I typically dont write reviews but this one is, at the very least, well deserved. These guys are amazing. We drove an hour and a half just to make sure our vehicle was in the right hands. They went out of their way to make sure that we would not be afoot and would have our vehicle to take home in the same day. We had all four wheel bearings, rotors, and brakes replaced. Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Super knowledgeable and they kept us updated the whole time. Drives awesome again and were so happy that we chose Crowley Tire and Auto Service to do our much needed repairs. Five stars are not enough for these guys. Plus, we got a free air freshener!

Upon arrival I was quickly guided to the office where my information was take and my truck was evaluated in the first 5 minutes. They gave expedient professional service in. And had me back to work in a very short time.. Ive given them the previous review to receive a discount. The following words are truly what I believe.... The staff was genuine and professional. They truly put me back on the road very quickly. The shop was clean as well as the waiting area and restroom. There was a visible handicap entrance with a ramp for needy customers. The cost of repairs was comparatively priced.. Good place to recommend to others..

Brought my 2005 Mazda speed for a alignment here the guy in the office was cool and they did a great job will be bringing my cars here from now on.

My sons car began needing antifreeze far more frequently than is reasonable. They professionally diagnosed that the car needed a water pump. The car also needed valve cover gaskets. They performed the work quickly for a reasonable price. When we had an issue with the A/C after picking the car up, they addressed it quickly and were generous with us. Though a short in some wiring was to blame, and they likely had nothing to do with that, they corrected it at no charge.

Matt and his team are very professional and super nice and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and you get quality work.

I just recently moved from Dallas to Burleson and of course as soon as I did my car started giving me issues. I can be very picky at times about who I allow to work on my car so I did some googling and came across Crowley Tire and Auto Service. I took a chance, a shot in the dark and I am so glad that I did!This shop and everyone there including the owner are just so helpful, knowledgeable and just overall totally awesome. Now of course once I take my vehicle to them it starts acting right and even though they pretty much already knew what the problem was, they didnt want to start making repairs, replacing things or causing any unneeded costs until they absolutely knew for sure what the issue was. Two weeks later my car started giving me the same issues again so I took it straight to them. They immediately diagnosed it, got it repaired, back to me and on the road very quickly.Since then I have started using Crowley Tire for anything my vehicle needs and will continue to do so. They are now my go to mechanic shop for everything little to big, including my inspections, oil changes, major repair work, etc.Now for the best part...This shop is a faith based shop and they proudly represent that on not only on the inside of the building but the outside as well. They have a beautiful scripture muraled on an exterior wall as well as a prayer request/prayer board inside the shop. Crowley Tire and Auto will absolutely take care of all of your needs and they make you feel like family from the first phone call. My husband and I were looking for a very specific tire that we couldnt find anywhere. However, the extremely sweet lady at the front was able to order us the tire and get it the very next morning. Such a life saver. While they were getting the tire ready for us, they were so kind as to give me a quote for things I needed fixed on my car. I will definitely be back. I was told by large chain garage that I needed new ball joints. I went to Crowley Tire base off recommendations. Best shop around! Inspected my front end and let me know there was no maintenance needed at this time. The other shop was going to charge me almost 1k for repairs. Crowley Tire is the shop for my repair if needed!

The first time I went in the older gentleman was so awesome friendly,ordered my tire.. so happy..Second time I called to get a alignment and immediately the young gentleman was telling me right off, it could be alot more wring with it, we would just have to see. So unfortunately went somewhere else, just felt uncomfortable right off the bat with the way he was already talking.

They were a bit busy but they fit me in and took no time for my oil change. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend!

I was just there for an oil change. Two issues. First, was that I was quoted $45 over the phone but ended up paying $62 plus. There was no change in oil needed or filter but there was a $20 labor charge. Second issue was that even though I was told they had one customer needing a state inspection in front of me, it took over an hour before they were finished.

Mobile 1 oil change a little pricier than new York but worth it, my car drives like a dream. You go to a mechanic and drive away unsure whether the work was done, but not here! It was very evident by how happily smooth my car drove. Will be my to go from here on in.

Came by before work to get a tire replaced and did not have time before work. We are leaving on a trip to Tennessee this evening they told me to come back and we will get you right in. So I did that and they did. They all where very nice and got my serviced quickly so we could get on the road. A bonus was the place is clean and does not smell like a garage.

