staff!! (and edible foods!!)

This gas station doesnt even have the type of fuel I need. Their food tastes like its been out all day. Went to the Chevron/DJs across instead -- was greeted with a smile and my kids enjoyed the variety of sweets and drinks they had to offer.

Love the Staff they are always very Friendly. But they could use a little cleaning inside.

Worked here for six months the manager wont let the employees change out the hot food, the managers do not care about their customers or their employees, managers are rude and hateful, will literally call the cops on you for asking questions. This was a great store but the management has braucht it down. Dont waste your money or time here, do not give these terrible people any of your money for real