They ran diagnostics and said it gave them no code still charged me for it and I believe they knew my engine failed and still sold me oil to put inside it. They were nice people though. Update to owners response.. you guys never told me a code .. your recommendation was to drive the car around and bring it back for next oil change.. you say my oil wasn’t changed for a long time yet you never asked when was the last oil change or better yet look at the sticker from Midas that stated the last oil change, so bottom line it wasn’t lack of maintaining the engine, it was faulty engine that was burning oil and depriving it from the bearings and got it replaced free.. I think it’s something that could have gotten found out sooner if you would have looked at the last oil change sticker or asked me instead of telling me I don’t maintain my car and selling me oil when you knew the engine needed replacing

I have never received anything but Excellent customer service from everyone working here. Matt runs a great shop and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and great work. This is the only shop that will be doing work on my vehicles. I cannot give more than 5 stars or I would. I’m happy to be part of the Crowley Tire and Auto family.

This place of business possesses and holds the definition of customer service as I Know it to be true. their quality of work is impeccable, top notch. The way I approach “Customer Service” is this. I have been a customer all my life, as well as everyone else. I know how I want to be talked to, treated and approached. Crowley Tire is an honest auto repair shop! I have used his services many times in the past few years - most recent was the annual state inspection & oil change on my van and repair of the headlight switch too. They work to complete the repair quick and at a fair price. I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business too.

I was in search of new tires for my 2003 Chevy truck, Matt who works all facets of Crowley Tire, took his time and helped me pick out the best tires at a great price, he ordered them and I had them put on 2 days later. I work late and I was able to drop off my truck in the morning and pick it up in the evening, such a easy process for those that work during the day. I cant say much about them because all they did was diagnose my car and determined it needed a new motor 4300.00 job... The guys were nice inside and congratulated me on my new car. Wish I wouldve got better news but oh well.

At 0655 in the morning, the guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They have giveaeays or maybe take aways. I use my pin, the airfreshner smells good; drinking coffee, they have ments.

The tire technician thoroughly checked my tires to make sure I was safe to drive 50 miles away right at closing time and 30 minutes after. I will definitely be coming back to buy four new tires from this place

Had an amazing experience today with Crowley Tire & Auto. As I pulled in, one of the guys Jacob came out to greet me and was super professional and helpful through the entire process. In and out very quickly with no issues. And didn’t feel the typical auto shop feeling of being hustled. If you are having any issues with a car I would definitely recommend coming in and asking for Jacob! You won’t regret it!

Being a woman I have to work with people I can trust and want take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding automobile. They are so honest. Thry make you feel right at home starting with the front desk lady, so sweet.

I needed a tire patched in a rush and they had a tech drop what he was doing to get it done.. also while I was waiting for them to do the work, I heard a customer come in and have a scheduling issue.. the lady behind the counter offered to have one of the employees drive the man home so he could get the car worked on while at work.. amazing customer service and the old hometown shop feel from yesteryear... 10/10 would recommend..

Ordered tires at 09:00 hours, got there at 16:45 and was on my way before 18:00. I have been dealing with Crowley Tire for a couple of years now and the best way I can sum it up is...Mayberry. They go out of their way to help you out and just feels right to do businesses with them. Veterans...they will treat you right. Great mechanics that actually know what they are doing and the staff is always friendly. This place is Old School American....highly recommended.

Sierra was very sweet, understanding, on time, and didnt mine answering any of my question on the phone and in person. Sierra also called 2 days after having my car back home to make sure that it was still running great after the repairs. This is the place to come and get good service done.

We were on our way to a wedding on a Saturday and my fiance ran over something on the freeway. We didnt notice any issues and continued on our way. The wedding was about 77 miles from Fort Worth. Security notices gas pouring from our vehicle. I immediately called AAA and asked to have it towed to Crowley Tire. I reached out with a message via Instagram just as a heads up to the shop so they would know it was there Monday morning when they opened. I was not expecting a response as it was late Saturday night, but I received a response. That was awesome. Then I received a call early Monday on what was found and how much it would be to fix. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in vehicle repair. Not only did I receive great service, it was also affordable and so easy to get done. I will be going to them from now on for all of my vehicle repair needs. Actually need to take my Dodge Ram in soon! Great place. Great service.

Went in to get a tire patched on my work van because it had a screw in it. They said they’d try to get it taken care of quickly. 15 minutes later, they told me it didn’t actually go through the tire and there was no charge. That is quality and honest service. They could’ve told me some story and charged me (good prices for a tire patch in my opinion) but they didn’t. This is the second time I’ve taken a vehicle there and I’ll be coming back. Hopefully not soon haha!
